The room is beautiful, the bathroom is clean, and the staff are very kind. I will definitely come back to this place. Among all the staycations I’ve been to, this is one of the most beautiful and cleanest. It is very worth it and very affordable.
nothing!!!
Awesome experience! Clean unit, good stuff all around, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay/buy here again.
I like place itself
None
Dedicated parking. Strong wifi. There is a refrigirator in the lobby. Clean room. The place is just along the road, but it seemed safe..
Nothing actually since we stayed only for a night. Ah, There is a netflix in the tv but no account is open to directly watch any movie, and there is no view in the room that we got, no window but only a window to the lobby.
I like how accommodating the staff is.

The veranda and clean room
the property itself is beautiful. they were very accommodating. and the room is very spacious
i can't think of anything negative to be honest
They agreed to my late check-in. No trouble checking in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The AC was very cold. There is hot shower. There were ammenity kits. As promoted, 2 twin beds, with towels, pillows and blankets. Strong WiFi connection.
A bit uncomfortable turning the tv volume because the place was shared, though others were located in another floor, not a big dislike, I still loved our stay.
Area is convenient and accessible.
location
there is tv but useless as no internet, no local channels available.. It’s just a display. nothing to do there as there’s no even wifi.
The comfy bed, accommodating staff, and roof top
Kitchenette, TV, Location, and the room
Joy and Mark, qwho run the place, are VERY friendly and accomodating! VERY!
Where to start?? In our 3 week stay, the internet was out for all or parts otf 8 days. The water was off completely for parts or all of 4 days. The ceiling leaked on our bed for 2 days, soaking our pillows. The TV wouldnt program any channels. The shower only produced hot water when the handheld shower head was held below waist level. Rather than fix it, they had us showering in another room, 2 flights of steps below our room. Then they rented that room out without telling us, and i accidentally walked in on some lady in bed!😖 Our bathroom required us to walk outside to get to. The outdoor cooking facility had only one burner, a rice cooker and very few plates, utensils and glasses, and the only refrigerator was a community fridge in the hallway 2 flights of steps beneath our room!. The air conditioner for the hallways vented onto our balcony. Combined with our AC unit, it made our balcony excruciatingly hot. It also leaked water onto our balcony. Some of the sheets were badly pilled. Felt like someone sprinkled a handful of sand in our bed. Rooms are so small that there is no room for any furniture except the bed and 2 tiny side tables, barely big enough for our pickets contents. Nowhere to sit but on our bed. Door to the balcony had a huge gap under it, so lizards kept finding there way into our room. Am i forgetting something? Probably- there was so much wrong with this place i lost track!
Walkable from main road. Super near to the famous Starbucks. Clean and comfy bed and room. i have access to the terrace.
Not a lot of places to eat nearby.
The place was near the highway and easy to find. It is near the SB in tagaytay-nasugbu hiway. Easy checkin and checkout. Ample parking space.
There was no water kettle and the furniture was a little dated but it was clean
The room is spacious and is just the right fit for our family. The venue of the wedding that we’re attending is just 3 mns away so the place is the best option to stay. The staff were approachable.
The room isn’t cleaned properly, I had to clean the floor myself. Some areas are not dusted. The pillow cases aren’t new. The bed sheets aren’t new.
the staff are very nice and approachable.. they cater to our needs.. the room is very clean as well..
Super clean
For the price i booked a room with balcony but instead i got just a plain room with a couple of beds. So, I thought that was the unfair part of things. The staff diacussed in front of me and my kids that I should be at B1 (i assumed that's the one with the balcony but instead they ended up placing us at A3. Saying it's just us 3 anyway. I agreed coz at least i thought we'll get good inclusions for the price. When we got in, my kids said "this was it?" The room was so small - just 2 beds, a side table with lamp, a 28 or 32 inch tv i thought it was and another table with a chair. I knew that we wouldn't get a kitchen but still itbwas overpriced. I asked that we be transferred instead coz we couldn't do anything else but sleep. How does that qualify for a staycation? location was far from rotonda so it was so far from spots so we thought we could at least have gotten a better room. The price at wind residences was around 2k only but it was full. That would've been a great option. That qualifies a lot for a staycation! They even have board games a huge tv, kitchen, microwave, tables with 2 chairs, cr with washing machine. So 1700+ for a room with just 2 beds no kitchen and no basic staycation staples was overpriced in my opinion. Yup, it was just a room to sleep in. We just checked out like around 7 or 8am coz we had to buy necessities and breakfast and of course we had to travel back to city center! Take note - it was around that time and it even took us around 15-20 mins just to get back to rotonda. It was THAT far.
