Nous étions quatre et avons séjourné une nuit, du 22 au 23 août 2026. Le propriétaire était toujours disponible : il a répondu à toutes nos questions et s’est montré très serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la place Koutoubia. L’appartement comprend un salon, deux chambres et deux salles de bains ! Tout est propre et confortable, et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’appartement est calme, sans aucun bruit de la rue. Ahmed est très attentionné et accueillant ! Nous avons été ravis du parking souterrain où nous avons pu garer notre voiture. Nous sommes enchantés ; ces appartements sont magnifiques et nous les recommandons vivement !

L'appartamento è grande e si trova in una zona da cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Pulizia ottima, tutto perfetto.

Eine sehr schöne und sehr zentrale Wohnung. Super Komfort! Tiefgarage die jederzeit zugänglich ist, nichts für fahranfänger da es ziemlich steil ist aber absolut kein Problem. Unser Ansprechpartner war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit für uns erreichbar und präsent. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, selbst Fön ist vorhanden. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

Es gibt wirklich nichts an dieser Unterkunft auszusetzen, es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht.

Difficulté à trouver l'établissement

Son emplacement était top, à 15-20 de la place Jema et pas mal de commerces et restaurants autours. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très réactif quand nous avons besoin de quoi que ce soit. Un endroit plutôt spacieux. Je recommande cet établissement.

Las camas individuales tenían sabanas usadas, cuando nos metimos para dormir, vimos que tenían pizcos de alguien haberse acostado con los pies sucios, cogimos otras sabanas del ropero.

Pasamos 2 noches en esta casa y es exactamente ese tipo de lugar al que dan ganas de volver. La ubicación es perfecta: a solo unos pasos de la Puerta Azul, pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila dentro de la medina. Por la noche y por la mañana hay silencio total, se duerme de maravilla. La casa es antigua, con una atmósfera auténtica y mucho encanto, pero a la vez muy acogedora y cómoda. La habitación estaba limpia, y las camas eran especialmente cómodas: buenos colchones y almohadas, algo muy importante para nosotros. El desayuno está incluido y fue realmente casero y delicioso, como en casa. Un agradecimiento especial al anfitrión: muy atento y amable. Nos recibió, nos ayudó a organizar una excursión con guía y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa. Además, nos traía comida (por ejemplo, un delicioso tajine), que podíamos disfrutar tranquilamente en la terraza común en la azotea — una experiencia muy especial. También nos gustó que se puede pasar el tiempo en la terraza y, por ejemplo, abrir tu propio vino (lo compramos en Carrefour cerca). Es un lugar al que realmente dan ganas de volver. Lo recomendamos totalmente a quienes buscan autenticidad, comodidad y tranquilidad en pleno corazón de la medina.

Propreté cartier bon et propre. Pas loin des moyens de transport des restaurants et des épiciers.

The apartment is with good location. There is also a private underground parking, which was great because we were with a car.

It would be great if there was a hair drier.

L'appartamento è in una zona strategica e soprattutto tranquilla e sicura, vicina al centro. Fare il check-in è stato molto semplice e colui che ci ha accolto è stato esaustivo. I letti sono comodi e di biancheria a disposizione ce n'è tanta. La lavatrice in casa è un vero must perché ti permette di lavare la roba, acquistando il detersivo perché non c'è, di lavare e stendere senza portarsi dietro tanta scorta di abbigliamento.

Non c'era il phon, che ho dovuto portare da casa e viaggiando con solo bagaglio a mano, occupa il suo posto nonostante sia piccolo. La casa non è pulitissima, ho passato la scopa all'arrivo e c'erano capelli in ogni dove. Il frigo esternamente aveva dei disegni fatti sulla polvere, quindi vuol dire che non era stato pulito dalla volta precedente (un vero peccato)! La doccia aveva la porta che si staccava continuamente.

Nice and comfortable place for large groups or families. Easy walk to the main attractions and lots of restaurants in the area.

Pin in Booking is NOT accurate. We went to the pin location, and could not contact the owner. It ended up being 4 blocks away. We had to wait over an hour for someone who spoke English to call because we had no phone service.

Very clean and well furnished, spacious, well located in Gueliz and easy to travel / visit around. Private parking included is great if you travel with your own vehicle.

Die Dame hat sich sofort nach unsere Buchung gemeldet, lief alles und zügig über Whatsapp. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Auf das Bett fanden wir eine Tages Decke, Bettwäsche wären nicht schlecht. Toilettenpapier müssten wir auch selbst besorgen.

Náš rodinný pobyt v Residence Hamza bol jednoducho skvelý! Apartmán sa nachádza v modernej a bezpečnej časti Gueliz, čo je ideálne miesto, všetko je blízko: obchody, reštaurácie, kaviarne aj atrakcie mesta Marrákeš. Ubytovanie bolo priestranné, veľmi čisté a krásne zariadené v berberskom štýle no pritom moderne. Apartmán má všetko, čo rodina potrebuje, plne vybavenú kuchyňu, pohodlné postele, klimatizáciu a aj rýchle Wi-Fi. Cítili sme sa tam veľmi dobre už od prvého momentu. Hostiteľka bola milá, k dispozícii, ak sme niečo potrebovali. Parkovanie v podzemí bolo na nezaplatenie. Ak hľadáte komfortné, čisté a pokojné ubytovanie pre rodinný pobyt v Marrákeši, toto miesto vrelo odporúčame. My sme si pobyt užili naplno a radi sa sem opäť vrátime!

L'adresse était mal renseignée lors de notre réservation, mais je vois que l'annonce à été mise à jour. Difficultés à trouver l'endroit donc, mais qui ne devrait plus arriver.

It's such a lovely apartment, clean and cosy, with a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent central location with shops and restaurants nearby.

Smelly secound room bathroom, but it was grand.

The apartment was comfortable and the housekeeper was kind and helped us with whatever we asked for.

It was 30 minutes away from the touristic places but it's located in a very quite and safe area.

Everything is taken Care of as if you are staying at a 4 stars hotel. From towels, till handsoap, bags to do your groceries... Perfect to stay for a Family or by yourself.

location was good - quite close to kotoubia mosque and medina. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops close by.

There was a smell from the bathroom, that no matter how much we opened the windows etc., it didn't help. There was an additional hidden charge of 50 euros ("taxes") that we weren't made aware of until after the booking. On top of that, when I tried to clarify this with the host, she was rude and started shouting (I was just trying to understand what I was paying extra for). Additionally, she lied about caretaker needing to go home so we had to pay him urgently (caretaker told us he wasn't going anywhere) - very unprofessional. Microwave did not work.

This apartment is beautiful and the staff were so lovely and helpful. We stayed at a couple of places whilst in Morocco with cleanliness be 8/10 but this place was absolutely spotless.

The owner is very helpful, professional and trustworthy, if I am to visit Marrakech again no doubt this will be my first option

Can’t really complain about anything

Location is very central and close to the Medina. The staff on site Ahmad is very helpful n polite but English speaking is non existent. The house looked similar to the photos but is actually more run down than the photos.

The toilets are very cramped. In the shower you can barely move because of the space. We were a family of 5 , after 2 persons took a shower you had to wait more than an hour for the water to heat up. The lights in the house are very dim more like a night lamp. The microwave makes a continuous sound. The house is more for 4 persons the 5th has to sleep on a narrow divan. The heaters make a lot of noise when they cut in and out. With a little bit of renovation the owner could increase his price.
