We stayed for two nights at the apartment and it was great! Very well furnished, Mr. WALEED was very hospitable and helpful, the kitchen is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven, and all the needed cutlery) The area is extremely nice and clean, there is a coffee shop right under the apartment, and an atm just a walking distance. We really enjoyed it, the beds were comfortable and the views are just breathtaking! Highly recommend will be coming back again soon.

بامانه ابداع مكان وهو في سلطنة استجمام وراحه وهدوء ومتوفر كل حاجه بالشقه فقط جيب شنطتك وتعال كبيرة وواسعه ومتوفر في مطبخ كل ادوات الطبخ وصاله كبيرة مع برنده كبيرة وغرف مريحه ونظافه ومطاعم وكل شي حولك بصراحه تجربه راح اعيدها مرة اخرى

اسعار مطاعم تحت فندق فقط ورحلات بحريه غاليه ولكن بتحصل بديل خارج منتجع وقريب مشاوي

ما شاء الله السكن كان جدا ممتاز والموقع رائع وجميل والشكر موصول للاخ وليد على تواصله المستمر

تجربة إقامة تفوق التوقعات في شقة Marine View. الشقة تجمع بذكاء بين الفخامة والخصوصية، وتعتبر من أجمل الخيارات المتاحة في جبل السيفة. ​أبرز ما أعجبنا: ​الإطلالة والسطح الخاص: الشقة تمتلك سطحاً (Roof Terrace) واسعاً جداً ومجهزاً بجلسات متنوعة ومنطقة للشواء. الإطلالة على المارينا والجبال وقت الغروب خيالية، كما أن إضاءة السطح الليلية تضفي أجواءً شاعريّة وهادئة. ​المساحة والتصميم: الشقة واسعة جداً ومنظمة بشكل ممتاز لتناسب العائلات (تتسع لـ 6 أشخاص بسهولة). الصالة مريحة والمطبخ متكامل بجميع الأدوات اللازمة لإعداد الوجبات. ​النظافة والراحة: المكان نظيف جداً، والأسرة مريحة، وهناك اهتمام واضح بالتفاصيل لضمان راحة الضيوف. ​التعامل والخدمة: تواصل المضيف وليد كان راقياً واحترافياً للغاية. عملية الحجز والدخول كانت سلسة جداً، كما أن الموقع داخل المجمع آمن وقريب من جميع المرافق. ​الخلاصة: هي المكان المثالي لمن يبحث عن الاستجمام بعيداً عن صخب المدينة في بيئة راقية وهادئة. أنصح بها بشدة وسأكرر الزيارة بالتأكيد!

Spectacular view of the Marina. I loved the spacious living space and kitchen. Both verandas are a wonderful space to visit with family.

Wunderschönes, sauberes und ruhiges Appartment an top Lage. Zwei grosse Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad. Riesiges Wohnzimmer. Kaffee und Tee inklusive. Das Beste: eine riesige Dachterasse mit Blick auf Hafen/Meer und die Berge. Ein Ort zum entspannen und das Leben geniessen. Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer vom Schlafzimmer aus. Host Waleed ist sehr hilfsbereit. Whatsapp Nachrichten werden schnell beantwortet und wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten.

We had the pleasure of staying for one night at this charming cottage nestled deep in the Jebel Akhdar mountains of Oman, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The location offers an incredible view of the valley below, with stunning farmlands stretching out and the traditional Omani way of life on display. The area is particularly known for its rose farming, where the local community produces rose water, and we had the unique opportunity to take a guided tour and learn about the fascinating process behind it. The village itself is rich in history, with many historical sites to explore, adding an educational element to the natural beauty surrounding the area. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, history lover, or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, we highly recommend this cottage for an authentic and serene experience in the heart of Oman.

Large apartment for a family, modern and well equipped, nice view on the marina, reactivity and friendliness of the owner.

Nothing really. We spent only one night and would have loved to enjoy the apartment and surroundings longer. Just be aware that the drive might be a bit long from the highway but a beautiful one across the mountains.

Property had a beautiful view and was spacious and clean . Lovely rooftop area to bbq and relax .

Waleed is such a gracious host! He is highly responsive and goes above and beyond to assist. Features a stunning, well-maintained property with a lovely view of the marina. Spacious rooftop equipped with BBQ amenities.

Driving to the compound at night was challenging. All the way to the mountains and back down.

The location is conveniently situated right at the marina, with cafes and a mini mart just a short distance away. The view from the apartment and the private rooftop is simply breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and features a fully equipped kitchen. There are also games like puzzles and a chess board to keep both adults and children entertained. Waleed, the owner, is extremely helpful, friendly, and prompt in responding to our messages.

There is a slight odour in the master bedroom bathroom, which may be emanating from the floor mat. I have provided feedback to the owner. Despite this minor issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Perhaps the landscaping at the building entrance needs more attention, in addition to strengthening the lighting at the entrance.

The ease of access to the apt, the very caring & organized host, the spectacular view, and the cleanness of the apartment.

Kindly be informed that there is a charge for using the swimming pool at the resort. If you have many luggage pieces, beware the apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator access.

Helpful host, beautiful apartment, will come again

The apartment is even better than what it looks like in the pictures - the main room is huge... great for families. Everything works well (wifi, water, etc) - amazing views and very well kept! Only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator and you need to climb 3 floors (no big deal, but to keep in mind if you have reduced mobility). The community is lovely. It was very quiet during Ramadan, but we could still eat in the restaurants there and shop in the minimarket. Definitely worth it.

This is an excellent accomodation, a spacious, at the same time very cozy apartment, modern architecture yet with some local touch in design. Perfectly located with an amazing sea view in a safely guarded community at the ocean. Great balcony with view over the whole marina, as well as a rooftop veranda with a barbecue place. The host is an extreamly welcoming, hospital person, offering helpful advice about sightseeing in Oman and being very flexible with the desire to make our as stay pleasant as possible. In the marina community there are restaurants, grocery store and swimming pools, all in walking distance. It is a guarded community at the ocean shore, with own beach, where we were the only guests which we loved. There are wild beaches located around as well, for a change. Felt like this was the place only for us. Perfect situated: reasonable driving distance from Muscat that secures peaceful and comfortable accomodation outside of touristic rush, with ability to visit both the capital, as well as explore nature marvels in a dirreent direction such as Wadi Shab. We spent lovely time in Muscat: visited the Fort, old Souk, walked in the old city. Tour in the other direction - Wadi Shab - exceeded all our expectations. Overall Oman surprised us with beauty and amazing variety of places to visit. Special thanks to our host, we will be delighted to come again and totally recommend this accomodation to everyone!

We had a great time ,, wonderful memories we had,, it was my son’s birthday, he had so much fun, there were a playground for kids , DJ , clowns show and music at night near the apartment. The apartment was clean cozy and perfect , swimming pool for kids also was great thank u very much , will book again for sure Thank u
