Breakfast was amazing. staff was couteous, especially I must shout out to Kim at the restaurant on the terrace. She was courteous, kind, helpful and very supportive of all requests for food and breakfast. she needs a promotion!

the pressure at the bidet in the washroom in the room was really poor. I would have liked a stronger pressure and spray. other than this there was nothing i didn't like. Duba is a dull place though. nothing happening after the Neom project shut down.

A Hidden Gem – Far Beyond Expectations! This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! Officially rated three stars, I would easily give it 4.5 stars—better than many Radisson or Marriott properties we’ve stayed at. The staff mentioned they can’t add extra stars because there’s no pool, but honestly, who needs one when you have the stunning Red Sea right at your doorstep? Everything about this place is impressive: the cleanliness, the rooms, the décor, and the thoughtful touches throughout. It truly feels more luxurious than many higher-rated hotels we’ve visited. The food was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable stay by the Red Sea—an absolute gem that surprises in every way!

Excellent hotel, unexpected but 5 star room and interior, great location close to Neom. Highly recommend as a business hotel.

Great location on the old corniche. The waiter (Henry) and waitress in the breakfast restaurant were exceptional. Exceptionally clean and modern room. The hotel is new; it opened in July 2024. There was a small side window that provided partial corniche and sea view.

I expected floor to ceiling windows with direct sea view. This expectation was based on the photos and description on booking.com. We had a room at the far back of the building with a small, angled window that looked out onto an abandoned villa; there was partial sea view. It appears that most of the rooms are like this.

Pillows weren't very comfy. Breakfast isn't a buffet but they serve you what ever you request the only issue that it takes a lot of time. Also not good value for the money paid

Sunday Breakfast is not a buffet but a served breakfast although super nice and beautiful, there is too much food waste. You receive lots of food, great if you like to eat a lot. But, not good was that we had to pay extra for a second coffee. And that does not makes sense for a breakfast!

Very clean, modern and comfortable well appointed rooms with a nice sea view. Staff were exceptional particularly the restaurant staff at breakfast and in the evening and the restaurant had lovely views at the top . Breakfast was varied and good quality. Parking in front of building.

Would have preferred plain coffee in the room rather than with powdered milk. WiFi was a bit patchy. My room was fine but my colleagues complained of inconsistent hot water. The water ran yellow at first in the sink too.

The furniture and the overall quality were excellent

For how much we paid it was very bad. The bed was too hard. The jacuzzi wasn't hooked to the power, and it was leaking. The worst thing was the water coming out of the sink, and the jacuzzi was yellow.

New hotel with all you need for a one night stop-over

Continuous asking of feedback by the restaurant staff. Too much!!! Extra-ordinairy Breakfast. Far too much and delivering double of what we had asked for. Breakfast is simply far to much and waste of food.

Nice set breakfast but would have liked more variety for selection to choose from. Minor issues during my stay but as a new hotel teething issues are to be expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again due to the convivence to the Port of NEOM.

The staff are so caring and attentive they really looked after my son and i during our stay. Amazing quality of the building and rooms

I liked that the room had YouTube in the Smart Tv. The hotel is beautiful. 24 hour gym, guests were happy and friendly
