MARIA'S BOUTIQUE Rooms

We were greeted by our lovely host Maria, who made us feel so welcome and offered cold drinks on a very hot day. Our room was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. Maria assisted with local recommendations and booking transport to a local festival. We loved our stay and hope to return. Thank you to host and staff.

Great room with balcony and views. Maria was a wonderful host, giving us excellent local Information and helped us by organising a canal cruise and local cabs. Good aircon which was a life saver in hot weather. Excellent breakfast and short walk to local restaurants. Ancient Corinth is a lovely small town with the ruins a short walk away.

Maria and her colleague were lovely, extremely kind and informative. The bed was really comfortable. The room was very well equipped, there was a mini bar, a safe and a proper hair dryer and downstairs there were endless supplies of cold water for drinking and hot water and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was terrific.

Lovely home made traditional breakfast - warm and friendly owner and staff. The location was great - right in the heart of ancient Corinth and a short walk to the local restaurants.

The location is ideal to visit the ruins of ancient Corinth, and is a two minute walk from local restaurants. We were able to park our car just outside. Also good for day trip to Mycenae by car.

Maria was super friendly. The room had all the amenities. The breakfast wasnt included in the room price, but for 12.50 pp we had a good varied breakfast that made us not want to eat for at least four hours :) The rooms were decorated beautifully. You could reach the excavation site within 2 minutes

The bed wasn't great; we sank to the middle. I prefer a more firm mattress

Kamers zijn erg mooi ingericht, heel sfeervol. Alles is prima in orde op de kamer en schoon. Prima verduistering door rolluiken en we hadden een terras in de avondzon. Maria is heel vriendelijk en geeft ons het thuisgevoel, al onze vragen werden beantwoord. Fijn dat we zelf koffie en thee kunnen pakken. De te bezoeken sites zijn lopend te bereiken en in het hotel is prima informatie daarover te vinden.

Υπέροχη φιλοξενία , πεντακάθαρα όλα, φανταστικό το δωμάτιο από θέμα διακόσμησης , και το πρωινό πάρα πολύ καλό, ήταν όλα τέλεια!

The hospitality was excellent, the staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was accommodating. Everything was top notch. I've stayed at high end hotels amd this was far better than even those. Maria is by far highly recommended and I will recommend her to others as well I will return for my future stays. 5⭐️'s forsure!

The staff was.wonderful and always available. The room was comfy and cozy and in a great location. I have stayed at some very high end hotels and this by far had better service than even those 5⭐️ hotels. Will return and highly recommend to others!

In dem kleinen, familiengeführten und sehr gemütlichen Boutiquehotel von Maria haben wir uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ausreichend und typisch griechisch – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Maria ist ein unglaublich warmherziger, lieber Mensch, ebenso ihre Assistentin. Beide haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt und den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Maria! A warm and welcoming host. Cozy boutique has charming and eclectic decor. Location is perfect. Traditional rustic Greek breakfast was substantial for the price. Incredibly clean and comfortable. This was the third time we've stayed here, and will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

We regret we couldn't stay longer.

Tout était très bien, c'était propre et idéalement situé dans l'ancienne corynthe ! Tout est faisable à pied depuis le logement. Maria nous a attendu jusqu'à tard car notre correspondance en ferry arrivait tard. Elle a été très agréable et très hospitalière.

The street corner is a bit loud. Bring earplugs if a light sleeper.

Maria’s was such a wonderful place to stay on the first night of our trip to Greece. Maria herself was so kind and welcoming, and her guesthouse is just beautiful: very comfortable, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and so conveniently situated just a few steps from the village centre. We loved Maria’s restaurant recommendation (Marino’s) so much that we stopped there again for lunch on our drive back through Corinth at the end of our trip.

Our room was spacious with a delightful en-suite and a shower with plentiful hot water. The bed was extremely comfortable with good bed linen. A lovely balcony with sea views added to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Having a small fridge in the room was very useful.

L'accoglienza da parte di Maria e della gentilissima signora che ci ha preparato la colazione (ottima e abbondante, con prodotti freschi dolci e salati), la camera arredata con gusto e completa di tutto, la vicinanza al sito archeologico di Corinto. Pulizia impeccabile, struttura consigliatissima.

Direi niente. Forse la strada è un po' anonima, ma basta girare l'angolo e c'è l'Acrocorinto, un altro mondo!

Ein sehr liebevoll geführtes kleines Hotel. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war nostalgisch hübsch eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet.👍🏻

Un peu cher pour les prestations. Petit déjeuner cher et pas terrible.

Très joli hôtel à proximité du site touristique avec mise à disposition d'eau et de thé/café à volonté.

L'hôtel est relativement mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu passer les voitures toute la nuit.

Tutto....la struttura, originale, bella, assolutamente non banale, tranquilla, ogni particolare di ottimo gusto e originale. La prorpietaria, gentile, dinamica un piacere parlarle. La colazione ....che dire, tutto il buon gusto greco in cucina. Peccato che ci siamo fermati solo per una notte. Uno dei posti migliori, se non il migliore in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

This place is great and Maria is a very kind and generous host. The structure is modern and well furnished, very conveniently located (just a few steps from the archeological site) and it offers a rich and abundant breakfast, with both sweet and salted food. Maria waited for our late arrival and was there when we left, and I could get in touch with her very easily.

Difficult to say, it was all great! Maybe the lady preparing the breakfast not knowing a single English word was a bit... weird, but we managed to communicate anyway :-D

Amazing boutique hotel with everything you need and lots of character. Location is a short walking distance to ancient Corinth. The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious with so many varieties. Maria was one of the sweetest and most welcoming people.

Good location in Old Corinth, although at night there's some noise from people passing through to the mainstreet. Rooms are very much OK. Perhaps not suited for a longer stay.

Wonderful location close to the village and walkable to the ruins! Really lovely decor and comfy big rooms with unique furniture! Maria was wonderful and works so hard to make everything lovely for her guests. She recommended her brother's restaurant Marinos which was fantastic! A lovely breakfast offered for a small fee in the pretty little patio filled with flowers.

Coffee was pretty weak and not the best but there is a good espresso bar right up the road for those wanting some serious brew!

The room was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. The bed was SO comfortable! Maria was the best host, happy to help us with our many questions about what to do and where to go. A lovely lady. Would highly recommend staying here.

Maria's Boutique Rooms is a rare find. This is not simply a lodging place; it is a labor of love for Maria and her family. Maria told us the story of how she developed this place over a dozen years. It represents her artistry and the metalworking of her husband. There's so many delightful touches around the place. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast was enormous! And Maria was a consummate host. We also found that ancient Corinth was a great place to not only visit the ancient ruins of Corinth but it is close to the Nemea winegrowing region, to the Mycenae Archeological Ruins, and to the delightful seaside city of Nafplio. We highly recommend that you stay at Maria's Boutique Rooms when visiting the Corinth area.

Maria‘s was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good security for a single traveler. She is such a sweet host. Maria is very responsive to emails. If she is not there she is readily within reach. The family truly cares about making their guests happy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and within very easy walking distance to the ruins and cafes.

There weren’t really any negatives about this place. There is no elevator so I left my heavier suitcase in the car and just took only what I needed overnight. Bear in mind it’s an older building without any practical way of adding a lift.

Maria is exceptional host, she could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Her Boutique Rooms are very lovely, homely, stylish, and comfortable. Everything working. We had a lovely balcony table overlooking the castle. You absolutely have to have Maria's breakfast it is superb and best one yet on our 2 week trip around mainland Greece. Maria's rooms are excellently located a short walk to the site enabled us to go round most of the ancient site before it got too warm and crowded

The location is very convenient. Maria is a very nice host. Our room had a view both on the sea and the mountain, and we could even see the temple of Apollo. Beautiful stay.

Very centrally located in the town. There's parking on the street or a free parking lot just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are only a couple minutes walk as well. Our room had a beautiful view of Acrocorinth.

Beautiful room kept clean and tidy. Toilet and room amenities were well provided. Breakfast was delicious and spread was wide. Very comfortable stay!
