Sunrise View One Bedroom Apartment at Equatorial Hill Resort

Nicely kept , neat. And clean apartment. Clean toilets and bed. A rack full of books and netflx.The surrounding is clean and well maintained. Apartment is a stone's throw away from hotel lobby. Like the varendah. And car parking infront of unit, covered.

Neighbour lorry with plate 77x3 occupying the parking lot on 2nd day.making middle car parked very close to last lot, as a result my driver side door difficult to open. Dog barking & howling at the back loudly at night. Main wooden door lock very difficult to open. Water purifier due for catridge change, because water is too slow. Raw water is a bit yellowish & so, water filter is a must. Kitchen has a little moldy smell, best is to close kitchen door..

The room facility is abit old.

The homestay is super good, value for money, they have YouTube Netflix and stuffs, very beautiful balcony with flower and the house was super clean and well maintained, will definitely repeat my stay here

Een ruim appartement tegen een lage prijs, met keukentje en twee badkamers op een goeie ligging. Prima bed. Groot balkon met uitzicht over vallei. Parkeerplek voor de deur. Vriendelijke host met wie het makkelijk communiceren was.

Appartement is wat ouder en dat toont. Het heeft verder geen airco of verwarming en was dus koud (‘s nachts was het 12 graden) en vochtig. En dat rook je ook. Verder was de schoonmaak niet fantastisch en zaten er schimmelvlekken in het plafond. Het appartement ligt op de begane grond en de buren parkeren op een meter uit de gevel; daar hadden we ‘s nachts en ‘s ochtends vroeg geluidsoverlast van. Dat 100 meter aan de andere kant een bouwput ligt waar ze om 8 uur beginnen werkt dan ook niet mee. Ook het uitzicht werd er niet beter van.

Cold during the evening. Not much comfortable being in the living room with high humidity and 18C. Would be good have some kind of heater at least for the living room. The bathroom which is with the bedroom needs a serious upgrade. The ceiling have a lot of mold. Did not felt safe.

Zeer net, alles is voorzien, rustig. Leuke locatie als je snel weg wil van het gedoe in de hoofdstraat. Wij hebben een mooie wandeling gemaakt in de bergen. Is dicht bij de theeplantages.

The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s located near to attractions nearby like kea farm, butterfly garden, etc. The host is very communicative and accommodating, overall great service.

The unit has a slight damp smell and the master bathroom mirror is not properly cleaned. Would like to have hand soap in the bathrooms.

The location is strategic to famous spot attractions like bazar kea market and sheep sanctuary. the room is big, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Initially the view, but after a leak in the bathroom we were moved to a larger but inferior apartment which had no view to recommend it. The manager was very helpful, great at communications, gave us detailed directions for our arrival and rapidly responded to any requests we had.

The apartment smelt damp on our arrival and we then discovered water running down behind the bathroom doorframe. We were moved to a different apartment, which was tired and needs a good revamp. The bed was on a plywood raised platform which was hazardous. Both externally, due to the rain and internally, due to the lack of heating or ventilation, the subsequent apartment also felt damp.

great location..just a walking distance to farm and all. loves the mountain view...and the quitness. feel sooo tenang . I wish we could stay longer.

the tree branches are blocking the beautiful sunrise..we only can see litte part of it. i wish there were no tree there so we could sit at the balcony and enjoy the magnificent view.

Very clean apartment, excellent view & clean bathrooms with good plumbing. Comfortable Bed & clean linen.

Living Room Sofa is a bit tired and needs new covers. No paper towels in the Kitchen and soap was missing from the Bathrooms. Also Shower Gel container was empty. A bit more attention to amenities would be great.

Good location ,just the opposite of kea farm market.easy access to variety of attractions.plenty parking area. room was spacious, and the staff really helpful. they even provided extra blankets as the weather is too cold at night. The bathrooms were great,good water pressure and heated. You can easily find restaurants along the main road. might not suitable for guest in wheelchair (no lift&the terrain is challenging)
