The location is affordable and as well as the travel partner benefits and amenities suit the each event ready space.

A very comforting and well-managed property. I was impressed by how organized everything definitely stands out from the usual booking point. The service is great and the location is perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay near the sea. Great experience! The hotel offers excellent hospitality and a very structured approach to service. The perks usually not available at other hotels can only be experienced at the reception allows time and space for quick reading or any emergency communication is escalated very quickly. The best part have not seen any one complaining about their wakeup as the occupancy is privately managed by the hotel staff. I am deeply in love with the digital prints or the murals here, and I am thankful to all the encouraging people who took the motive to bring to my notice the hotel also offers luxury services which includes spa and etc...

Even though I'm not checking they charged me 2500rs The reason I'm not check- in , I booked one hotel they suggested another hotel at the check in time that I waited outside the road with my wife for 3 hours I really suffered with their service

Location, it was very close to calangute beach.

Cleanliness - rooms were not up to the mark. Parking - there is no free parking at the hotel. We paid 2050 for 3 days parking in common calangute beach parking.

I stayed here for two night and three days. We occupied seven room. Not a single day room was cleaned. Towel, bedsheet never changed. Rude behavior of staff.

I have raised this question already to the hotel staff and also raised this on booking questions but no responses one of the room where me and my wife stayed it had literally cockroaches into the room which came out around 1:30am and had to call staff to do something but they just sprayed and let them go away on the next day when we came back to hotel from outside our room was flooded with died cockroaches when I asked them to change the room they denied and not helped and also last day when we asked them for laundry they literally said no we don’t have u have to use the same one from last night. Totally unacceptable experience from this hotel. Nothing to liked about this property at all.

It was an awesome experience whenever will go to North goa will always go for same hotel. Cleaning, beach accessibility, market accessible, was got a scooty on rent and on a good rate and the best thing whatever the picture of rooms was shown we got the same at the time of booking

I feel everything was awesome no need to start something new

When we reached the property we were denied room saying that room had a short circuit. We have to book a taxi for 1000 rupees to shift to a new property. not satisfied on the service of this booking. Atleast we could have been informed 1 to 2 hours before.

Location of the property is the best. Well behaved staff, helped us whatever we asked.

Other than the location and staff, nothing is good.... Bathroom door handle broken, uncleaned and very small swimming pool. Usually they don't offer breakfast with the booking but if someone like me books then they bring that from nearby restaurants of substandard quality. There is a big issue with the cleaning part. Everywhere the cobweb was there, lines of ants that spoiled my biscuits. Overall not at all a good stay with a cost of 4k per night in the off season in the last half of June..

The hotel is very near to the main calangute beach. Staffs are really helpful.

The location can't be beat. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and many food and shopping places around town. Cabs are nearby also. Staff was kind and helpful. Many nearby beaches are easy to walk to also. Bed was big and comfortable, and the fridge worked nicely. Great price, too.

The bathroom was not that clean, but it was fine. No one cleaned the room while I was there.

The best part of this hotel in just 2 minutes distance, room was neat and clean, good staff, clean swimming pool and great to enjoy, overall it was good experience....

Awesome location right on the beach .2 mins walk to Baga beach and 10 mins walk to Calangute beach close to market and everything is at walking distance Stff very helpful throughout our stay special thanks to Hussain who helped us personally to the airport coz there was a taxi strike.if you are in Goa to relax,you should give a try to the massage service with the lady here(actually both husband and wife work here) Room-we booked the wooden chalets. Very big rooms.Neat and clean. Everyday housekeeping services was there. Even the bathrooms were pretty big and clean. Every possible service was available. Safe for girls as wel. The property is very well maintained. The only thing that we felt needs a little improvement was the food. The price is high and the food lacks taste. This is the only minus point. But you still have the shacks where you can order food as the beach is very close by. So food will not be a problem if you stay here. Otherwise everything is pretty much up to the mark.we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. I would surely recommend it to my friends and would love to come back again

I hade an amazing stay, From the moment I arrived, The staff was incredibly kind welcoming,and always reddy to assist with anything I needed, their hospitality truly made a difference in my experience,the room were spacious,well maintained,and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, the property itself was beautifully maintained, with great amenities that added to the overall experience, everything was just perfect,and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay..

Long menu for in-room dining but hardly any item is available. Not even tea or coffee is available at any time. No tea coffee machine in rooms. Only one flask for hot water is there. Cockroaches are abundant in rooms. Rooms don't have any cable/dish connections. Plastic glasses are kept in rooms. Cleaning of rooms/ housekeeping is done in the evening despite requesting in the morning.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Just 2 minutes walkable to Calangute beach. Staffs are very helpful and they use to ask us what is required on timely manner. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel does not even provide empty place if you get food from outside. Staff was rude when requested for plates. Towel were dirty, the bedsheets were not very clean
