Muy bonito esteticamente y muy buenas habitaciones, la cama comoda, todo muy limpio, Hernri nos atendio super bien, hasta tienen ahi mismo para rentar moto a muy buen precio.

Había comodidad en la habitación... Buena cama, aire acondicionado, baño privado, espacio en ese sentido bien

No había cocina general o un microhonda en la pieza para compensar... No había donde calentar comida... Sólo eso

I had a great stay! The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The place was easy to find on the main road, and the check-in was very smooth. Henry is a great host, he immediately helped with the few requests I had, so do not hesitate to ask him if you need anything. There is a small shop next door where you can buy fresh fruits and essential groceries. The kite surf club and the beach are just across the street. It is also easy to go to Cabarete center or Encuentro. Overall, it is a great value for money.

Het is ideaal gelegen ten opzichte van kitebeach. Het is netjes en comfortabel. Het is een plek waar je makkelijk mede reizigers ontmoet.

Het is vrij lawaaierig omdat het zo dicht bij de weg is en in het weekend draaien ze bij het barretje ernaast muziek maar dat is maar tot 10 uur.

I probably could have realized that beforehand, but this place is approximately 1.5 km away from the actual town center and it's absolutely not a nice walk there or back (partially unlit road without sidewalk)

Un peu éloigné de la ville., environ 1,5 kms. Pour les restaurants, le premier super marché. Réfrigérateur mais rien pour chauffer, une cafetière par exemple. Vu l'éloignement de la ville ce serait le minimum. Un peu de bruit car proche de la route et des échappements presque libres.

Las habitaciones contaban con lo necesario para pasar unos días y el trato del personal fue muy correcto. Cuentan con lavandería que se paga extra pero te lo dan en el mismo día y todo perfecto

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war direkt an der Straße, somit konnte man den Verkehr hören.

L'emplacement était pratique, il y a une bonne climatisation dans le logement et la terrasse avec la petite table devant chaque logement est très agréable, avec la cour-jardin qui attirent les oiseaux (j'ai pu y voir un petit colibri) et qui offrent des fruits (des sortes de bananes notamment).

It's 2years in a row can't wait tell my 3rd stay, The manager Henri makes sure, if you need anything & are comfortable. He is one of the best amigos I've ever met, The Hotel is very well kept well kept, beautiful tropical entrance. Exit there and there's a great fruit & vegetable stand & plenty of place for Dominican food. A cross the street is the most beautiful beach you'll ever see. The kiters are the best in the world, very fun to watch or take lessons. There is a well stocked bar with great food as well, The Kite Hotel is ideal for solo travellers or couples. Priced reasonable! I'll go back soon...

Het is wat ver van het centrum voor de restaurantjes en night life (zo’n 20 min lopen)

The ladies Who cleaned our rooms did a great job always smiling and cheerful. They also kept the premises clean. We Found the bed and pillows confortable.We liked being able to open our windows.We appreciated having drinking water supplied. Henri was always ready to give us a hand, when possible. We liked having a hose to rinse off when we came back from the beach. The upstairs terrace was a nicely décorated espace to relax or workout, with a view of Kite Beach.

Unfortunately, no control over loss of électricity for 24 hrs in Cabarete ,so we lost some food. We did have lights and fans. Noisy neighbors, mostly during thé Day, but sometimes until 10/11pm, so needed to close Windows.

Price and location were great for us.

Simple, but clean room. Nicely decoraded with a wall painting. Staff was friendly. The pricing was very good. The people working were generally available by whatsapp even if not always directly at the property, they were nearby and quick to respond. There are some basic local tiendas around and a comedor to eat and get fruits and such. Kite beach is accross the street. Scooter for rent at property.

Need to be aware you are streetside on calle principal, which means a lot of noise from the road. You need to "understand" where you are in terms of location, which I did😊. You are accross from kite beach, which is great.if kite surfing is your main deal. If not, realize that you need a scooter, motor or use the motoconcho to get into town. Walking there is a no go, aside from the distance, it is unsafe bc there is no sidewalk. In summertime you can walk by the beach, in winter the water wont let you.easily. so not a bad thing, but you need to be aware. I was aware so it did not hinder my stay, but people complain sometimes when they do not investigate properly. So this note is just to make you aware so you can safely choose.

We stayed one night in the studio which did not suit us because of the noise and ended up changing room to stay in the 1 bedroom apartment and loved it! The bed is so comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. We also loved the rooftop and the hammock! We stayed for 4 nights and could have stayed much longer. Maike is great, super easy to reach by phone and makes sure all the guests are happy. We will be back! Thank you!

The location is close to the kite surf beach but far from the restaurants, we had to take a moto taxi and pay approximately 100 pesos every time per person to get to the center. The room was clean, the garden has nice flowers. The A/C was working and the wifi was good.

The bed was veeery soft so we both woke up with our backs hurting. We slept veeeery badly, woke up 1000 times because of the noice of the street, people and dogs… Moreover at 3am there was a cacroach in the bathroom… We left after one night to a more quite and confortable place.

Practically on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is welll equipped. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have had in the last couple of months traveling. The personal is very friendly and helpfull and know the area and transport options wel. There are some restaurants around but if you prefer to cook you can walk 20 min / take a moto taxi (100 pesos) to the big supermarket in town. Would stay again!

The location is very good, right next to Kite beach, on the main road. The room was nice , clean, and well equipped . Beautiful and large terrace, but it was inconvenient for us to use it as part of another building .

We knew it was going to be noisy, but trust me, it was very noisy. Even with earplugs provided, it was still difficult to sleep. It's too expensive . The staff / manager's attitude when we arrived was not very nice .

Property Manager Henri & staff were great! They were very accommodating. Unit was roomy, clean & bright. Shower was top notch. Kite Beach is a community of it's own!

Loads of noisy traffic out front, crossing road to beach can be dangerous, no fault of the Hotel. Would be nice to have a microwave!

The property manager Henri is extremely helpful, he helped me to get a motor which you can keep in the garden during the evening, he also helped me to hail a guagua for my next stop. They are visibly investing a lot to maintain the facilities and the shower and rooftop is amazing with basic gym equipment too. They also provide drinking water which is super. You can't deny that it is indeed loud due to the proximity of the main road but this is the sacrifice to be close to the kite beach. The bed was too soft for my taste.

It was so close to everything. Once we got our bearings of where things were, this is a prime location to connect to the beach and kiteboarding scene. The staff were amazing and quickly provided whatever was needed!

We were warned the room was facing the street and noisy, the rooms have thin walls so you can hear your neighbours, the traffic and the rooster. The spiral staircase was questionable at first but we quickly got used to it.

The place was close to the beach, and the host even arranged a parking spot for us in front of the gate, which was very convenient. The accommodation was freshly furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen—I especially appreciated the large water barrel, fridge, and basic cooking essentials. It was also the first place in the Dominican Republic where we had no issues with hot water or water pressure! A peaceful spot to relax after beach days and definitely great value for the money.

Really noisy , even if we read that previously but is seriously on top of the street ( we had the room on the street ). You can really hear everything and there is no parking too so we park on the street basically .

Henri was very helpful. I was moved from an upstairs studio to a downstairs 1 bedroom at no charge. This was greatly appreciated as I have a bad knee and the stairs were challenging. Kite Beach is just across the street as well as a few restaurants.

Bugs- lots of mosquitoes, fruit flies and one day a swarm of horse flies came in. I have no idea how but it was horrible.

Kite House was great! My apartment was well equipped and clean. Staff were always available and super helpful. Location right across from Kite Beach. Fruits & Vegetables etc available at the little fruit stand next door. Restaurants nearby. Taxi, moto, carrito and bus pass by in front! Just perfect! 10/10

Very nice environment and very good location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff (Henry and Maike) are very friendly and they are always kind to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Highly recommended to spend a very good time in this beautiful area :)

The site is very safe and comfortable. It was simple, clean, and had everything we needed.

there was a slight confussion about parking because they didn't have a dedicated parking lot. However this was fixed efficiently and quickly. Also it rained while we were in the rooftop terrace and we got all wet as the ceiling was made of sticks and had nothing between them.

Everything, the room is nice and very well decorated. Small kitchen, roof terace, the location...just everything is nice. The have parking inside, skuter for rent, you will get nice price also...for us it was perfect. And if you need anything, ask Henri and he will help you.

Everything was perfect since the arrival till the end. Henry (the person working and being the responsible manager of the place) was superfriendly, there are is a kite bar just next to the house with a fantastic owner who is more than welcoming and helpful with whatever you might need and speaks almost perfect English, they swrve Tacos and parties there :) The place is very nice and clean in the house and we were provided with everything we need including kitchen tools etc We were early to arrive and late for the check out and there was no problem at all thanks to the owners and the fact that it wasn't too busy! Also there is a fantastic rooftop that i totally recommend to enjoy, we had our bfast and sometimes a couple of beers for the sunset. All in all i 1000% recommend that place, me and my girlfriend were extremely happy! Ps. The best shower in the yown if not in the country!

It is quite close to the street so if you are not a tight sleeper, you might find it a bit worrying.

Maika & Henry made my stay perfect, they were super attentive and always very helpful. The location is just right in front of the kite-club where you can storage your equipment. This was a great advantage as I did not have to carry the kite gear around at any time. The kite spot is the best in cabarete. Kitchen fully equiped in case you needed. Great for long stays.

There might be a bit of noise coming from the road during the night, but nothing crazy.

Beautiful apartment directly opposite side from the beach. Perfect for Kitesurfers, Travelers and explorers. The little courtyard is really cute and the rooms nice and with the full kitchen. The couple running it is super nice and helped with everything. Wifi for remote working is good!
