Fahrer gab an, die Adresse nicht zu kennen. Hat gedauert und kostete mehrere Anrufe um die Unterkunft zu finden (versteckter Zugang).

The owner is very nice and all the amenities described is true. The airconditioned room is so cool and beds are so comfortable. The pool is clean and really nice addition to our stay. The place is relaxing and welcoming that we plan to come back and visit again. We were just 8 pax but The Villa we were given could accommodate 25 pax. The room AC is huge and it was able to cool the room down. There was enough towels, blankets and lots of pillows.

My stay at Lio Palm Villas in El Nido was absolutely exceptional. The place is beautifully maintained, very stylish and peaceful – you can really see the high quality and attention to detail everywhere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with regular cleaning, fresh towels and bed linen, everything smelling fresh and looking perfectly cared for. What truly makes this place special is the owner – incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely caring. Always ready to help, give great local tips, and make sure guests have everything they need. You feel more like a welcomed friend than just another guest. I highly recommend Lio Palm Villas as a fantastic place to stay in El Nido. If you value quality, cleanliness and a wonderful, personal approach from the owner, this is the perfect choice. I would definitely love to come back!

I had an incredibly wonderful stay! I've stayed in so many accommodations in the Philippines, but this one truly stands out. It started with the owner ( Mhel ) whose picking me up from the airport, which is absolutely not something you can take for granted. The location is excellent, it's not too close to the town, so you experience much less noise. The town is not in a walking distance so you should rent a motor bike or car but this is normal anyway in El Nido, you will need it also to explore around and to see the beaches. Also here Mhel helped me to get one, thanks for that! The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The house was spotless and it's incredibly private, which was especially important to me and everything you could possibly need was right there. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was a very large TV and with Netflix ready. But the best part was the owner ( Mhel ) and her assistant ( Hazel ) are both real gems! Super kind and helpful! That made the stay simply perfect. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone, and it's never been so hard to fly home as it was this time. Thank you very much for everything and I'm looking forward to come back!

Ein schönes Häuschen mit Privatsphäre abseits des Geschehens. Die Ownerin ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! Kaffee und Tee sind vorhanden.

Für die Lage braucht es einen fahrbaren Untersatz, sonst schwierig erreichbar. Sollte man einfach wissen.

We stayed for 9 days in this wonderful house in a quiet area with its own terrace. The peace and tranquil atmosphere around the house, the feeling of having your own luxurious bungalow, bike trips, and the care from the hostess all contributed to the most pleasant impressions of El Nido. Nearby, there's a small village with everything you need, El Nido is just a 10-minute bike ride away, and Lio Beach is only 5 minutes away. The house has everything, including a good air conditioner and hot water in the shower—everything is tastefully done with attention to detail. The hostess is a wonderful and kind woman who was always available, helped us choose a place to rent a bike, and even gave us a ride to the airport. We had delicious, hearty breakfasts every day tailored to our tastes, and the house was cleaned several times. We were absolutely delighted and already miss it!

Superkind host, she was very flexible and attentive, helped us organize island hopping tours, renting a bike and even drove us to town a couple of times. The villas are new and have everything needed, well functioning aircon and shower.

The villas are a bit out of town, but this has the advantage of being very quiet. Also lio beach is only 5 mins away by car or motorbike.

Room was super spacious, cozy, and cold. Private. Quiet. Very accommodating host.

If you are looking for a place outside the mess of El Nido with peace and tranqulity, this is it. Easy to reach by scooter from El Nido (halfway to Lio beach) this is a relaxed place to breath and chill. We were very happy with our bungalow, top working AC, but best of all was our host who went above and beyond to make us happy. Whether breakfast, helping organzing tours, pick-ups and drop off - she was always there when needed!

The thing we could complain most, was the roaming rooster from the neighbors, that kept waking us up (no major concern ofc).

The place is quite and the room is good while the breakfast is superb. Keep it up.

The owner Mhel is so lovely and did everything to make my stay perfect, even driving me to the airport!

The location might not be the best for a longer stay but was perfect for my short stay.

The Best location in El Nido , set in calm refreshing environment away from pollution, crowd and traffic of El Nido town. Cottages are new , large sized rooms with nice bathroom.

Quiet Location, close to the super small Airport so there was no real noise, except for the roosters (normal in the Philippines). 5 min drive to Lio beach, and not much longer to corong corong. Super friendly and welcoming stuff, awesome breakfast for a super reasonable price. Scooters available (highly recommend due to high tuktuk prices).

We only had 2 nights and the room layout seemed a bit awkward (Kingsize bed was very close to walls/windows)

The Villas are super clean. Staff very helpful to arrange any kind of things (rent a bike, where to buy protein to cook our food, pick-up, etc). It’s the perfect place to get rest and avoid noises.

Maybe the location is not the best, but with a scooter you’ll be all right.

Incredible place! First of all the villa itself is so spacious and well equipped and it has the most comfortable bed! Additionally it's set in a beautiful garden with big trees, flowers and plants. It so peaceful and inviting to sit on the porch not only for breakfast but also at night when we enjoyed the stars. By the way - the breakfast is so delicious and also varied a bit from day to day, which we really appreciated. The location is great. It's not my first time to stay in El Nido and this place really hits the spot. Lio beach is a blink away and town is just a short drive, too. Just get yourself a scooter to rent - so convenient:) The owner of the accommodation will get you hooked up with her connections. Also for tours and recommendations where to go. She is so kind and the most attentive host and really puts in a lot work and knows her way around the hospitality industry and El Nido. Thank you so much:) also for picking us up that late and getting up with us the day we left so early in the morning.

The villa was beautiful, clean, and located in a peaceful area while still being relatively close to the beach and restaurants. What really made my stay special was the owner - extremely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Even though my visit was short, I felt well taken care of

The owner is such a good person and always helping. She also has a tour business that made my stay even more better.

Far from the noise of El Nido - Comfy and a lot of amenities ( Fridge - TV - Kettle - Hot shower ) - A lot of space

Brand new and clean, comfortable cute little villa. Staff were lovely and went above and beyond serving breakfast early and even taking us to the airport the next morning!

No hot water for the shower although that didn’t bother us, I might bother others. Needs a blind or curtains at one window, but the owner did tell us it’s all brand new and still needs finishing touches. It has only been open 2 weeks but will be beautiful x
