Hotel Boutique Al Alma

Amazing hotel, we loved every corner. Quiet street and great ambiance.

The location, the pool, the staff, the friendly vibe - all excellent!

Nothing

Excellent. I highly recommend it. Very clean and very close to the Town square (el centro del pueblito)

Great hotel in a nice location. The service was excellent. The pool and restaurant were wonderful!! The room was really spacious and had a nice bed!!

Everything

Nothing

great location, excellent facilities, amazing staff, great food. lived the courtyard dining and the pool was lush! great clean and beautiful rooms

it was all great could not fault the hotel

The property is super beautiful and well located. The staff are also really nice and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was hearty and we really enjoyed lounging by the pool during the warm daytimes.

There is a large price difference between the week days and the weekend. The weekend price we paid unfortunately does not match the quality of the room. There is no fridge, hot water, or safe. The walls are thin and the room is located just outside the restaurant. Although the staff are very good about people leaving promptly at closing time, it was not possible to go to bed before 11pm or nap during the day due to the noise. I guess it's kind of unavoidable in such a beautiful old colonial building, but just a heads up if you're looking for peace and quiet before 11pm.

Location was great. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast

Good location

No hot water , air conditioning did not work so good

The location was perfect, colonial style facility was amazing and the waiting staff and chef were both flawless

We found the male receptionist to come across as quite arrogant and unwelcoming and if it wasn’t for the exceptional service provided by all the other staff and the absolutely amazing Hotel, would have been enough to spoil our experience.

Location

Old and uncomfortable mattress. Noisy pipes. Very expensive dinner.

Cozy, historical and warm place to stay in the heart if colonial Santa Fe de Antioquia.

Excellent location and staff was friendly and the service was very good. It appeared they had a full time chef and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this small 8 room botique hotel.

All good and nothing was out of order. Check-in and Check-out was simple and fast. I really can't think of anything that was bad or anything I did not like about this hotel.

The hotel is excellent—well-located with comfortable, classic, and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant offers a varied and delicious menu, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. They were always flexible and eager to accommodate any request, ensuring our needs were met. Highly recommended! We will definitely return.

Excelente comida

Location. Vibe. Decor. Cleanliness. Tranquility. Air conditioning. Amenities. A mango fruit plopped down from the tree while I was having a breakfast. It was the most delicious and juicy mango I ever had. Such unexpected pleasant events turn good experiences into great ones.

Super weak wifi signal inside the room (however, it's perfect by the pool).

Cozy, clean and quaint, colonnial style

Muy bien

The most kind and special team ever!

nothing! i love this place!

Most of the staff, the brunch included 10/10

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Food not so great, eat someplace else. They have a very nice courtyard with a pool. They play very nice ambiance music. I really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely come back.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The room was large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom had dispensers for bath products so as not to generate plastic waste. Likewise, they provided paper straws in their beverages. The breakfast menu was ample, generous, and varied. They also have an industrial espresso coffee maker. The grounds are well-kept and comfortable, and the service was cordial and accommodating. Because of the beautiful vegetation and somewhat humid conditions, the property does have some mosquitos, so use repellent when lounging around. We were grateful for their flexibility in giving us a late check-out, since our room was not reserved for that night. If we return to Santa Fe de Antioquia, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice, located in the historical city centre of Santa Fe de Antioquia, waling distance from the main square and close to all attractions, restaurants and bars. It is an historical building with a nice patio. The room we stayed was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Even if it looks nice, having an outdoor bathroom is not a nice idea, as in Santa Fe the climate is hot and humid, so it was not really comfortable.

We had a great time at the property, amazing food and cocktails.

Amé el Hotel! Se nota que lo cuidan con Amor! La comida es deliciosa. La piscina super agradable! La habitación muy bonita y comoda! Volvere con mi familia. 10/10 Es un Boutique Hotel 10/10

It was a good place to stay. Kids really enjoy the pool, and the food. Very friendly and safe. Thank you

More games for kids. That is all.

Great hotel

la propiedad está en malas condiciones

Well mantained, sparkling clean

Beautiful place I love it. Was amazing incredible love the pull

Fantastic fint hotel !

Beautiful Hotel, delicious food, great service

Very quiet, great food and spacious room. AC worked VERY well too. 42c outside. Cool and relaxing in the room.

Pool

I don’t have any claim

Beautiful property with romantic courtyard and pool area. Fabulous, cosy rooms.

Everything was perfect except for communication of the happy hour in the bar not clear. We assumed we ordered drinks in happy hour but then were charged full price. It wasn‘t a language problem.

Very nice , small and cater to you

Great location

The location was good. I will like a refund

the attention, the breakfast, etc.

Beautiful property, excellent service, amazing food.

It’s expensive but worth it.

quiet and relaxing environment

It was beautiful and charming, located on a quiet street, in a lovely restored property.

Everything perfect 🥰

amazing breakfast and food in general, beautiful facilities, very clean, nice and helpful staff attentive and accommodating to all your needs we extended our stay because we liked it so much

had to get a little bit of work done, would be nice to have better access to wifi note: it is a personal/small boutique hotel so you should coordinate your arrival and any other questions you have with the desk during business hours - everyone is available to help you between 8:30 and 5, so make sure you catch them during those hours!

Clean, well decorated, very nice location, amazing food, good drinks!

if you are looking for a pool hotel, its a bit small and the sun doesn’t hit all day. Pool area is cute with good shade.

I was fascinated by the location in the historic center of the city, the traditional facilities and the general atmosphere of the hotel. Likewise, the quality of service, staff education and food.

The room in general was very good, but the quality of the mattress did not meet my expectations.

Fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were flexible with check-in and check-out so we could fully enjoy the pool and amenities. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. The pool area was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was comfortable. And the hotel was conveniently located just a few blocks from the main square. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We would be happy to go back.

Our family group of 5 people stayed in the room with two levels, which was lovely. Our only note was that the second level did not have the same amenities as the first. For example, the second level did not have a mirror and did not have a place to hang clothes and it was sparsely furnished.

Amazing Staff, Beautiful location and comfortable rooms
