Villa Cal Padri By SunVillas Mallorca

Brilliant location close to super markets, beaches, cycle routes, and 2 gorgeous towns (Puerto Pollensa 6 minutes away, and Alcudia 10/15 minutes depending on old or new part). Definitely need car. Lovely pool, with sun loungers, plus grassed area and table for outside dining. Nicely decorated interior, with modern kitchen and amenities. 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms supplying bath and pool towels. We are a family of 5 adults, and had a great week at Villa Cal Padri. We would definitely return.

The exterior wall when you are looking at the villa from the pool side could do with a coat of paint, and we have given a little feedback given directly to the booking.com/sunvillas regarding small things such as a missing sun lounger cushion, hand soap etc, none of which impacted our stay, but had they been in place would have increased our overall rating.

Just arrived home from 10 days staying at Villa Cal Padri in Pollensa. The villa is modern throughout and was spotless upon arrival. It is a private villa set back with a secure gated entrance. Highly recommended for young families. The owner was attentive and available whenever needed. Access was smooth and we had no issues. The pool was gorgeous and a perfect temperature! The villa is situated 10 min drive from Pollensa Old Town and a 10 min drive from Port de Pollensa. Car hire, highly recommended as its quite far to walk!

The villa could have gained a score of 10 if a BBQ was provided outside. Also close to a main road so moderately noisy, but easy to block out the noise when sunbathing. The villa itself was soundproof!

Great location - easy to reach Pollensa, and the Port. Modern and airy with comfortable furniture. Pool area and pool itself also very good.

Air con didn’t work very well in one of the bedrooms (was great in the rooms it did work in though). No beach towels so had to buy some. Garden table was a bit rickety.
