Odada bir su ısıtıcısı olsa çok iyi olurdu. Rezervasyon kodu geçerli değildi baya vakit kaybettik anahtarı almak için.Ancak telefondaki personelin sisteme erişimi ile çözüldü.

Stunning location! Was very tranquil, with beautiful views and a very comfortable room. The bathroom was very nice too! And loved the self-check in and check-out process. Good parking too.

Ubytovaní nás velmi příjemně překvapilo, takhle online sem to nezazila ani v japonsku :D check in s predstihem, otvirani dveri telefonem, vse perfektni. Pokoj presne dle popisu, elektricke zaluzije velmi prijemne potesili a vyhled byl pekny. Koupelna byla velmi disajnova a plne funkcni, krom eee az moc disajnove sklenene prepazky, kde i pres matny pruh bylo az moc videt, holt zazitek :D Parkovani primo u hotelu a dobrou dostupnost na nasi ceste velmi ocenujeme a dorporucujeme !

Vse v poradku, jen ta pruhledna koupelna je jen pro opravdove pratele a rodinu :D

La décoration

Smart hotel, good value for the area within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Very clean, rooms start on the 10th floor but the lifts were very efficient. Good parking but the hotel spaces are marked Guest rather than Hotel as shown on the arrinstructions which was a little confusing as other spaces had numbers. Lovely bathroom. Rooftop bar. Dog friendly.

Air conditioning was very poor, it was really warm in the room and because there was a huge storm we couldn't have the windows open. The hotel check- in and check- out is all automated, because we had to pay for the dog the system wouldn't let us check out but also offered no way of paying. Fortunately we managed to message the hotel through booking.com and they sent us a secure payment link. Would have been much quicker and easier if there was a way to pay on arrival.

Een goed hotel voor tijdens onze doorreis. Het was proper.

Er was nergens personeel. De self check-in was wel duidelijk, maar het is toch aangenamer om iemand aan de receptie te zien.

Hotel w biurowcu, chyba z lat 80-tych, który góruje nad okolicą. Duży apartament hotelowy na 12 piętrze z panoramicznym widokiem na całą okolicę. Wygodne łóżka, czysto, bardzo przestronnie. Przez cały dzień można skorzystać z jadalni, która znajduje się piętro wyżej, gdzie serwowana jest za darmo czekolada, kawa i herbata.

Hotel smart, czyli wszystko odbywa się online i ani żywej duszy w hotelu. Proces check-in trochę przydługawy, drzwi wejściowe, drzwi na piętro i do pokoju otwiera się smartfonem. Można jednak po wejściu do hotelu, wyrobić sobie standardową kartę. Trochę niefortunny design łazienki. Umiejscowiona na środku pokoju, z mlecznymi szybami na środku, szklane drzwi do łazienki nie są szczelne. Ciężko w takich warunkach o intymność.

Sofa bed was not comfortable.

I chose this hotel specifically because of its self check-in: I was arriving late at night during a cycling tour and needed a place to stay without fuss. This was perfect. I could even take my bike into my room, which was bigger than expected.

De airco bakte er niet veel van. Beetje merkwaardigwaardig ingerichte kaner met laminaat tegen plafond. Sombere kamer door donkere kleurstelling. Vooral in de badkamer.

Udsigten var fantastisk og generelt nogle dejlige værelser. At man selv kunne tage håndklæder fra skabet i gangen ved mangler - syntes vi var fantastisk

Vi blev ikke informeret helt at der var morgenmad, så vi mistede muligheden den første dag. Derudover synes jeg at rengøringspersonalet under opholdet ikke var så grundige ved den daglige rengøring. Men det er små detaljer ifht den overordnede oplevelse

Wir hatten eine große Suite für die Familie und waren voll und ganz zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war riesig, Bad und Betten prima. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft hat uns ein Mitarbeiter sehr nett am Telefon weiter geholfen mit dem Check In. Zum Frühstück gibt es im 13. Stock einen schönen großen Frühstücksraum, einen Automaten mit verschiedenen warmen Getränken, es gibt Obst und Gipfeli. Alles tip top für uns.

Amazing views from the hotel room. Lots of space in the room, it was clean, and check-in/check-out was easy. The location also fit my needs, and we had supermarkets and cafes relatively close by.

We had 2 AC units in the room, but only 1 was running properly; the other turned on but shut down after a few minutes. Because no one was working at the hotel, I felt it wouldn't be possible to get it fixed soon. Also, there was not much information about the parking spots, and I was not sure if I was parking in the allowed spots.

Porta vetro tra camera e bagno, opaco e non si vede ma se usato di notte passa la luce. Mancava il comodino su un lato del letto, lo spazio c'era.

Lekker alles smart, geen receptie waar je moet wachten. Geen tijden waar je aan vastzit. Helemaal top. Schone kamer, extra bedje was opgemaakt. Na lange reis konden we douchen en zo ons bed induiken. Uitzicht was ook top.

L’assistenza buona anche se non presente in struttura. Consiglio di non arrivare in tarda serata.

Смарт отель. Персонала нет. Общение с ними происходит на улице через спикер. Заселялись часа два. Номер, который дали изначально, был непригоден для проживания. Автоматически включилась вентиляция в душевой и туалете. Работала с грохотом проезжающего мимо поезда. Спустился вниз, объяснил через спикер проблему. Дали другой номер, там было тихо. Но при этом нестерпимо воняло канализацией. Спустился вниз, поговорил через спикер, дали другой номер. Там также громко работала вентиляция. И это был не шум воздуха, проходящего по трубам! Грохот такой, что казалось, что потолок сейчас обрушится тебе на голову! В потолке вентиляционное отверстие. Спустился вниз, поговорил через спикер, потом установили связь по WHATSAPP. Вернули в первый номер, вентиляция работала, но терпимо, видимо сбавили обороты ) Управление всем процессом шло из Албании, код этой страны отобразился в телефоне. Утомили очень они, в итоге.

Hotel pulito, camere grandi, il ceck-in self service molto intuitivo. Tutto bene. Parcheggio davanti all'hotel gratuito.

La colazione veramente deprimente. Due cestini di croissant e basta. Scandalosa per 19 franchi a persona. Andate nel centro commerciale di fronte all'hotel, il bar offre una colazione completa ad un costo inferiore. Il bagno con i sanitari neri e una luce gialla che non si vede niente.

De ligging van het hotel en de grootte van de kamer waren fantastisch.

Wij kwamen later aan waardoor er geen personeel aanwezig was. In principe geen probleem als alles werkt. Bij ons werkte de airco niet, misten er gordijnen en sloten sommige screens niet goed. Met dat warme weer en dan met een gezin is dat geen beste ervaring. Er was ook geen personeel om dit te verhelpen. Een uur aan de telefoon met de helpdesk heeft ook weinig uitgericht.

Non ho amato la parete di vetro che separa il bagno dalla camera, la privacy risulta compromessa. L' ingresso non è stato facile perché la porta si apre solo con la chiave digitale che si può ottenere dopo il self check in online. Per me che arrivo dall' estero è stato un problema perché non avevo internet. Mi sono dovuta connettere al wifi dell' hotel su suggerimento di un ospite che usciva in quel momento e mi ha spiegato tutto. Ho sentito molto l' assenza di un receptionist in hotel

It is modern and easy to check in on your own. The view was nice and the room was big and spacious. I liked that there was parking right outside the building.

The airconditioner did not work and the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The room was very warm and the windows on the 10th floor opened completely. The blinds outside caught a lot of wind and would make noise. Not a reassuring thought to fall alseep with, with two children.

Easy to find, park and access the room

Breakfast is available in the 13th or 14th floor “meeting room”. Not exactly obvious. Croissants and fruit only for breakfast.

Goed bed, ruime kamer met airco. Makkelijk online in- en uitchecken.

Om 21.30 u. ging het brandalarm af. Dus iedereen van de 10de en 11de verdieping, waar de kamers zijn, alle trappen af naar buiten. Vervolgens gebeurde er niets. Vanaf 15.00 u is er geen personeel meer in het hotel. Het alarm stopte en uiteindelijk ging iedereen weer naar binnen. Ik heb gebeld met het nummer dat in de lobby vermeld stond. Kreeg te horen dat er een melding gedaan was en dat het opgepakt was. Meer niet. Een half uur later heb ik opnieuw gebeld: als er niets gebeurt na een brandalarm en alle gasten slapen zo hoog in een gebouw, wil ik zeker weten of het veilig is. Kreeg een mevrouw aan de telefoon die onaangenaam begon te doen. Bleek uiteindelijk een vals alarm te zijn. Lijkt me een kleine moeite voor een hotel dat je dagelijks (meerdere) mails stuurt, om dan ook alle gasten even te informeren per sms of mail dat het loos alarm was. Dit was heel vreemd en niet prettig.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch war die Klimaanlage auf unserem Zimmer defekt. Bei den hohen Temperaturen war das leider sehr unangenehm. Wir hoffen, dass der Schaden für die nächsten Gäste schnell behoben wird.
