Reviewed Aug 25, 2026고즈넉하고 본채와 별채로 각각 구성되어 있어 남/녀 혼성일 때 공간 분리에도 유리했습니다. 본채는 숙박 공간도 넓은데 다도실도 있고, 공간이 깔끔하고 예쁘게 꾸며져 있어 탐험하는 재미가 있었어요. 별채도 개별 화장실에 샤워시설, 보드게임, 침실 등이 잘 갖춰져 있어 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다.
이 공간의 장점은 셀 수 없이 많지만, 단점은 딱 하나 여기에 이런 곳이 있었어?? 싶은 고즈넉한 주택가 안쪽이라는 점이에요. 마을버스를 이용하면 더 편하게 옵니다만 그렇지 않다면 차량이 있는 편이 훨씬 편하게 접근할 수 있을 것 같아요. 저희는 마을버스로 이동했습니다.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce logement utilisable en totale autonomie dans un quartier d'habitation calme de Séoul, bien équipé et très confortable pour 6 personnes. Il comprend 3 chambres ayant chacune sa salle de bains, dont 2 avec un lit double et 1 dans un bâtiment séparé avec 2 lits simples. Il doit être possible de dormir à 10 comme indiqué dans le descriptif, en déployant des futons dans la pièce dédiée pour prendre le thé, mais ce sera sans doute au détriment du confort. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées, ce qui a été très utile pendant la vague de chaleur qui a frappé Seoul cet été. L'appartement comprend également une une salle à manger, une pièce pour le thé, une cuisine et une buanderie contenant une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Comme souvent en Corée, les salles de bains sont plutôt petites mais très fonctionnelles. Il n'y a pas de restaurant immédiatement proche mais une supérette ouverte jusqu'à minuit juste à côté permet de s'acheter de quoi manger si besoin. Il y a un parc boisé très agréable à proximité (il faut avoir de bonnes jambes, le secteur est un peu pentu) Le logement est situé à une quinzaine de minutes de la station de métro Gireum sur la ligne 4 : 10 minutes de bus + 5 minutes de marche en montée, et il faut donc compter 3/4h pour rejoindre les principaux sites touristiques de Seoul. Ce n'était pas du tout un problème pour notre groupe surtout que les transports en commun sont très bons. La communication avec le propriétaire - que nous n'avons pas vu - a été très bonne, il s'est montré très chaleureux et réactif par message et tient visiblement à ce que ses hôtes passent un bon séjour. Le tout pour un prix très mesuré pour Seoul. Nous reviendrons volontiers :)

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025The accomodation is spacious and private - you have complete access to a fully furnished home and also the granny flat, so everyone can have some space to themselves. The little courtyard garden is pleasant, and the beautiful tea room is perfect for quiet contemplation.
Walking to the property from Gireum subway station takes about 25 minutes and is up and down some steep hills - definitely consider using a local taxi, especially if you are bringing heavy luggage.
