tons of mosquitoes haunting the hallway - totally not their fault of course - but it felt like an epic heist movie scene to leave and enter without bringing in a swarm. had to spend time murdering the sneaky ones that got in before sleep. very squeaky bed and kind of hard. 😅

- Some towels need changing because they have makeup stains from previous guests. - Pls provide hand soap, it's so important for hygiene. - Bed was a bit too hard/firm.

Die Sterne Bewertung von 3 Sternen sollte umgehend auf 1 Stern reduziert werden. Ich habe zb noch nie erlebt, das , wenn die WC Spülung defekt war das sich niemand dafür verantwortlich fühlte. Unglaublich wirklich ! Wenn die WC Spülung defekt ist, dann ist das ein Zimmer Totalschaden . Das war der schlimmste Aufenthalt überhaupt den ich bei booking.com gebucht habe. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abgebrochen. Ich kann und werde diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Fotos entsprechen auch nicht der jetzigen Realität!!!

Staff, location and overall experience made this holiday very easy, relaxed and enjoyable. Rooms were always spotless, staff were very polite and friendly, staff on reception were helpful and friendly as well as accommodating. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay with amazing staff, near to locations for laundry, shops and entertainment, this is the place for you. Family friendly (no cots , so that may be the only issue you will face)

The road leading to the hotel at night is very dark (very short road though) his isn't the hotels fault though.

It was a really pleasant stay, the location is great. The room and the surroundings were very clean. The shared terrace might be problematic if you like to seat outside, as it offers little privacy. Otherwise, a good choice.

The owner was extremely kind and accommodating to all my small needs, during my two days stay. The place was quiet and secluded, yet 100 meters away from the main Street. I had a room included with a scooter. No frills, I roamed around the entire Island, and had two wonderful days.

I only had two days. The Main Street and San Kaew beach was not my thing, so if I visit Koh Samet again, then I will accommodate myself on a more secluded location.

The bathtub was a bit dirty, with hair on the walls. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows as well. It’s okay to stay for one night, but we wouldn’t come back again.

Tv had been taken off the wall and not replaced, so just a blank space! but they did leave the remote! the shower head height was to low for people 6ft and over! the room we booked come with motorbike, we were told it needed fuel soon as we were given it, come on at least be bothered and put petrol in it, also by the looks of the bike needed a good service and mot!! we’ve been staying here for a few years and felt this year it could of done with some TLC and investment.

Room was clean enough. the location was near to almost everything. It’s In walkable distance. And spacious balcony

the room is full of mosquitoes and staffs weren’t very helpful whenever you got some issues. My bed was half broken, the free motorcycle wasn’t worth it as it seems like it’s gonna break.

Chambre super bien située, spacieuse et bien équipée : grand réfrigérateur, miroirs pratiques, armoire avec cintres, climatisation, douchette pour les pieds à l' entrée du logement pour enlever le sable. La literie est très confortable et spacieuse également (nous avons dormi a 3 avec notre fille de 5 ans dans le même lit ). Possibilité de louer des scooters a la journée pour 400 baths. (Tarif identique dans toute l' ile)

Nous avons tout aimé dans ce logement! Seule petite suggestion : il serait appréciable d avoir un endroit où étendre les maillots de bain et les serviettes au retour de la plage !

Nous etions 2 couples 2 chambres , mais dehors 1 petite table ronde et 2 chaises qui etaient prises par les voisins chinois.pensez a mettre des sachets de thes , le cafe tres bien mais du the aussi. L eau de la douche etait trop chaude .

Freundlicher Empfang nette Einweisung Alles sehr sauber täglich zwei Flaschen Wasser Zimmer angenehme Grösse Bad sehr eng Klima sehr gut und leise. Terrasse vor dem Zimmer ist herrlich. Die Lage ist ruhig ausser man hat Nachbarn ohne Benimm. Roller im Preis inbegriffen Benzin selber zahlen.Vom Hafen zu Fuss 5-7 Minuten die grünen Taxis ist raus geworfenes Geld die nerven auf der ganzen Insel fahren wie Räuber um Fahrten zu machen und zum teil stinken die enorm. Die Insel ist überhaupt voll von Abfall wo man hinschaut. Die schönen Strandfotos zeigen keine Plastik Abfälle.

Ich war zufrieden. Bemerkung zur Insel für die 200baht Nationalpark Gebühr pro Person könnte man mehr Ordnung halten und das Geld investieren

У нас был дом на 6х - три комнаты два санузла. Ужасные подушки, матрас в одной из комнат весь в буграх. Живность везде , в основном ящерки, но в последний день был огроменный таракан. Душ без ограждений , помылся и всё вокруг мокро(унитаз и полы по всему помещению) раковина протекает- моешь руки на пол капает, вода уходит долго, бежит еле еле- муж сам чистил кран 🤦🏼‍♀️ полотенца только большие, и одно для ног на весь дом. Полотенца один раз заменили, белье вообще не меняли ни разу за трое суток. Уборка только на террасе , за три дня принесли воду один раз и кофе один раз выдали.

A szoba szép és tiszta volt, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A csomagokat engedték hogy kicsekkolás után pár órára otthagyjuk. A motor használata ingyenes volt. A part is közel van.

A szállás ablaka alatt helyiek aludtak, emiatt az ablakot inkább nem nyitottam ki(a lakás földszinti volt). A fürdőszobában nagyon erős szennyvíz szag volt és melegvíz sem volt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn Mann ein Roller benötigt kriegt Mann den kostenlos. Kann ich jeden empfehlen.

Gratis scooter tegen benzinevergoeding

De matras was zooo hard, de massage overdag wordt teniet gedaan in bed en er staat een zendmast vlákbij waar ik last van had.

In der Buchung war ein Roller enthalten. Den braucht man unbedingt, um sich auf der Insel fortzubewegen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und die Sauberkeit super. Ko Samet ist für einen einen Inseltrip, nicht weit entfernt von Bangkok zu empfehlen. Die kleine Anlage liegt in zweiter Reihe oberhalb der Hauptstraße. Es ist ruhig aber nicht direkt am Strand.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften während meines Thailandurlaubs war das Zimmer teuer. Auch wenn der Roller inklusiv war.

Le lit un peu dur et les chambres un peu mal isolées (quand un bébé pleure à côté, les bouchons d’oreilles sont recommandés)

Байки под уставшие,но ездить можно. На нашем приборка не работала, бенз определяли по уровне в баке открывая горловину )))

The hotel is located away from the noisy main street. The rooms are very spacious.

Housekeeping is every three days, which is fine, but the trash should definitely be collected more often. There are stray dogs around the property constantly; they bark and scatter the trash bags left outside the rooms. Beach towels are not provided. A major inconvenience: our house didn't have a single hook/rail for towels—not in the bathroom, not in the kitchen, nowhere. The motorbike policy was strange. We booked two rooms, but they refused to rent us a bike, claiming they are only available for guests in the "smaller" rooms. While the rooms are large, they are in desperate need of renovation. The bedding is synthetic, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep. General tip (not related to the hotel): The center of Koh Samet is a very noisy place. It’s better to choose beaches further away, even if they lack shops and massage parlors.

Ik denk dat dit het stilste plekje aan deze kant van het eiland is, geen last van lawaai van het uitgaansgebied hier.

Het was naar verwachting

Ruime mooie frisse schone kamer. Uitstekende lokatie dicht bij het strand en het centrum. Ook de prijs was prima vergeleken met andere hotels.

Misschien een zwembad maar met een geweldig strand in de buurt waar je prima kan zwemmen is dit eigenlijk overbodig.

Nice and relaxing and a very quiet area, it had everything that you needed. Close to restaurants/cafes and walking distance to the beach. We had free motorcycle rental with this property which was awesome and very helpful getting around the island.

Loistava sijainti pääkadun välittömässä läheisyydessä. Saaren päärannalle lyhyt kävelymatka pääkatua pitkin. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias.

Suihku/wc oli ihan siisti mutta viemärin haju nousi jostain ikävästi nenään.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทะเลที่ไม่ติดกับชายหาดก็จริง แต่สงบ ไม่มีรถจอแจ และใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหาร ถ้าลงเรือที่ท่าหน้าด่าน สามารถเดินเท้าไปที่โรงแรมได้เลย เรากับเพื่อนๆไปถึงก่อนเวลาเช็กอิน แต่ทางโรงแรมให้เข้าพักได้เลย และที่สำคัญคือมีมอเตอร์ไซค์ให้ใช้ เติมน้ำมันเอง ใช้เท่าไหร่ เติมเท่านั้นได้เลย

A budget-friendly hotel in an excellent location. The service is kind and pleasant. We stayed there for three nights. On the first night, we slept in a noisy room with a squeaky bed frame. The staff apologized and moved us to another room with a slightly better bed frame, but it was still noisy. For anyone looking for a room in a great location and on a low budget, this is a great place. Next time, I’ll choose a more expensive and quieter option.
