Room was comfortable.

2 of our rooms does not have wifi, tv and working telephone throughout our stay. Poor service from management

Beautiful resort. Staff were lovely and helpful. When I had a issue with the room it was seen to and fixed straight away. Facilities were clean and well appointed. Food was delicious. Lovely gift of a straw hat, shoulder bag and shell necklace in our rooms on arrival.

I was in the end villa and if there was a window in the room or hole in the patio wall I would have had a beautiful view of the bay and the most popular swimming beach just down the hill. (Photo of bay when looking around the end of the villa wall)

Smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom. The water had a noticeable odor and a yellowish tint The pool villa was dirty and merky on arrival. Breakfast food choices were very limited.

Cant rate this play highly enough, the pool/communal area with breath taking views, I will remember this for the rest of my life

Prachtige locatie. Mooi zwembad met adembenemend uitzicht. Er komen veel dagjes mensen voor het zwembad en het uitzicht. Eten was goed, oppassen met beef en gehakt.

De kamers aan de zijkant vond ik iets minder. Hoop trappen. Redelijk klein bed en weinig opbergruimte. Het uitzicht was niet zo fraai vanwege een enorme bouwput voor je terras. Het nodigde niet uit om op je terras te zitten. Wel hier en daar een kakkerlak.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen! Auf den ersten Blick machte es aufgrund der tollen Aussicht noch einen relativ guten Eindruck. Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer wurde der Eindruck schon schlechter. Die ganze Anlage ist schon recht heruntergekommen. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren defekt, die Türen im Zimmer schließen nicht richtig, sodass jederzeit Tiere in das Zimmer kommen können. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig. Alles in allem macht das Zimmer einen sehr heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Aufgrund vorheriger Google-Bewertungen sahen wir uns das Bett nach unserer Ankunft genauer an. Unter den Kopfkissen fanden wir Bettwanzen. An der Rezeption bot man uns lediglich an das Zimmer erneut zu zu reinigen, was in meinen Augen nicht produktiv wäre, da sich Bettwanzen im Bettgestell befinden! Daraufhin entschieden wir uns sofort (12 Uhr mittags) nicht in diesem Bett zu übernachten! Es gab keine Entschuldigung für die Umstände, im Gegenteil, das Personal wurde auch noch unfreundlich. Wir liehen uns einen Roller im Hotel um nach einer neuen Unterkunft zu suchen. Bei dem Roller funktionierten die Bremsen nicht vernünftig, was die Sache nicht gerade schöner machte. Wir suchten den ganzen Tag nach einem neuen Hotel, da die meisten Hotels aufgrund der Hauptsaison schon ausgebucht waren. Letztendlich wurde uns die erste Nacht auch noch voll berechnet, da wir mittags (nach Anreise) ca. 20min im Zimmer verbracht haben. Uns wurde versichert, dass sich das Management per E-Mail meldet. Bis heute haben wir keine Nachricht erhalten. Ich würde auf gar keinen Fall hier buchen. Es wird sich auf den Instagram Bildern und TikTok Videos ausgeruht. Die Zufriedenheit der Gäste, sowie der Zustand der Anlage ist zweitrangig!

The property was very unprofessional

Please don’t book this hotel and be dissapointed like we all were!!! I begged for something to eat so I could take my at 11 pm when we arrived. They didn’t care at all and didn’t have any options whatsoever. In the morning the manager told me that the person offered bread at night and that I had been lying and didn’t accept the bread. I am a doctor and I was so mad about the fact they called me a liar while it was about my medication NOT about a 5 star dinner, I just wanted SOMETHING so I could take my meds! Also the water was not working at 9 am, when we called them about this they told us they have to replace a filter… we asked why they didn’t inform us because we could have taken a shower before this because we had to catch a boat! Again they didn’t say anything… just ohh oke?

Las vistas sin duda lo mejor del hotel, la ubicación es correcta a unos 15min en coche del aeropuerto y bastante cerca de la playa, 5min andando. Estuvimos en la habitación con piscina privada y sinceramente un gran acierto, mucho mejor que en las fotos y super cómoda, la piscina bastante grande. Un atardecer precioso. La comida bastante buena de calidad y sobre todo de precio, top.

Quizá son algo lentos en cuanto al room service y no tan serviciales como en otros resorts, no nos recogieron en el aeropuerto aún habiéndolo pedido, por suerte encontramos un transporte para ir.

Super hôtel ! Chambre spacieuse, la piscine est un vrai plus elle permet de profiter d’un super couché de soleil. Super cocktail !

C’est dommage car c’est un super hôtel mais des détails gâche un peu les lieux.. les draps des couchages au bord de l’eau de la piscine sont pleine d’auréole on hésité à se mettre dessus.. dans les chambres des grosses traces de mains noirs sur les murs dans une chambre très jolie ce sont des détails qui gâche le côté « wahou ». Nous avons pris une pizza dans la partie restaurant 600 pesos pour du carton.. vous êtes situé du côté de vanilla beach mais pour vous rendre dans le centre vous devez prendre un tuktuk

Cet hôtel est à éviter absolument. Il donne une belle impression avec sa piscine, mais en réalité l’établissement est très mal entretenu. J’ai trouvé des cafards dans ma chambre et la salle de bain était dans un état déplorable. Au vu du prix, cela n’en vaut clairement pas la peine. De plus, les photos ne reflètent en rien la réalité. Nous sommes partis sur le champ et Merci à booking de m’avoir remboursé la chambre

More on the pricey side and could have more going on around the pool such as live music , bands , music in the day and entertainment as slightly out of the way however great location for vanilla beach and the zip line , town is around 15 min drive and tuktuk drivers tell you different prices.

Personnel très gentils, en revanche hôtel pas assez entretenu (insectes dans la chambre, piscine très sale). De plus je vous déconseiller de manger à l’hôtel puisque la nourriture n’est vraiment pas bonne. Pour terminer, les travaux gâchent un peu la vue, dommage…

Beautiful pool and common areas with very friendly staff. We liked that water was provided in our room. Pool was the perfect temperature. Great proximity to vanilla beach.

Not great value for money when you see the room and property in person. For the top dollar we spent, we would have expected better/cleaner. Our bathroom had an ant infestation and our shower could have used a good scrub. Our bed was only a double mattress which my partner and I found quite small. Our balcony door lock broke so we couldn’t lock up at night which was slightly worrisome. There was a large crack under our door which allowed lizards/bugs in - when we arrived we had to take 2 lizards out of our room which stressed me out and we ended up rolling up the bath towel to block as much of the opening as possible. The food was only okay and we found food and drinks relatively expensive. The location was ok but not great as you are not in the main town, although the staff was happy to call a tricycle for us when we wanted to leave.

מלון גרוע!!!!!!!!!!! קודם כל- ראינו בבוקינג בתמונות את הבריכה של המלון והיא סיבה מרכזית שסגרנו אותו ונכחנו לגלות שהבריכה לא מיועדת לאורחי המלון אלא לאורחים חיצוניים שמשלמים כסף. ארוחת הבוקר דוחה, אספרסו לא כלול בה למרות המחיר של השהות, וגם זה לא נאמר לנו כשהזמנו קפה, אלא גילינו בצ׳ק אאוט שכל אספרסו ששתינו היה בתוספת תשלום. ישבנו בבר המלון בזמן Happy hour בה היה כתוב בתפריט וכן גם וידאתי עם המלצרים - קנה 1 וקבל 1 מתנה על הקוקטיילים. המחיר בתפריט על מרגריטה היה 250 פזו. הזמנו 4 מרגריטות במסגרת הHappy hour ובצק אאוט קיבלנו חשבון לפי 380 פזו למרגריטה (למרות שבתפריט מחיר אחר). לאחר ויכוחים רבים ולא נעימים הצוות הסכים להוריד את המחיר לפי מה שכתוב בתפריט כשהזמנו. המקלחת מטונפת. לא ניקו לנו את החדר למרות שהשארנו את הפתק הזה על הדלת של Please clean my room ויותר מזה - לפני שיצאנו מהמלון עברנו בקבלה וביקשנו שינקו את החדר. חזרנו אחר הצהריים וראינו שהחדר לא נוקה. ביקשנו מהם שוב אם יוכלו להגיע לנקות ונאלצנו לצאת מהחדר למשך זמן הניקוי. כשחזרנו ראינו שלקחו לנו את המגבות ולא החליפו לנקיות. בשלב הזה כבר התייאשנו והשתמשנו בחלוקים. לאחר מכן בצ׳ק אאוט אמרו לי שגנבנו מגבות כי אין מגבות בחדר :) התנהלות פשוט מגוחכת. הקירות בחדר דקים כמו דף נייר. לילה אחד לא יכלנו לישון בכלל בעקבות בחור בחדר אחר שהקיא כל הלילה והיה נשמע שהוא בתוך השירותים של החדר שלנו. אין value for money בכלללללל במלון הזה. לא ממליצה לאף אחד להגיע למלון הזה. פשוט גרוע!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunset view was the best.

They say poolbeds are for inhouse guests only - but majority who are using are day pass guests. NOT followed at all. Inhouse guests should be a priority, better to do a day pass instead if inhouse guests aren’t prioritized. They day pass guests would arrive in the afternoon and never leave the beds. Inhouse guests who would arrive after a tour would just be on the sides watching the sunset.

Чудесный отель , заботливый , внимательный персонал. Обязательно вернусь сюда еще. Очень красивый интерьер , комфортабельные номера , отличная кровать и подушки для сна. В номере есть фен,отпариватель , микроволновка , кофемашина - все для клиентов! На ресепшене всегда помогали с тук туком , также брали в аренду байк . Чудесные бармены , всегда улыбаются и готовы поддержать любой диалог) Но а вид на бассейне во время заката- это просто нечто!!!! Спасибо отелю за чудесный отдых , мы побывали в раю ❤️

Otroligt vackert runt poolområdet! Gratis solsängar. Poolbar. Hjälp med väskor till och från rummet (mkt trappor) .

Vattenskada (droppade vatten i taket) och svartmögel i runt taket vårt rum Fick byta rum på kvällen efter många samtal fram och tillbaka. Nytt rum fint, men lyhört och grannar som grälade. Städningen va så där, mycket kalk och missfärgningar i duschen/duschvägg. Byggplats i anslutning till hotellet.

Gros bémol sur les escaliers raid et il y en a beaucoup avant d'aller au chambre et sans rampe donc pas idéal. Hôtel en bord de route et en monter donc nous entendions tout les scooters accélérer fort pour réussir à monter. Travaux sur le côté des chambres donc c'est aussi bruyant. Restaurant très cher et cocktail trop sucré avec un happy hour avec peu de choix. Pour moi c'est pas une piscine a débordement car l'eau ne coule pas mais ceci est un détail.

The room was nice with an amazing view, especially for watching the sunset and the swimming pool is stunning. The hotel is quite far from the center but since we wanted to stay away from the crowds, it actually suited us.

You do need to keep the balcony door closed because of lizards. The beds are a bit small, and there is not much storage space for clothes. However, there were not major issues for us.

The hotel was beyond beautiful as was the staff who were some of the most attentive kind people I've ever met. Thank you to Bayview resort for your hospitality. Highly recommend

Booked and paid for this hotel and found out after it is not suitable for people with disabilities or a senior, this information was hidden in the small print of there information, The property is located on a steep hill and has 75 steep steps to the property, so my partner has bad knee problems, when I contacted booking. Com to help with a refund I was not helped adequately, was verry disappointed with the hole process , when I went to el nido i view the hotel , which is located on the side of a very steep hill and totally unsuitable for a hotel position, still they have not refunded any money

The hotel was located a little away from El Nido town, Vanilla Beach was located a short walk away along with some retail shops, food outlets and a gym. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

La vue est magnifique ! Et bon emplacement même si éloigné de la ville, c’est proche des belles plages (Las Cabanas)

Good location, quick tricycle into the town. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable! Great shower and pretty views despite the construction. The reception staff were friendly.

The wifi didn’t work for duration of stay and there was no coverage in the rooms either which meant no tv no room service etc. We raised our frustration twice but received no updates from the team. The service in restaurant was poor and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Le personnel était adorable, l’emplacement, la vue, la piscine, le logement confortable, tout y était pour séjourner à El Nido. L’hôtel est proche du centre ville en tuktuk et proche de superbes plages. Nous étions avec notre bébé et tout le monde a été aux petits soins pour elle. Nous recommandons !

The pool was amazing, definitely the highlight of the stay! Rooms were comfortable with a great view, and staff were friendly and accomodating. A great location, out of the hustle-and-bustle of the town square

Très bon séjour. La vue depuis la piscine est incroyable et c'est le spot très réputé pour le coucher de soleil. Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec une belle vue (sur la forêt pour notre part). Le petit déjeuner est bon et le restaurant de l'hôtel également.

Un peu éloigné du centre ville, du port et des restaurants, il faut prévoir 15 min de taxi pour se rendre au centre ville sinon il n'y a pas de restaurants aux alentours.

When we arrived at the airport, they were supposed to be waiting for us, but we were told that they were very busy with other guests and could only send us a transfer in an hour. We refused because it was a 5-hour drive to the hotel and it was already evening. The phone number on the booking was incorrect, the hotel took hours to respond to messages, and even the Filipinos threw up their hands when we asked how to contact them—we were very dissatisfied. There is no internet in the hotel - our problem was not being solved the whole week we were there. Even in the hotel lobby, it works intermittently, so you won't be able to watch a movie in your room or call your family. There are constant power cuts, and no one warns you (as they do in other hotels). Sometimes the power was out for several hours, both during the day and in the evening. There is construction work going on near the hotel, so you will hear everything from early in the morning. Please note that the pool and sun loungers are accessible to anyone outside the hotel. The hotel also allows other people to freely reserve the pool area and the entire grounds for meals, so for us, for example, the pool and everything nearby was closed for more than 5 hours one day because there was a wedding.

The food was cold the drinks were warm and the bathroom was dirty. The pool water was dirty and we didn’t go in.

Drzwi do pokoju byly nieszczelne przez co do srodka wchodzily jaszczurki. Do tego bylo wszystko slychac z zewnatrz i przez sciany. Obok naszego pokoju poza hotelem w weekend ktos urzadzil sobie karaoke i spiewali bardzo glosno az do 12 w nocy.

La salle de bain est à refaire, pas de place pour mettre la trousse de toilette. Pas de rangement dans la chambre pour mettre nos affaires, pas de lumière sur le coté du lit. Pas d'eau potable pour se laver les dents. Pas de chaussons ni de petit sac de plage. conclusion la chambre est vieillotte.

Лучшее расположение, лучший вид на океан, очень дружелюбный персонал, вкусные завтраки. Очень рекомендую отель.

Struttura bellissima! Camere accoglienti pulite e con ogni comfort. La piscina sul mare super! Il personale molto gentile e disponibile e ottimo cibo! Sicuramente un bellissimo posto dove soggiornare a El Nido!

Very nice and clean hotel with a great view at the sea. The room was spacious and clean with nice little balcony. For the breakfast you had only few options but you could choose. The view from the pool was amazing!

When you book a room with a seaview be prepared it is only a partial view because there is a little hill with trees or plants. Would not recommend to eat here neither lunch or dinner because it is not worth it and if you order pizza it is a frozen pizza! Most of the stuff in the restaurant is very slow.
