Las fotos no reflejan la realidad. Booking no me avisó de que iba a una habitación en un palomar en lugar de a un apartamento. Las escaleras eran al aire y propias de un desván, no son apropiadas para una persona de 62 años como yo. Esto debería quedar claro en el anuncio. El garaje ofrecido es demasiado caro para no estar tan cerca y hay ruidos en el estudio 3 planta primera por una discoteca.

Rummet var fantastiskt, mysigt och trevligt. Mysiga omgivningar med trevliga gator och många caféer och restauranger. Lagom promenadavstånd ner till floden och flera sevärdheter. Skulle absolut kunna bo här igen.

La ubicación muy buena,cerca de todo, andando a 10 min del Duero,es una zona con bares, ambiente,pero desde nuestra (guardilla) era el tercero,no se escuchaban ruidos.Tenia aire acondicionado.Se veía desde la ventana del baño la torre de los clérigos. .

No había wifi,poca cobertura en la habitación,no es la q sale en la foto,era una guardilla en el 3° piso sin ascensor y con 50 escalones empinados..alguna persona mayor o con problemas de rodilla no lo sube.

Molto ben collegata con tutti i punti di interesse, silenziosa, con aria condizionata il che d'estate è ormai fondamentale. Pulita, Porto di benvenuto.

O studio é muito aconchegante, limpo e organizado! Os funcionários fornecem informações claras para o checkin e estadia. Além de nos receber com vinho do porto! Super recomendo!

Das Apartment Nr.4 ist wunderschön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet Die Lage ist hervorragend, man erreicht die U - Bahn und die Busse sehr schnell Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen

Ein paar Haken im Bad für die Handtücher mehr, wäre gut. Aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau

Great location, and cool to be right above the brewery in a historic home. Very clean, nice touches. Staff was friendly and accommodated my late check in time! Highly recommend!!

If you are in the penthouse appartment, note you can hear birds squawking and landing on the roof early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, try to get a room on a lower floor. :)

La ubicación. Es un lugar tranquilo y silencioso. Estaba cerca de los lugares de interés y buenos restaurantes. También era un lugar bastante limpio y el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla.

La nevera no enfriaba y una de las camas tenía un colchón al que se le hacía un hueco.

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral und hat alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. In die beiden Zimmer mit Balkon eines sehr gepflegten, mehrstöckigen Hauses wurden Bad und Küche als zusätzliche Einrichtung installiert; eine clevere Lösung. Im zugehörigen Craft beer Brauhaus lässt es sich gut Essen und Trinken. Die Kommunikation per Whatsapp war einfach, schnell und klar verständlich.

Es hat alles gepasst.

Some type of Bird nesting outside. Extremely loud and annoying!! Especially early morning such as 6 am.

Great location, and very nice room. Also clean. Located near many reastaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

Las escaleras para acceder a la última planta son un poco estrechas

Das Zimmer war großzügig geräumig für eine Person. Es hatte viele Fenster was super war, morgens schien die Sonne sehr schön ins Zimmer rein. Vor allem hat mir die Gegend gefallen, nur paar Minuten fußläufig entfernt gab es sehr schöne Restaurants, Cafés, Geschenkeladen etc. Trotz der vielen Restaurants war es abends nicht zu laut.

Das Fenster auf der Küchenseite vielleicht lieber nicht aufmachen… auf der Seite befinden sich wahrscheinlich viele Restaurants und der ganze Geruch steigt nach oben bis ins Zimmer. Hatte diese Probleme nicht bei dem Fenster auf der Bettseite

Zentral gelegen, tolle Aussicht, schönes Bad, bequemes Bett.

Möwen waren sehr laut, der Eingangsbereich hat etwas streng gerochen, trotz sauberem Erscheinungsbild, Treppe in das oberste Apartment war mit Koffer schwer zu bewältigen

There was no elevator and it’s located on a road that has a lot of nightlife and bars

Quiet part of Porto but not far main tourist area. Surprising number excellent restaurants nearby. Pub downstairs very useful, reasonably priced beer. Well appointed apartment, good views, very quiet.

Very very hard pillows, I used the spare duvet all week. Nowhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower.

Lovely well appointed comfortable appartment, comfy bed, great ensuite & mini kitchen pods. So lovely gesture to be welcomed with some port. Loved the balcolny overlooking the roof tops. . Excellent sotuation for sights & restaurants. Loved Vouager 1 restaurant in the same road, delicious. Able to store luggage after check out in lockable cupboard very helpful. Excellent responsive communication with hosts. Will definately return & recommend.

Access instructuons by email got missed as 3 lines of communication - WhatsApp, Email & Booking.com & not shared accross all 3. But responded as soon as WhatsApp used every time immediately. Excellent service.

Mielismy zarezerwowane 2 pokoje. Pokoj na poddaszu to ogromne rozczarowanie. Byl tak maly,ze nie dalo sie otworzyc walizki. Drugi pokoj byl wiekszy,ale na sile wcisniety byl zlew jako substytut aneksu kuchennego i jakas dziwna konstrukcja szklana,za ktora byl mini prysznic i toaleta. Oceny na booking zupelnie nie korespondyja z rzeczywistoscia.

Loved the location, we didn't interact with the staff much but they were helpful when we did. Really liked the desperate shower and W/C.

Location was a little further away from the common tourist attractions down by the riverside, but it was reasonably quiet and roomy. Rooms 2 and 4 are above a garden bar, but certainly for our room 4, there was little noise or cigarette smoke, being two floors up. It was well equipped for making small meals if you wanted to, but there were many restaurants close by. Rooms 2 and 4 also had a nicer view than 1 or 2. Nice to see a small welcome gift as well.

Es un apartamento muy bonito, no es grande pero tiene de todo. La ubicación es fantástica, en una zona con ambiente, cerca de los principales puntos de interés para poder ir andando.

Al tener la cervecería debajo, se oye la música y las conversaciones. Si quieres dormir pronto, puede molestar un poco (hasta las 12 de la noche aproximadamente).

El departamento es muy bonito, funciona todo perfecto, repleto de accesorios, gran vista, gran ubicación.

El estacionamiento no pude utilizarlo porque son 3 plazas solamente y si eres el 4° huésped quedas afuera.

Türen schleifen über den Boden(Badezimmer), Schrank schwer/ umständlich zugängig.

Ubicación muy centrica. La cerveceria de abajo genial. El estudio es práctico, lo tiene todo muy concentrado, pero es mejorable. Mas economico que otras opciones semejantes.

Cama algo dura, se sentía los muelles. Algo de ruido procedente de la calle por los bares nocturnos del fin de semana. La cocina es tan pequeña que se hace incomoda.

It was spacious , comfortable and easily accessible to the center of Porto . I loved the indoor balcony area

The hot water tap would not move and only boiling hot water came out of the tap - I could not adjust it , no matter how hard I tried .

Noi abbiamo soggiornato nello studio 4 al secondo piano. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi, camera grande e la vista sui tetti di Porto era veramente un plus. Il letto era comodo e la possibilità anche di avere il cucinino (che però noi non abbiamo usato se non per scaldare l’acqua per il The) potrebbe essere molto comodo. Veramente accoglienti sia per il voucher della birra nel birrificio sotto la camera che per l’assaggio del vino porto direttamente in camera. Per qualsiasi necessità comunque il gestore è stato disponibile via chat per aiutarci qualora ci fosse qualcosa che ci servisse anche fornendoci una lista di consigli.

Se devo proprio trovare un difetto sarebbe stato sicuramente più comodo un rubinetto del lavandino del bagno leggermente più grande per riuscire ad usarlo meglio. C’è voluto un momento per capire come chiudere la porta della camera perché bisogna necessariamente chiuderla a chiave dall’interno.

The only issue I have faced is the slow wifi. The wifi speed was very slow and even slower at nights. Other than that everything was perfect.

GREAT apartment had everything I needed. The brewery downstairs quieted down about the same time I do. They're not loud, but they're down there. As described.

World's smallest toilet. :) No control over the HVAC / temp may have been a seasonal setting, but I am glad I like places cooler than too warm.

Posizione in pieno centro, con numerosi ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Monolocale ben attrezzato con angolo cottura. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Due bicchieri di vino + un voucher per due birre gratis nel locale di sotto 🔝

Un po’ di odore di umidità nella stanza e poca privacy per il bagno, in quanto le pareti sono di vetro e la doccia è “a vista”.

La posizione eccezionale e la struttura accogliente e pulita. Caratteristica anche l'architettura dei locali.

Le lit était confortable et le logement propre. Il était bien situé également

The communication before was fast and clear. The room is big with a small kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom and nice windows with views of the city. It is well located in the city centre, close to restaurants, bars, tourist places and public transport. There is space to keep luggage, and they offered beers.

The building is a bit old and it was noisy on Friday night.

A fechadura da porta de entrada do studio não tem maçaneta, e é meio vulnerável a tranca.

The Studio had everything needed for a short, self contained break. Check-in and out was self-service but the instructions were clear. We had a little problem with rain coming in above a window but this was dealt with very efficiently by The Brewmasters House staff. Communication, through WhatsApp, was excellent throughout the process to get the water problem sorted.

All good.

The room and facilities were lovely, everything was made very easy to check in and checkout and the luggage lockers made it easy to store our stuff before and after. The property was in a great location with lots of top restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again

Perhaps having a second key could have been useful but I never asked so don't know if it was possible or not. Can't really fault the place it was perfect for our needs

Su ubicación y la limpieza. El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado en el centro de Oporto, muy limpio y la habitación y el baño era amplio.

El hotel no tiene ascensor lo cual se hace duro tener que subir las maletas al último piso. La cama es muy blanda

La ubicación es excelente, y el apartamento bonito, limpio y bien equipado. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Tiene buena situacion, esta en el centro de Oporto

Publicitan que tienen parking y no es asi deben de informar que es parking fuera de las instalaciones y que hay que reservar y pagar 15€ dia. Ademas la habitacion que nos toco (5), esta en un 3 piso y el ultimo tramo de escalera muy estrechas y muy enpinada, lo que hace que sea dificultosa para subir a gente como nosotros de 60 años, son medidas que deberian informar ya que se sale de las normas habituales.

It’s an individual preference but the mattress was quite firm for our liking

the location was good, the studio (which we choose, not to cook, but because it was on the first floor) was well equiped. very efficient and quick communication, also when questioning things in our last minute booking. a welcoming karaf of port wine, really appreciated. the parking ( +15€/day), was really large, very convenient for me :-)

matress was not great, not hotel quality. we had noise from down the garden area, both nights.

A brilliant location with so many bars and restaurants in the street and easy to walk to most places. A charming old building. Great to have a kitchenette and the tea and coffee was appreciated. The communication with the management team was excellent and accessing our room was straightforward.

We would have liked room service at least once during our four day stay.
