Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, conveniently located near Nieuwpoort and beaches. You can enjoy a leisurely walk to the beach in 30 minutes or take a 7-minute drive. The backyard is spacious, perfect for relaxation and dog play. The interior features beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere.
The bathroom and bedroom lacked proper hygiene which we consider important (all kinds of human hair and mold). Therefore, we read the reviews. The bed mattress was sagging which caused us both some back-pain.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026It was lovely and spacious, effort was made to make it homely, with wine and treats left for us. Alain and Chantal were ready to help if we needed it. Place was nice and warm, with plenty of hot water. The garden seating was exceptional, it was well planned for visitors., would be lovely to sit out in warmer weather. There was a shop just down the road that was handy. Easy to get to and parking outside the property.
If we were being very fussy, bigger mugs and bowls. The towels were small, so we should have brought our own. There was a doggy smell in downstair bedroom, we don't own a dog so we are probably over sensitive. Would still book again.
