The location is very convient because it's just along the road and also it's very peacefully place

The wifi is very slow, I don't know maybe my phone has a problem

Great value for money. The host was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Rooms are basic but very nice with hot water and there is a useful communal kitchen. I highly recommend. Also they have great bikes for good price.

A bit of a walk from center so if you don't ride a bike it's less ideal. Can here noise from outside quite loudly.

25 Mücken im Zimmer, laute Klimaanlage, enges Bad ohne Lüftung (defekt). Weit weg vom Schuss.. Man musste sich aufjedenfall einen Roller leihen

They have bikes to rent and you will need them for the sardine run and to the mountains.

Rooms are small and darkish, lights are weak. There is a chance of ants coming inside. Bathroom is small and the usual wet bathroom, not convenient at all.

A very quiet room, ever so clean and neat, blasting a/c, hot water with excellent pressure, hair drye, the works! A short walk from Moalboal center, but only an easy 7'. I would book again!

The guests for starters were amazing. Friendly and very helpful with everything. The room was nice and clean. The location was also great , right in the center but not on the super touristic part of moalboal. Overall amazing stay

People came in on our last night and decided to have a party the owners did nothing to quiet them down. This made for a sleepless last night there.

Ilość zieleni, niesamowite, że gospodarze chcą utrzymywać taką ilość kwiatów doniczkowych. To robi niesamowity klimat.

Замечательный уютный отельчик, на кухне есть все необходимое, чисто, приятный вежливый персонал, есть внутренний дворик,гриль и гамак. Мне очень понравилось здесь, и я снова хочу вернуться.

The Room was a nice size and it was very close to the main road of moalboal. It had a nice garden area around. Good Price.

The bathroom and floor didnt feel super super clean, there was mold and many ants in the bathroom and room. The water boiler only heated to one temperature which was very hot so it’s either boiling shower or cold shower. The staff was nice but didnt explain anything about the room or accommodation around.

Extremely cute accommodation. It's like a big garden with lots of plants around, there's a shared kitchen with everything you need. I loved to stay there. Chilling in the evening on a bench with all the plants around felt amazing. And for the price you cannot want anything more 😍

I would appreciate if there were two blankets in the bed. One for each person.

IT should be cleaner, the shrink in the bathroom was full of cream and in the kitchen all the towels and Clean Up are dirty and disgusting. Its very easy to Change to have It more hygenic.

Big bed. Slept very well in it. Comfy pillows! You can hear the road. With some earplugs you are fine. Great value for Money! Good Scooter Rental.

The staff are friendly and the location is good. Walkable distance to the moalboal bus stop and there is a jollibee closeby

There are a lot of insects inside the property. There was a lizard running on the matress too. There was a wierd smell in the room. The bathrooms are not clean. The floor was sticky and the bed covers were not very clean. The water pressure is very low in the shower. It is difficult to get a proper bath.

We are so happy to stay on this place because you can use the kitchen and all stuff.. But one thing we don't like too much is the toilet bowl for plushing, not working so good.

Really helpful staff, and big painted map of the area on an outside wall. Lovely touch to the stay was free tea, coffee and biscuits 😊 also staff organised a trip for me free if charge, glad of fridge for nothingmy medication.. also good safe scooters which I used

Nothing, it was one of the most pleasant hotels I've been to, and I've travelled a lot. If there was anything I needed like milk for the coffee or the TV too work, they were on it straight away. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Moalboal

This was the cleanest place I stayed, no mold in the bathrooms was much appreciated. The workers and owner were really friendly, he also has scooters to rent for good price. They helped call and book my canyoneering trip, they did everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. Would recommend this place. Oh and good wifi was a plus as well.

It's my 2nd time to stay here and it always exceeds my expectations. Friendly staff and a nice place to stay in the center of moalboal, convenient in everything you need.

Room a little dark, but in a walkway and widows blinded, shower was temperamental..

Everything really good. Supermarket around the corner. 5 min walk from bus stop. Staff super friendly, everything was clean and nice. The common kitchen offers amenities such as fridge and stove and also drinkable filterd water, might be god for the environment but we didn't love it honestly. Can't complain about anything really, everything was OK and all the staff was friendly, if you rent the scooter to move around it's the best value per money you can find anywhere around moalboal. It's about a 10 min bike ride to the center of the action either for snorkling, sardine run experience, restaurants and bars. But only a 30 second ride to port, ceres bus stop, locals food stands, public park cinema and jolibee.

There's several mosquitos in the shaded area so we had to eat in the room but in a tropical country where there's plenty of trees and plants it's unavoidable really. There's only one window in the room that faces the open air all that gives access to all of the rooms, this also it's not an issue, we were just more carefull with our nakedness.

Great place. Very chilled with outdoor space. Lot of details that make this place special. Darius is very friendly ,smily and helpful. A bit away from the crowd .

Decent sized room with fridge included and good aircon. Shower has hot water and reasonable water pressure. Staff friendly and helpful and there are drinks available to buy on site in needed. Near to the shops/malls but far from beaches. Kitchen facilities provided, although some of the utensils etc you are better off cleaning before and after use. Beds nice and comfortable.

If you want to visit beaches, it's better if you hire a bike. Otherwise no problems with the location. The floor mat outside the shower wasn't too clean, so we ended up sharing a towel and used the other one to dry our feet after washing/using the bathroom.

Prior to asking them to fix things the bed was terribly uncomfortable with only a half a blanket. The shower had no pressure and no heat. They did fix these things to a point of being ok but quickly the shower started to not work again and the fix for the bed was only moderately more comfortable.

The TV is not working properly I mean we can’t able to play YouTube or music.

They aren't exactly friendly. Once you pay they are entirely unresponsive. We had some difficulties and as foreigners rely on locals to help us, but they totally ghosted us. Seemed like they only cared about charging us. Place is overpriced for what you get and also quite far from the beaches. Unfortunately I wouldn't come back here.

The amenities and the cleanliness of the place is recommendable!

Hot watee kettle was dirty/ needs replacing

We had an amazing stay at Darius residence, the owner was super friendly and very helpful. Was very fair with prices, rented us a moped for cheap and was helpful if we asked recommendations for the area. The rooms are nice and the wi fi is fast and air con is a blessing in the heat. We also went for a massage a two minute walk from the property at a place called ‘blind massage’ that we’d highly recommend its run by a blind man and the masseuses are also blind so the money goes to a good cause it was honestly the best massage we’ve had and half the price of what they try and charge down at the beach area.

The only downside was the walls are a bit thin so if you have other guests coming back late and they are being loud you can hear them but apart from that we loved it.
