Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The station is very close, which makes the location convenient even if you arrive late at night.
It is a shame because the interior itself is quite nice. I strongly hope the management will improve the cleaning standards. The laundry area also needs to be repaired and properly maintained.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The property uses a self-check-in system, and once you get used to it, it can be a comfortable place for a longer stay. The building seems relatively new. There is a shoe rack near the entrance, so bringing indoor slippers would be useful. There is a shared kitchen area where guests can prepare their own meals. The garbage disposal area has separate recycling bins, although they were almost always full during my stay. The refrigerator also contained some old food that appeared to have been left there for quite some time, so I was not sure how regularly it was being managed. There is also a gaming PC area, although I personally found it a little difficult to approach. On the other hand, the private room itself was comfortable, with its own shower room and a large desk, which was very convenient for working.
The shared kitchen and laundry area were sometimes quite dirty. I think the overall level of comfort depends greatly on the other guests staying there at the same time. There were two washing machines, but one of them was out of order. There were also three dryers, with one out of order. The machines may be a little difficult to use, so clearer instructions might help prevent damage or misuse.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The hotel is an excellent option for lorger term stays, offering comfortable rooms with fully equipped kitchens and access to a shared laundry and kitchen area. The location is also very convenient, right in front of the train station, with direct connections to the city centre in just 10 minutes.
The main issue is cleanliness, which is a pity for an otherwise very good stay. On arrival, I had to clean the room myself due to hair, body hairs, and an unpleasant smell from some items, such as the bathroom curtain. Once cleaned, the apartment is very comfortable, although the carpet does not help with keeping it clean

Check in jedna katastrofa, maily s oznamom mi chodili trojmo, zaregistrovanie, katastrofa a elektronický kľúč, nie dobrý nápad. Niekedy menej viac. Recepčný medzi sebou nekomunikujú, všetko som musel vypisovať na dvakrát.

I told them that the curtain wasn’t working, but unfortunately they didn’t fix it during the whole week.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Gott om plats (bokade det större 2- personersrummet). Härlig balkong med em/kvällssol. Bra mörkläggningsgardiner. Komplett kök med gott om plats, gott om garderober. Kontorsloft. Efter avstämning med personalen fick vi ok på att ta med en luftmadrass till sonen som använde kontorsloftet som sitt sovrum medan jag förfogade över dubbelsängen. Bra tvättmöjligheter och lätt att få tid. Mycket gemensamma utrymmen med datorer, biorum, många sällskapsspel, böcker, osv. 1-2 minuter till hållplats (Roslagsbanan) eller 3-4 min till busshållplats. Rekommenderar starkt för både längre och kortare vistelser.
Om man inte har samma schema som den man bor med är det bökigt eftersom bara en av er får e-nyckel, särskilt irriterande eftersom funktionaliteten för att dela på en e-nyckel finns. Detta behöver lösas snarast! Hissgolvet upplevs som ofräscht vilket blir otrevligt då det är skostopp vid ytterdörren - rekommenderar att ta med blå tossor eller tofflor att ha inomhus.

Ho provato più volte a segnalarlo, ci ha provato anche l'operatore di booking, ma non abbiamo avuto risposta, solo, ripetutamente il messaggio di benvenuto e le istruzioni per andare via

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Понравилось расположение: хоть это и не сам Стокгольм, но станция очень близко, и доехать до города можно буквально за 20 минут. Внутри довольно чисто. Есть общая зона с кухней, игровой и прачечной. Большой рабочий стол, нормально работает сантехника. Но очень просто.
Ни фена, ни утюга, не вешалок - по сути вообще ничего. Кровать на одного, не очень удобная. Места мало. Никакого персонала нет. Дверь открывать через приложение, но оно иногда подтупает.

Städningen var fruktansvärd. Oidentifierbara fläckar på flera ställen på skåpen och på själva sängen. Hårstrån på väggarna och i sängen. Skräp från tidigare gäst under sängen. Spår av tidigare gäst i och utanpå toaletten. Toaborsten full med gammalt toalettpapper. Lampknappar och handtag var flottiga och fläckiga. Kylskåpet luktade gammal mat. Rummet och möblerna var också väldigt dammiga. Det såg liknande ut i de allmänna utrymmena – speciellt tvättstugan var dåligt städad. Kommunikationen kring incheckning var otydlig och krånglig. Det gick hyfsat snabbt att få kontakt via mejl angående städningen, men jag blev inte erbjuden någon kompensation för bristande städning.

Usel städning. Ej dammsugit, dammigt, soporna ej tömda, gamla kläder kvar som stank parfym. Klagade till hotellet redan första dagen och skickade bilder. Under 5 dagar brydde de sig inte att åtgärda mina klagomål. En tröja som låg kvar i rummet stank parfym. Lade den i en plastpåse och satte utanför dörren. Där stod den kvar hela min vistelse. Hotellet vill att man lämnar skorna kvar i entrén. Men, golvet är skitigt med nedtrampade tuggummin och chips. Under de 5 dagar jag var där skedde ingen dammsugning eller rengöring av golven. Rummen har ingen tv och den tv som står i allmänna rummet saknar fjärrkontroll och går inte att använda.

You are forced to leave the shoes in the entrance and walk in socks in the common area what was ok, but to go to the room you must enter dirty elevetor floor which was not clean for 3 days. Dont bring white socks like me. Pillow must be better!

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Huoneisto oli kiva ja valoisa. Sängyn patjat olivat myös hyvät. Parveke oli kiva, kun oli koko huoneiston levyinen. Alakerran oleskelutilat olivat viihtyisät, paitsi keittiötila ei houkutellut sen käyttämiseen. Yhteydet keskustaan olivat oikein hyvät. Majoituspaikan läheisyydessä oli hyvä kahvila.
Kaapeissa olisi pitänyt olla hyllyjä eikä pelkkiä tankoja. Nyt vaatteet/tavarat piti pitää laukussa tai lattialla. Kaksi henkaria on myös liian vähän, kukaan tuskin tuo niitä mukanaan. Lukuvaloa tulisi olla mahdollista käyttää molemmilla puolilla sänkyä. Kiinteä valaisin kyllä oli, mutta ei pistorasiaa, mistä siihen olisi saanut sähköä. Kokovartalopeili eteisessä tai jossain olisi myös hyvä. Parvekkeelle olisi kaivannut pientä pöytää ja paria tuolia. Samoin kahvin tai vedenkeitin huoneistossa olisi ollut mukava, alakerran keittiö ei sitä korvannut, koska emme sitä halunneet käyttää. Onneksi kahvila oli lähellä. Ovien lukitus kännykän avulla vähän stressaavaa.

Initially, we booked the room for two people. It only had towels and soaps in the bathroom for one person. On the third day we needed a new towel and they told us to go wash the towels in the hotel laundry. It is not reasonable for them to say this to customers. The shampoo for the shower was finished, we asked them to bring it to us, but they did not bring to us. If we wanted the room to be cleaned, we had to pay extra. And of course they didn't clean the room even once in all the days we stayed there And when we were leaving, they asked us to take the trash out of the room and throw it in the trash can outside. This is the first time I have encountered this. In a hotel, customers have to do all these things.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Habitación muy espaciosa y luminosa. El hotel está alejada del centro pero tienes metro a 2 minutos. Y un centro comercial a unos 25/20 minutos caminando. La habitación muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Está en una zona de nueva construcción. Tuvimos un problema con la descarga de la llave en el móvil y el soporte telefónico fue rápido y efectivo.
En general todo está bastante bien. Un detalle a tener en cuenta sería, que repasen un poco la tapicería del sofá y la limpieza de la nevera. Lo demás está todo bastante correcto.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, lo más cerca posible de la estación de tren y en una zona muy tranquila y relajada. Cuando necesité ayuda, recibí una respuesta muy rápida por teléfono. Las habitaciones están genial organizadas y cuentan con cocina equipada, además de una cocina compartida aún más completa en la primera planta.
El único detalle a tener en cuenta es que el alojamiento no tiene personal las 24 horas. Todo funciona a través de una aplicación (abrir el portal, usar el ascensor y entrar a la habitación), por lo que es fundamental tener batería en el móvil, de lo contrario podría ser un problema. ¡Muy recomendado!

The dishes in the room were not entirely clean and I expected a bit more of the kitchenette inside the room. I know it is not allowed to fry stuff, but it would have been nice to have some more stuff to make something. Like cutting knives, larger plates, etc. Also, my key stopped working and I had to wait over 3 hours before it was fixed. The customer service agent was nice, but I didn’t receive any updates and I wasn’t notified that it had been fixed. I was sitting in the lobby for over 3 hours on my last night and I really needed to be inside my room..
