The property was tidy and clean, even though we stayed for 2 days, we got a room service and the room was cleaned on the second day. Close to the airport as well. Electro motorcycle rentals were also nearby, super close to the metro station

Me encantó todo desde mismo momento hice la reserva, luego fue fantástico, no puedo decir que hubiese algo no me gustará,limpieza impecable diaria, aunque no hay recepción física no faltó atendimiento sino todo lo contrario muy pendientes de contestar rápido, excelente experiencia, muyyyy céntrica y cerca de bus, metro,tren, taxis,en fin lo tenía todo.volveria sin dudarlo

Sehr sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und wir durften unser Gepäck nach dem Check Out in ein Schließfach in der Unterkunft aufbewahren.

Das Bett war mir persönlich zu hart, aber das ist eine Typfrage.

Excellent studio, le ménage est fait tous les matins. Les serviettes sont chargées, le lit est fait. Le logement est propre. L'emplacement est top, très bien deservi. Le métro est bas de l'immeuble. Il y a même une supérette jusqu'à a côté. On a passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande. Il y avait même une machine à laver à disposition avec de la lessive.

Le lit était trop dur pour nous mais ça c'est une question de préférence.

I had a blast at the room. The view was fantastic, it was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The cleaning lady was really kind and the manager was a gentleman. Thank you very much. I will come back some day.

One time I had very loud and aggressive neighbours, but after reporting it, the manager already took care of it.

Lägenheten låg i ett bra och trevligt område. Nära till tunnelbana där man lätt kunde ta sig in till centrala delarna av staden. Gick även att gå in till centrum om man ville ha en längre promenad. En välsorterad matbutik alldeles intill boendet. Många restauranger av olika slag i närområdet. Lägenheten var välutrustad med en köksdel där det mesta man behövde fanns, kokplattor och mikrovågsugn bl.a. Rummet städades väldigt noga varje dag och var rent och fint. Ägaren var lätt att få kontakt med och svarade snabbt och informerade snabbt kring det som behövdes.

Sängen var ganska hård men kuddarna var bra. Ganska mycket trafik på huvudvägen utan för boendet. Dock låg balkongerna mot en mindre lugnare gata vilket tog bort lite av ljudet. Även ganska högt ljud från flygplan som startade vissa dagar. Stängde man dörren till balkongen höll det ute i princip allt ljud.

Stanza molto ampia, luminosa e dotata di aria condizionata in due punti. Il bagno è grande, c'è inoltre una piccola cucina che dispone dell'essenziale. Davvero da apprezzare l'ottima pulizia quotidiana delle stanze. Infine, eccellente posizione per visitare Lisbona, in quanto è vicina ai mezzi pubblici

C'è stato qualche problema il giorno del check in: non avendo ricevuto le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento, per un paio d'ore non ci è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli nel locker presente nella sala comune e abbiamo aspettato fuori. Non c'è infatti una reception a cui fare riferimento, e nessuno ci ha risposto al numero di telefono. Non abbiamo potuto usare il locker nemmeno il giorno del check out, perché è molto piccolo e non è sufficiente a contenere i bagagli di tutti se più stanze fanno il check out nello stesso giorno. La stanza, infine, è piuttosto rumorosa, ma questo è dovuto alla posizione sul viale.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, very well connected (lot of bus station and underground too) with a super near supermarket. It was in Rue de la Republica, which is 40minute walk away from the historical center (only 20min with bus) - which was one of the reason that brought us to book it. The apartment had a nice balcony which we used a lot!

The only thing that could be annoying is the sound of the underground in the early morning

La posizione comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto in città. Ricca presenza di servizi in zona. Il concept della struttura, si tratta infatti di mini appartamenti che coniugano il comfort di una casa con i servizi tipici di un hotel. Staff sempre raggiungibile e molto disponibile. Super consigliato !

La habitación estaba bien, la cama súper grande y el baño espectacular.

Estos son los siguientes punto a redactar: - La entrada al apartamento al principio olía regular dentro del bloque. - El cuarto de baño, podía estar algo más de limpio, porque al tener la pared de la ducha como cristal se me mucho la suciedad y eso no me ha gustado nada. - El wifi es de mala calidad. Ya que nos gastamos un dinero en el apartamento, debería de tener una buena calidad de internet la verdad.

Schönes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Die vierspurige Straße sowie die nahe verlaufende Metro haben für ordentlich Lärm gesorgt. Das Brummen der Straße ließ sich durch die absolut schalldichten Fenster abstellen, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster also nicht möglich, aber Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft liegt extrem zentral. Ansonsten war sie ok, aber eher nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern.

Die zentrale Lage sorgt dafür dass unser Zimmer sehr laut war. Für eine Nacht war das ok.

Logement très bien équipé, très bien situé pour tous les transports en commun, le ménage tous les jours (si l'on place le message ne pas déranger, personne ne rentre : parfait). Les codes pour rentrer, le café et le thé à disposition. La chambre n°6 en à l'angle de l'immeuble et possède deux balcons :-) Des commerces un peu partout.

Le seul bémol est le bruit de la circulation (avion, métro et voitures) mais c'est logique puisque c'est tout proche et ça n'a pas beaucoup dérangé.

Le personnel a été parfait. La chambre est faite tous les jours. Tout est propre. C’est confortable et heureusement qu’il y a une climatisation. Très bien situé avec des commerces tout proche. Bus et métro au pied de l’immeuble. Chambre calme malgré la circulation de l’avenue et le passage de métros. On a bien dormi malgré tout. On reviendra dans cet appartement sans hésitation.

J’ai eu un message comme quoi la sécurité du wifi n’était pas top.

Flushing the toilet was very difficult; there was no pressure and not enough water. We had to fill kitchen pots with water and flush from there

L’avenida República est une des artères principales de Lisbonne donc très passante et donc bruyante. Qui plus est à chaque passage du métro (de 6h00 à 1h30), un « bruit de vague » envahie les rues.

This place genuinely exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully set up for two with the full kitchen: stove, all the utensils you need, fridge, kettle, and a coffee machine. We asked for two single beds instead of a double and it was arranged it without any issue, which we really appreciated.Beds were incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows — no complaints whatsoever on the sleep front. The room also has a balcony, and the bathroom deserves a special mention — the shower was genuinely exceptional. Cleanliness was next level: the room was serviced every single day, thoroughly and properly. The location is lovely — a pleasant neighborhood with a grocery store right downstairs, which is so convenient for self-catering. The city center is an easy 20–30 minute walk, great for morning strolls. But honestly the highlight was the host who greeted us on arrival, absolutely wonderful. Walked us through everything, showed us around, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. That kind of warmth is hard to find. There's also a communal area where you can help yourself to water, coffee or tea at any time of day — a lovely little touch. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Everything was great.

Very good location, very comfortable bed, very clean, the subway station is just a stone throw away, the train to Sintra is 5 mins walk, the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and cafes, nearby malls and very safe to walk during the day at night. Communication is great and fast. They also have a locker to leave your bag if you arrive early and your room is not yet ready. Will definitely recommend this to anyone! Also, a big thank you to Mateus for helping us sort out the laundry detergent in the laundry room as they had run out. Again, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Great location by a metro station, very clean

The only complaint I have is that the shower drain was very clogged and needs to be cleaned out.

The apartment is really spacious with perfect location, easy access to public transport with bus stop right outside the apartment. They accommodated our request to have two separate single beds. There is an elevator. They clean the apartment everyday, which was a great surprise! There is also airconditioning perfect for warm days. Water is provided in common area.

There is noise from Campo Pequeno right across until around 1am but still manageable. The shower does not drain quickly.

Our stay was excellent! The location is great, with easy access to the city center. There is a grocery store right next to the entrance, and plenty of cafés and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the apartment—we returned every day to a perfectly clean and tidy space, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

unica coisa que tenho reclamar é que no dia que cheguei demoraram para me responder com os codigos da porta, poderiam já enviar o codigo no dia que iria chegar pelo menos para entrar no predio e não ficar na rua com as malas

Отличное размещение - рядом электричка и метро. Так же супермаркет. Сам номер маленький, но было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. Вид из окна на площадь, можно было завтракать на балкончике с хорошим видом. В номере так же был чай и капсулы для кофемашины.

Единственным минусом считаю запах номера при заселении, немного ощущалась сырость. Но мы сразу открыли балкон и проветривали номер.

The apartment provides all that you need. The cleaning lady was such a perfectionist. The room was very neat and the bed was just great. Location very close to a metro station which brings you fast to the shopping centre area and other public transport.

Clear instruction to check in. Very accessible to Metro, Hop on hop off, and buses which are infront of the property. The room is big complete with cooking appliance & utensils.

Localização excelente, em frente ao um centro comercial com várias lojas e restaurantes e do lado do supermercado contente. A estação do metro fica bem próximo, o que falicita a locomoção para os pontos turísticos. O proprietário enviou todas as informações necessárias para entrar no imóvel, o que foi bem prático!

La chaleur! Quand je suis arrivèrent il,faisait plus de 28c ..Il a fallu attendre que le soleil soit couché pour ouvrir les fenêtres et bien aéré. J’imagine qu’à l’été ce sera plus difficile.

Totul a fost minunat. Locația e vis-a-vis de Campo Pequeno, unde ai stații de bus, metrou, magazine, mâncare la doi pași. Zona foarte buna dupa părerea mea si liniștită, dar cu toate facilitățile. Am comunicat foarte bine cu administratorul. Camera a fost primitoare, patul foarte confortabil, baia curată. Am stat doar 4 zile dar s-a făcut curățenie în cameră probabil mai des și mai bine decât la un hotel. Am fost foarte plăcut surprinși. Ne-au aranjat până și hainele lăsate dezordonate în grabă… De regulă nu mă întorc în același loc decât prin conjunctură dar aici aș putea spune ca aș dori să revin cu prima ocazia când ajung în Lisabona. Mulțumim mult pentru experiența, să nu vă schimbați!

Singurul mic incovenient poate să fie ușa de la baie care e de sticlă, fie ea și mată, care nu oferă atât de multă intimitate.

Great room size and location, well equipped. The balcony and daily cleaning was a great plus. The luggage storage opportunity after check-out was really useful.

Enfrente de la plaza de toros de Campo Pequeño, íbamos a un concierto, así que la localización era inmejorable. Apartamento amplio y limpio, con todas las necesidades para pasar unos días.

La puerta de la ducha está desencajada y la falta de persianas/contraventanas hace que las cortinas no sean suficientes para que entre la luz.

The location is great if you are flying the next day as its 15 min from Airport. The ability to leave luggage whilst spending time in Lisbon is amazing. Self check in is great as no keys. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. There is a supermarket downstairs and a lovely shopping centre with restaurants across the road.Perfect for a few days in Lisbon

The picture is not the same nor is the view you depict on booking.com. I looked straight into an apartment block. Would be nice to have net curtains for privacy.The coffee machine did not have on off switch. Itwould be nice to have a manual explaining how things work. I had to get self check in details myself on the day. Would be nice if it was automatically sent. No one answers whats app when you have questions. The mattress needs upgrading as old and bumpy. I was in room 4

Very close to the airport. We took the Uber from car par 2, and it only cost us €8. Our room has a balcony and the view of the old bull ring. The room gets clean every day. The kitchenette was great and had everything I needed.

A acomodação fica muito bem localizada e é bem estruturada. Conta com serviço de limpeza diário e respostas rápidas do anfitrião em caso de alguma necessidade. Há diversos itens disponíveis no quarto para quem pretende fazer seu próprio café da manhã ou jantar rápido. Caso seu voo seja num horário bem posterior ao checkout, dispõe também de armários para guarda de mala que ficam localizados na sala de recepção da acomodação (isso nos ajudou bastante a passear um pouco mais pela cidade!!), ficando a chave com você e recolhendo a mala no retorno, uma vez que o acesso à acomodação é realizado através de códigos.

Chamaria a atenção apenas para a abertura da porta principal do prédio (que não tem relação direta com a acomodação), pois estava com problemas no período da nossa estadia.

Quarto amplo, localização excelente, ótima tv, com grande variedade de canais, ótimo banho. Fomos bem atendidos. Shopping Campo Sagres fica no outro lado da rua.

Entrada do edifício um pouco desgastada. Dá para ouvir um pouco o ruído do metrô, mas não nos incomodou.

Appartamento spazioso fuori dal centro cittadino, in una zona piena di servizi e comoda con i mezzi. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Pulizia non impeccabile, ma niente di problematico.

Posizione ottimale per muoversi a Lisbona poi che raggiunta da metro e autobus direttamente davanti alla struttura. Pulizia eccezionale eseguita tutti i giorni. Molto pratica anche la presenza di un supermarket sotto casa per poter fare la spesa e prepararsi poi la colazione o un pasto a casa.

L' unico aspetto un po' così così è la privacy data dal bagno che essendo tutto in vetro limita un po' la capacità di isolarsi individualmente durante l' utilizzo.

Het geluid van buiten 's nachts is soms erg storend voor een goede nachtrust.
