1ère fois qu'un hotel ne peut nous trouver une aide pour garder notre enfant 2/3 heures. Attention la chambre à l'étage malgré la climatisation et très chaude la journée et l'escalier d'accès est difficile a monter.

The location is very close to the Port area and some facilities for buying necessities and close to food hubs.

The room is leaking when it is raining. The bathroom/CR has no adequate hooks to put towels or clothes. The guest house charged us an amount that was not discussed during our call before I went ahead with the reservation. I was asked to pay an additional 500 pesos per head (1,000/day) since the room has the capacity of 5 and there were 7 of us during our stay but during my call before I made the reservation I asked Francis from La Familia that there are 7 of us checking in and what are the additional fees I need to pay and he only mentioned that I can pay for 500 per bed if needed. When we arrived we are able to squeeze ourselves to the 3 available beds and opted to add only 1 bed but when we are checking out the lady said we need to pay per head plus the 1 additional bed so that is 1,000(2 additional heads) x 3nights + 1,500(1 bed for 3 nights) and I did not agree so she just said to just pay for the 3,000(2 additional heads for 3 nights). I explained to her that Francis told me otherwise but she insisted to pay the additional 500 per head so I did and did not argue further and we checked out. The agreement beforehand is not a miscommunication because I talked to Francis in Cebuano which is their native language since I am fluent in it.

Have stayed here several times. Very nice place.

Friendly staff and value for money

They dont cater breakfast, lunch or dinner. You need to go out and buy but its ok. What matters was that the place feels like home

우리아이를 그 옆 다이빙 센타에 매일 보내기 위해 어쩔수 없이 그곳에 숙소를 잡음 ..5박은 정말 힘들었다.

두번만 무료 수건제공이고 그 이후 수건 교체비를 내야한다며 1개당 40P를 내야한다고 직원이 말함...다음날 내가 부킹 닷컴에 5박치의 수건교체비 청소비 린넨교체비를 이미 낸 사실을 보여줌..난 이때부턴 화가났다..연결해준 툭툭기사도 5시까지 1800을 냈는데...전화해도 안받고....암튼...5박은 너무 힘든 기억. ...내 평생 이런 숙소에서 잠을 자본게 처음이다...

Je n'ai pas aimé le personnel. Ils nous disaient a peine bonjour et nous regardaient à peine. Nous avons l'habitude de créer de super belle relation alors ca nous a extrêmement déçu. Je nai meme pas compris les commentaires positifs à cette effet. Je sais que ce n'était pas nous le problème. La piscine était aussi degeulace. Aucunement traité au chlore, beaucoup d'algues et eau très huileuse. Elle etait toujours verte. Nous avons détesté!

It is situated not too far from the ferry terminal.

No restaurant on the property but there are at least 2 eating places within easy walking distance.

Check in was very easy. Renting a moped was also very simple and easy. The room was large so plenty of space

The bathroom door was crumbling because of water damage and the door did not close. The room could do with modernising as there are cracks all over the walls. There’s no toilet roll holder or hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Airco maakt heel veel lawaai, het is allemaal erg oud en klein. De wc lekte en dit was na drie nachten nog niet opgelost. Er werd behalve schoonmaken niet iets aan gedaan. Het zwembad is heel klein en zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Er was wel heet drinkwater om te pakken maar geen koud water. Ik heb voor dezelfde prijs per nacht heel veel betere accomodaties gehad in de Filipijnen.

Small rooms. Swimming Pool was closed. Not so quiet place what i expected. Location very far away from everything. No restaurant open or near other restaurants. No beaches near.

La gentillesse du personnel, vraiment adorable. La taille de la chambre. La propreté : c'est vraiment impeccable. Vente d'eau et de boissons fraîches très peu chères. Eau chaude à disposition, dans des thermos.

Très sonore (pas de possibilité de fermer la fenêtre) : on entend les coqs et les chiens dès 5h30. Si on a des voisins bruyants, difficile voire impossible de dormir. Des gens ont fait énormément de bruit toute une nuit, le gardien s'est contenté de frapper très mollement à leur porte, les gens n'ont pas ouvert, le gardien est reparti, les gens ont recommencé leur cirque... Moi aussi j'avais frappé à leur porte, pourtant plus énergiquelent. Dommage que l'hôtel accepte ce genre de comportement car ça ne peut que leur nuire.

Bon accueil surtout par le jeune femme. Chambre propre avec balcon. Possibilité de louer un scooter. De l'eau chaude est à disposition à l'accueil. Bonne connexion internet.

Hôtel vieillot qui aurait besoin d'être rénové. Forte odeur de moisissure dans l'entrée. Les fenêtres sont difficiles à ouvrir. Il n'y pas de table de nuit ni étagère pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bains. Poignée de porte cassée de même que le support à papier toilette. Aucune possibilité pour étendre son linge. Sommes restées 5 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée une seule fois sur toute la période. Logement excentré : à déconseiller si vous n'avez pas de moyen de location.

Personnel extra attention spéciale pour mon anniversaire une gentillesse extra proximité avec une belle plage calme

Le personnel est tres gentil, la chambre est tres grande , la climatisation enfin uen récente qui ne fait pas de bruit génial. Des boissons sont à disposition et sont très peu chères très bien . C'est propre et sécurisé. Nous avons aimé l emplacement à 15 min des restaurant c'était idéal avec un scooter on dormait au calme.

La piscine est plutôt un petit bassin pour les pieds, elle est tres sale mais cela ne nous à pas vraiment dérangé car l hôtel est vraiment bien , juste il ne faut aps s attendre a se baigner. Le tarif des scooter n'est pas attractif on a préféré prendre au port directement deux fois moins cher

We stayed one night and it was clean and bed was comfortable. Strong wifi and the staff offered to help us get to town the next day

There were no water in the sink and the staff said they would check but didn’t get back to us. Also, the location is really far from everything else so definately rent a bike there

Tiny swimming pool, toilet door falling off, toilet seat falling off, could not properly draw the curtains or blinds, room felt stuffy, staff not very helpful, Tv very old and no WI.

The staff - they make it feel like home, the absolute best staff I’ve ever encountered. I stayed with my 18 month old and husband and the staff were so caring towards our daughter. The common area feels like a large living room, very comfortable and homely. Relaxed atmosphere. Very welcoming. Very close beach nearby which is perfectly fine and with cool snorkelling.

Było bardzo głośno, słyszałem wszystko przez te cienkie ściany, klimatyzacja bardzo głośna. Byliśmy 4 dni i przez ten czas nikt nie sprzątnął pokoju oraz nie wymienił ręczników/poscieli

The young very helpful lady who was working at the reception was very helpful and was obviously just as embarrassed about the whole situation as we were .

The deluxe family room that had paid for in advance was clearly not a deluxe family room in fact I wouldn't have let my dog sleep in there ! Like many of us I understand that any establishment will use filters and the best photographs to make their place look the best ..... The room was obviously damp , half the bottom part of the room had repainted so many times is was a different shade than the rest of the colour scheme and was so damp They had obviously had many amateur attempts to cover up the problem but as someone who has experience in this area ,. It was not a safe environment for humans to sleep in the UK. Let alone the tropics. There wasn't even a window, " Luxury family room ?" More like a bargain basement last minute deal at Alcatraz ! I have been blessed by God to have the good fortune on five occasions for a month long holiday in the wonderful Philippines and I have never had the occasion to leave a negative review about any establishment. It was the first time ever I have ever refused a booking in all my years of traveling. We managed to secure a very decent abode a hundred yards down the road three times as good at less than half the price . The so called swimming pool was more like an aquatic research centre for bath tub type for water creepy crawlies , hat's off to the photographer they were genuinely brilliant. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LACK OF BALCONY ! It breaks my heart to leave such a negative review, which I have never done before for any place I have stayed, or in this case didn't stay . In my humble opinion the damp environment was not conjunctive for an elderly persons stay . I booked into an establishment which had not the slightest resemblance to the sad parody I arrived at .

The property is clean and the staffs are very kind and accomodating, they will help you if there are things you need. They also have motorcycles for rent.
