Der freundlichste Gastgeber auf unser Reise durch Vietnam. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und die Lage ist super. Das Homestay hat ein integriertes Café und einen Massagesalon und 3 Schritte weiter findet man einen Winmart, ein super gutes indisches Restaurant und eine Apotheke. Hier habe ich ebenfalls das beste Frühstück meiner Reise bekommen.

Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat manchmal leicht gerochen. Konnte man aber easy aushalten.

La literie était confortable. Les chambres étaient propres. L’hôte a été adorable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L’établissement fait aussi salon de massage.

Les chambres étaient humides, on a dû laisser la clim allumée pour réduire l’humidité dans la chambre.

Petit hébergement qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui est confortable. Situé à quelques minutes à pieds de l'embarcadère de Tam Coc. Le gérant parle très bien anglais et est toujours là pour répondre aux questions. Le petit déjeuner est bon : 1 plat, 1 boisson et des fruits. Ils tiennent aussi un café, il est agréable de pouvoir s'y poser. Et même après le check-out ils vous permettent de vous doucher, par exemple si vous avez un bus de nuit après.

On est arrivés à 2h du matin et comme on avait prévenu le propriétaire par avance, on a pu avoir notre chambre, moyennant le prix d'une demie nuit. Emplacement dans le centre de Tam Coc Présence de deux portées de chatons dans la salle à manger

Chambre très sombre :une fenêtre mais vu la profondeur de la pièce cela donne peu de clarté. L'attitude très désinvolte des propriétaires et surtout la femme qui ne dit jamais bonjour et très dédaigneuse De la musique très forte provenant d'un bar à proximité et jusque tard dans la nuit, parfois au delà de minuit

La gentillesse du personnel, sa proximité et sa sociabilité ! L’anglais est parfaitement parlé et compris, c’est un pur bonheur. Un gros bonus pour les chats qui se trouvent à l’étage qui sont juste adorables!! Le petit-déjeuner était super. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Qu’il n’était pas possible de rester une nuit de plus, car hôtel déjà complet !! Dommage !

Je ne peux que confirmer les avis précédents. Allez y les yeux fermés. Goutez le café aux œufs. Cest le meilleur que nous ayons bu de tout le Vietnam. Nous avions la chambre en bas ancienne salle de karaoké donc un décor psyché.... chambre très grande, douche séparée des wc (eh oui). Salle de massage pour amateur. Ah j'oubliais les repas sont excellents....

La terrasse surplombe la rue qui peut être bruyante et le café à côté avec chanteur assez fort. Ces bruits ne s'entendent pas des chambres qui sont en retrait. Nous étions tellement bien dans cet endroit avec les enfants qui jouent, les chats très calins que le bruit si présent au Vietnam ne gêne en rien...

Friendly owner and room has everything we needed

Located directly next to a karaoke bar - it was extremely loud until midnight. At 4am every morning a rooster started to scream and wake us up. Bring ear plugs!!

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa, agua caliente en el baño privado y aire acondicionado. La ubicación esta muy bien, céntrica y a solo un paseo en bicicleta de Trang An. El dueño es un gran anfitrión, nos recomendó un buen lugar para alquilar bicicletas y además nos ayudó con la reserva de bus nocturno a Hue. Como salíamos de noche, nos dejó guardar nuestras mochilas allí y usar el baño si lo necesitáramos durante el día. Además tiene una cafetería con comida excelente, para el desayuno incluido se puede elegir dentro de varias opciones de la carta. Lo mejor: tiene gatos adorables y muy sociables. En general, una gran estadía!

Està molt ben situat a Tam Coc, tens tot el que necessites a l’abast en un moment caminant.

Great hosts, good clean rooms. In the main strip. Very cool coffee shop up stairs. Rooms are set back from the street and not to noisy.

Slight drainage issue in shower room. But not a real problem.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Big room & toilet, nice cafe upstair with street view and great breakfest. One of the best place that I stayed in Vietnam.

The karaoke bar nearby can be noisy until midnight.

De eigenaar was super aardig en hielp ons met alles wat we nodig hadden. Ontbijt was enorm goed en uitgebreide keuze, voor de laatste ochtend kregen we zelfs nog een to-go ontbijtje mee voor in de bus. En er waren enorm schattige kittens!!

Colazione buonissima e con molte scelte, da italiani abbiamo apprezzato tanto la caffetteria! Il proprietario Chung super gentile e disponibile ci ha prenotato i tour e lo sleeper bus!

La pulizia non era delle più accurate, tante ragnatele in stanza, polvere.. copriletto macchiato!

Che dire? È il miglior alloggio che abbiamo preso in tutte e due le settimane trascorse fino a ora in Vietnam. La posizione è super comoda, è proprio nel centro di Tam Coc. La camera è molto grande, con due letti matrimoniali molto comodi e un bagno con una doccia immensa e chiusa (quindi non si allaga tutto il bagno quando la usi). Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha permesso di usare nuovamente la camera anche dopo il checkout per poter fare una doccia prima della partenza (eravamo stati a Mua Cave, quindi ne avevamo proprio bisogno). Anche la colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, è stata perfetta: si può scegliere tra varie cose, sia da bere che da mangiare ed era tutto molto buono. Il posto è dotato anche di un caffè al piano superiore molto carino (dove si fa la colazione) e un centro di massaggi e unghie, ovviamente abbiamo approfittato anche di quello. Il massaggio è stato molto rilassante e la ragazza che si occupa delle unghie è veramente brava. Se andate a Tam Coc dovete assolutamente scegliere questo posto!

Todo perfecto. Chung es maravilloso y nos ayudó mucho en todo. Gestionamos un día completo de turismo por la zona gracias a el y estuvo genial. Además, un café y smoothies buenísimos!

De klantvriendelijkheid was uitmuntend en het bad in de kamer vond ik heerlijk. De kamer was ook heel ruim. En het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd, met versgeperst sinaasappelsap hmmm Mochten wij ooit Tam Coc opnieuw bezoeken, dan zouden wij deze dit hotel weer kiezen.

In Holland zijn we gewend dat alles echt glad/spic en span is in hotelkamers. Hier zou je (als je echt heel kritisch zou kijken) wat oneffenheden op meubels of muren kunnen vinden. Voor ons niet storend en we zijn niet in Holland en daar hangt er ook een heel ander/duur prijskaartje aan. Kortom: we waren DIK tevreden. Ga vooral zo door met jullie service en fijne hotel! We hadden nog geprobeerd 2 dagen langer te blijven, helaas ging dit niet want hotel was volgeboekt.

Eindelijk een badkamer met een afgeschermd douchegedeelte, zodat niet alles in de badkamer gelijk nat is. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Genoten van het nestje met jonge poesjes, zo leuk om ze te zien spelen. Eigenaar was heel hulpvaardig.

The host is amazing, they offered us free footmassage and discount on the coffee menu and massages. They offer nice breakfast from their café menu. The room is big and in contrast to a lot of accommodations in vietnam - the shower is in the corner and has a wall next to it so you don’t get the whole bathroom wet. The homestay is in the middle of the town so you are close to everything.

Only downside is unfortunately that there is a karaokebar next door that have really loud music. Nothing the host can do anything about tho and we slept well with earplugs. (If you like karaoke you can view this as a positive thing since it’s close 😉)

The owner is very friendly speaks good english and helps you with everything. He made us breakfast at 6 am when our bus left. The food is good and the whole place is very cozy. (The little cats are soo sweet!)

In the bar next door was karaoke till midnight so it was a little bit noicy. It's not 100% clean. But it didn't bother me.

Chung is an amazing host! Speaks good english and is very friendly, helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and the coffee he makes in his lovely balcony coffee place was really good. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Location's in the center of everything, nice peaceful garden, and good included breakfast had pho and egg coffee. Cafe has a nice terrace too with plants. Looks better than pictures.

Some noise next door but quieted down before 11pm.

The hotel owner is the greatest person I met when travelling he can’t do enough for his guests you are immediately treat like family. If you need anything he will get you it at a local price.

A home from home with a wonderful family who made us feel very welcome.. Locals who knew the scoop on the best attractions and times. They sorted our laundry, provided a delicious breakfast and even arranged our transport to the airport.

Our stay at Tam Coc Green Homestay was amazing!! Even though our bus arrived at 3am in the morning we were able to check right in and get some sleep! The stay and the location are great, everything is close by, the room is big and clean and the breakfast is really tasty! It was no problem to accommodate for 2 vegetarians and the coffee is delicious. Our best part of the stay was the owner, Chung. On our first day he gave us a quick motorbike lesson, because neither of us had any experience driving one. He than made us a great itinerary to explore the surroundings on the motorbike the next day, which was stunning. He also helped us to get a bus to out next destination within minutes, as we were planning on leaving the same day. I can’t tell enough good things about this place, if you are planning on staying in Tam Coc, this is the homestay to be!!

Host is super nice. Location is right on tourist area and few steps from Tam Coc boat tour ticket office. Convenience store is next door.

Very friendly staff (family) Great location. We could rent a motorbike from them. Also, the homestay has a rooftop balcony which is really nice! The breakfast was good too. Beds were comfy.

Friendly and helpful staff, great service and good communication. Also has nice coffee and breakfast included, it’s in an ideal location and the room facilities were good, the shower was hot with had good pressure! I would definitely recommend this stay, fantastic value for money!

If I’m being picky the bathroom could have been cleaner and it smelt a bit damp. Not really bad though.

Great central location in Tam Coc, confortable twin room with big beds. The owner was super helpful with organising tours (with great driver Nuc) and even booking train ticket :) Recommend!

This unique homestay made our trip to Tam cốc so special! We spent lots of time interacting with the host and his lovely family, who made us feel so welcome. Its location was exactly where we wanted to be, and the room was fantastic. Our host organised multiple day trips for us, our onward travel to Đà Nẵng and was always offering to help with any thing we might have needed. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough, this is our favourite place that we have stayed in during our travels, we will definitely be returning!

Nothing, it is clean and beautiful! The host is currently renovating the garden which by the sounds of the plans, will be amazing.

The location is excellent, many restaurants and shops around. The owner is super friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very satisfying. Services such as renting motorbikes, booking bus/ train tickets and tourist information are available. Highly recommended.

Dirty rooms and washroom, it was not cleaned after the prior use, the owner checked the room before we checked in and probably just made the bed and sprayed a room freshner in the room, we could see dirty shoe prints everywhere on the floor, bathroom was dirty too no handwash in the bathroom, used toiletries in the shower

Located in the heart of Tam Coc, but offset from the street so as to maintain some peace and tranquility. The family that runs it are friendly and kind, the food delicious, and the rooms are spacious and clean.
