Reviewed Aug 28, 2026We loved the massage chair, free flowing coffee and onion soup at the lobby and also the yummy breakfast buffet spread! Location was excellent as it was very near Hakata Station. Lawson was just across the street.
The room was small. But everything was there. We were amazed at how things were arranged such that eventually the size of the room did not matter anymore. I guess that massage chair and how things were arranged compensated.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026駅からすぐだったこととスタッフ対応がとてもよいところがおすすめです。アメニティはクレンジングとオールインワン基礎化粧品バスソルトもありました。一階のラウンジではドリンクサービスがありオニオンスープがあって嬉しかったです。ペットボトルのお水も用意されていました。備え付けのシャンプーコンディショナーもいいものが置いてあります。また利用したいです。
喫煙所が特になく入り口でみんなが喫煙していてすごくタバコくさくて息を止めました。入り口より離れた場所に喫煙所としていただけてるといいのかなと感じました

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026住宿地點非常好，就在博多車站對面巷子裡。從國際機場搭巴士，就在博多車站下車，走過對街彎進巷子就到了，對於拉行李很友善，都在平面上。 房間空間大，可以打開兩個28吋行李，不妨礙進出洗手間。
房間濕氣非常重，一進房就聞到霉味，床單摸起來濕濕的。飯店自助洗衣機洗好脫水後，晾在房間兩天不會乾。 蓮蓬頭水量非常小，很困擾，連男生都無法洗得很舒服，洗澡要花很多時間。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026地理位置超級方便！走路到車站大約 3 分鐘，紫筑口機場 BUS 就在車站旁邊。過馬路就可以看到大國藥妝（在 2F）， 對面有 Lawson，旁邊地鐵 B1 還有麥當勞，生活機能非常方便。 飯店位在巷子裡，晚上相對安靜。飯店大廳還有免費咖啡，24 小時都可以享用，這點很加分！

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Great hotel near the bus and train stations. It was easy to travel from there with luggage. The breakfast was delicious and full of traditional Japanese options. I also liked the free bath salts and enjoyed a nice bath after a long, rainy day.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Good hotel for a stay in Fukuoka. The lobby has a nice warm, modern design that makes a good first impression. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location near Hakata Station made getting around easy. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Solid choice for a longer stay in the city.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026博多駅筑紫口からすぐで、建物も新しく部屋もきれいで清潔で、スタッフも親切だった。 オーバーヘッドシャワーがとても気持ちよかった。 マッサージ機がベッドに一台ずつ置いてあって、良かった。 ウエルカムドリンクのワインもうれしかった。 ここにずっと住みたいくらい気持ちよかった。
ホテルの設備案内等が、QRコード読み取りだったので面倒だった。

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026압도적 위치. 걸어서 5분 이내에 하카타역까지 갈 수 있어서 위치면에서 너무 좋았고 편리했습니다. 하카타역 지하나 내부 부대시설(식당이라던지, 쇼핑센터 등) 이용하기에도 편리해요. 그리고 일본 호텔 치고 꽤 넓습니다. 캐리어 두개 펼쳐도 공간 남고, 샤워부스가 아니라 욕조인 것도 좋아요. 그리고 스마트티비!!!! 유튜브/넷플 연결해서 볼 수 있는 것도 너무 좋았어요. 쾌적하게 잘 있다갑니다!
굳이 따지자면 호텔 내에 흡연구역이 없는게 흡연자로서는 조금 아쉽긴 했습니다!

The worst hotel I stayed at in Japan. I paid 145 euros for a room without breakfast. The organization of this expensive hotel is extremely bad for customers. You have to check in yourself even though there were 5 people at the reception, the staff speaks very bad English even though more than half of the customers were foreigners, the room was extremely small and I had a hard time getting into the bathroom. I saw the breakfast which was extremely poor and I preferred to eat elsewhere. The biggest problem was the view of the room which was on a wall with a hood from a restaurant kitchen. It made constant noise. Don't go there.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026筑紫口から直ぐでした。近隣には、飲食店が複数ありました。朝食はつけませんでしたが、朝早くから朝食バイキングをやっているお店も近隣にあり、夕食含め、徒歩圏内に食事を楽しめる場所が、沢山ありました。 お部屋は、料金に対しては広めで、コ・ス・パが良かったです。フロント近くのコーヒーマシンには、オニオンスープもあり、とても便利でした。

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr gut, ebenso die Betten und die Lage zum Bahnhof Hakata. WLAN überraschend guter Empfang. Selbst eine "Alexa", Massagegeräte und ein Trocknungsschrank waren vorhanden. Sehr komfortables Bad und viele Extras. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab keine Probleme. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft.
Leider fielen uns auch hier - wie auch in Osaka und Yokohama - am Frühstücksbuffet ausschließlich chinesische Gäste auf, die sich sehr laut, rücksichtslos, rüpelhaft und unflätig verhielten. Die Zimmergröße (3 Betten) war für eine Familie (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) gerade noch ausreichend. Verbesserungswürdig wäre mehr Stauraum für Gepäck und Koffer.
