لا يوجد ماعدا موظف جديد في الاستقبال لم يعجبني اسلوبه معي في التعامل مع اني دائما احجز في نفس الفندق اكثر من سنه

The location is good

It’s not fresh , the room stinks horribly.. the shower/bathroom not clean at all .. shampoo and hand soap bottles are empty .. lack of towels And again the smell of the room is terrible..

لم اجرب الافطار ولكن الفندق صغير و صعوبة الوصول الية و الشارع ضيق جدا

تم تغيير الغرفة مرتين بسبب ان المكيفات عطلانه او تصدر اصوات مزعجة جدا .. وبعد انتظار تم تغيير الغرفة وايضا طاقم العمل غير متعاون جدا

The room is clean

The staff is not helping.

It’s is centrally located and the rooms are very spacious

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times before (when it was jewel hotel). A new management has taken over and has really let the standards drop. We had to call and remind the staff several times to clean the room , toiletries and water weren’t provided unless asked for several times, staff very rude

The furniture on the room is old and not comfortable. The housekeeping is not responding to the requirements and the front desk is not cooperating with the guest regarding the housekeeping i have call 4 times from morning and they clean my room at 7pm at night. The check in upon arrival took 20-25 minutes on the front desk because only one employee there other one just sitting beside. The luggage carrier is super responding and excellent behavior. The car parking need massive housekeeping.

لا يصلح للعائله . المطبخ تم تعطيل البوتاجاز . ارضيه الشقه زلقه وتزحلق وسقط بعض افراد العائله . الفوط قديمه جدا جدا . نظافه الشقه زيرو . الصوفا في صاله المعيشه مكسورة.

Clean spacious room. Location is excellent. Hospitable staffs

Location

No room service is done daily, I have to call reception for that. No door labels either to clean or not to disturb. Swimming pool is dirty. Hotel gives only one 600ml water bottle per guest daily and refuses to give more, which is shameful.

Super bonne localisation en plein centre ville de Manama. Pleins de petits restaurants et commerces autour. Le confort est exceptionnel

Que piden un depósito de 10 BD o 100 SAR en el check in , que luego te lo devuelven en moneda local BD que no puedo usar en Arabia

السكن جيد ،، ولكن يعيبها ان المطبخ مافيه فرن للطبخ و برضوا علب الشامبو فاضية ولكن بشكل عام كل شي نظيف ومرتب والعاملين متعاونين 🌹🌹

We asked them to clean it but they washed it with water and left. We went to the reception to complain but they couldn’t help so we asked them to cancel the reservation and give us our money back. We can’t live in dirty hotels. but they rejected and didn’t want to give us our money back

لايوجد سليبر ولا فرشاة اسنان ومعجون ولا استشوار الكنب غير مريح ومتهالك ولايوجد ابجوره

لم تكن جاهزه من حيث الشامبوهات طلبوا تأمين 100 ريال واضافوا 3 ريال غير مسترده في حال الدفع بالبطاقه اجراء لم يعجبني خصوصا اني حجزت من التطبيق كان المفترض ان يكون التأمين من خلال بوكنق
