Facility and communication could be nicer.

Noisy aircon in the room and staff didn't not ask about food preferences for breakfast.

There’s nothing to like!

From booking a hoax place, getting lost locating the place and changing an arm and a leg that I never got a chance to stay. Google Maps direct us to narrow dark alley and my car can’t even fit.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes 5 Sterne Hotel, welches auf deutsche Verhältnisse nicht mehr als 3 Sterne verdient. Die Bilder der Hotelbeschreibung sind veraltet. Die gezeigten Whirlpools gibt es in keinem Zimmer mehr, ebenso ist nur ein Doppelbett vorhanden, das Futonbett fehlt in allen Zimmern. Wir können die sehr guten Bewertungen also nicht nachvollziehen. Das dazugehörende Restaurant befindet sich ca. 100 Meter weit, außerhalb des Hotels und das gelieferte, kostenlose Frühstück, sowie das bei Bedarf bestellte Essen ist bis zum Eintreffen des Boten schon kalt. Es gibt im Hotel selbst nur Wasser zu Trinken, und den Garten sucht man ebenso vergebens wie die beschriebenen Gartenarbeiten. Der Pool ansich wäre ok, wenn da wenigstens bequeme Liegestühle vorhanden wären. Kein 5-Sterne Hotel für uns!

Service is bad, room is creepy, spider in the bed. Everything has extra pay. Even my family who just want to visit us in the hotel will charge 350 pesos for 2 hours stay. If they use the pool another 350 pesos. If you use the hot tub another 1,500 per day. Breakfast food is limited to hotdog and ham. Too far from the market and mall. One star for this motel.

Malheureusement, pas grand chose. Nous avons du, pour la premiere fois de ma vie annuler sur place notre seconde nuitée car le lieux était trop bruyant pour nous. Ils ont cependant été honnêtes et ont accepté de nous rembourser la nuitée payée sur booking et non consommée au bout d'une douzaine de jours.

Les chambres ne sont pas vraiment insonorisées, si bien que si vous avez la malchance d avoir un voisin qui regarde tardivement la TV ou qui parle fort dans la chambre, c'est presque comme si il n'y avait pas de mur. Le matelas était très mou et inconfortable et la climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Il n y avait ni papier toilette ni savon ou gel douche pour se laver lors de notre arrivée. Ils nous ont été cependant fournis après notre demande.

Good location for what we required.

Checking in was bad. The hotel tried to give me a different room. When questioned said that I had to pay more for the room that I had booked. This was not good. Tried to place us in a different room that wasn’t the one booked. The aircon in the room was super noisy.

Staff was friendly. The pool was good.

Insects and Lizards in the room. The restaurant of the hotel was not good.

location was very accessible and located in a quiet place which me and my husband enjoyed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Ms. Ange, Ms. Mona and Manong were very accommodating. Keep it up!

Hot water is not functioning :( Jacuzzi is also not functioning. There were also some fly (langaw) inside the room but manong told us that the guest who stayed prior to us ate inside the room and left the door opened.

There was some issues in water heater. Hopefully they’ll fix it. Management is aware

It was nice and quiet and close to the temple where we were going. The service was great.

It is hidden from the view of the traffic, so probably doesn't get as much business as it would if it was on the main road.

Breakfast was basic, they could have add little vegetables with it or fresh fruits. Staff is excellent and always there whenever you need them.

They should put a mini bar fridge in the rooms, so the guests that stay for couple weeks can store milk and cold drinks. There was cockroches in the toilet and got a lot of mosquito bites.

I loved this place specially their beds are so comfy we really enjoyed our night stop over on this place. Quiet place we really enjoyed our stay.

A swimm in the evening or morning makes this place realy special.

It is a bit of a lonely place to get to and not realy sign posted.

We were the only guests at this place for one night. Staff was friendly and seemed nice. Did not interact much with them. Everything looked clean and well maintained,however we found 4 cockroaches in our room. Not that pleasant,but nothing to really complain about. Pool is gorgeous and we had alot of fun in it,however too shallow for a man over 6 feet. Breakfast is typical filipino. Sunnyside egg,rice and sausage with banana ketchup. Tasted good and was served warm at our room in the morning. Short bus ride or tricycle to the SM mall. We had a pleasant stay here,with really no negatives to mention.

We came 40 minutes early and they wanted to charge 500php… the one guy there argued the point that I don’t book.. even when I showed confirmation an a receipt… do not go here absolutely a joke.. very nasty

Quiet and friendly staff

Well, we didn’t have any problem during our stay except our aircon freeze sometimes. But we let the staff (Ms Angie) knew.

Lovely spacious rooms with good air con and clean linen. The pool is beautiful and the entire property is spotlessly clean, the extensively tiled floors are Constantly swept and mopped by Ben, bins emptied regularly, someone is always around to assist your needs. Angge is a sweet and helpful property manager also always available to assist in any way.

The staff most especially Mr Elmer, did an exemptional customer service, he accommodate us with respect and smile at all times even we check in too late. He answered all our inquiries and always there to guide and help us, he maintained the entire area cleaned at all times. He didn't only give his excellent service to my family but also with my visitors who came to celebrate my bday. and most with my old father who need assistance going to toilet. I celebrated my bday during our stay, Dampa restaurant who is connected with the accommodation, made my celebration so awesome, foods were great, table preparation was spectacular and everything was done in just short notice. The staff who assist us during that day were so amazing. Thank you very much. This is unforgettable memory for all us most especially with my kids, they used to tell me, If we will stay again in Urdaneta, we should stay again in this place. Thanks again.

How to get into the place. We reached the place early morning,, since its new to us we didn't expect that we need to pass by in a very narrow street, only one car can get into it and so we missed it twice, I expected it is just along the highway.

Staff is very helpful and accomodating.

We booked for spa room but the spa bath wasnt working properly.. toilet is dusty however it was spacious

They charged us per hour of the excess stay after 12 pm and we even checked in very late at past 8 pm the day before, there was no consideration

Staff was nice and friendly. The whole place is far beyond expectations. The staff was super nice to give us a lower room the next day because of my Grandma. We will definitely recommend and surely will come back here again.

Thr size of the breakfast is not that fancy and big, should have been with brewed coffee and fruits just to have balanced 1st meal to start the day.

Just to improve on the breakfast and better check in process / procedure.

The bathroom, the water from the shower was seeping on the bathroom flooring. No hair dryer.
