I cldn’t sleep well it was too noisy and loud from customers who booked.
I never rested well the all ground floor was very noisy and people kept on disturbing my sleep. So I checked out
All good

Very clean and comfortable . Reception staff very helpful
There was very poor service and the bedrooms not up-to-date. The mattress is horrible. Can’t sleep and everybody I asked at the bar or saying the mattresses are not good.
I didn't eat breakfast.
I like the environment.
Excellent value for money . Room was clean & Comfortable.
A room on the other side of the corridor would have been quieter.
Nothing
Everything, rude and unhelpful staff, expensive carpark,
Lovely restaurant/bar to eat and drink

Function room was fabulous , helpful staff and breakfast was good value .

Absolutely disgusted that I had to pay £20 to park my vehicle overnight, to then find out in the morning it had been broken in to and some valuables were stolen. To top it off I was given a fairly pleasant room with a bath but it was look not touch scenario as the plug was kidnapped (no where to be seen). The staff were not approachable when I asked regarding the parking as not made clear on the booking site but it had been updated 3 months ago after my first stay here.
ambiente confortevole, pulizia, personale disponibile
nonostante il nome l'appartamento non si trova precisamente a Marylebon
It’s clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. The bar is decorated nice.
The car parking charge is expensive ( £10 ), especially if you are staying for more than one night. The music in the bar was playing abit loud for my preference.
Clean
Very far for the price not very convenient if you don't drive

Unfortunately I didn’t like anything about this hotel.
It took far too long to check in. There was a long queue and only one member of staff on reception. There was a very large group of young people checking in and for some reason the guy on reception decided to put my husband and I in a room on the same corridor as this large group. We were kept up until 4.00am with the group coming back to their rooms and then doors slamming, music playing in their rooms and loud talking and shouting. The location was also very noisy with people coming and going outside and cars up and down the main road all through the night. There was only one pillow which was very thin and lumpy. I had to get the towels and fold them under my pillow. I would not stay in this hotel again.
Value for money
Basic facilities, limited tea/coffee no milk. No toiletries supplied. Beds very hard.
Outside & reception area look clean & modern. Bed was comfortable & bathroom is clean & bright. Aircon!! Nice wooden furniture (wardrobe, desk etc) but makes room look very dark.
When you leave reception & walk through the corridors & get to the rooms it is very dark & dated. Money has been spent for the outside to look appealing but not inside the rooms for guests stays. Only have lamps in the room so no main light which made it very dark. Toilet brush holder with no brush. Shower shelf hanging off wall. Rips in curtains. Massive stain on floor that has travelled up to the wall. Have to pay £10 a day to park!! Which is wrong when you spend over £100 per night to stay in this ‘4 star’ hotel. A couple of rude/ abrupt staff. Staff should be friendly & approachable when you need to ask questions! Being part of a bridal party, the ‘Bridal Suite’ was not as expected. Yes it was spacious however it had no aircon so it was very hot when getting ready with several people in 1 room. It wasn’t anything special which is what you want for a bride to have when getting ready for their big day. Night before wedding they tell the bride that her room has been double booked so give her a standard room…then proceeded to say she has to pay for prosecco that she asked for as a complimentary for the room muck up!
The reception and restaurant look lovely, but this is clearly all that has been invested in to.
Rooms were unkempt, walls were dirty, bathroom small mirror broken, soap rail falling off, sofa arms broken, bedside lights not working, the bed is as hard as stone. I booked the bridal suite in half a years advance for it to be double booked and given to someone else which I found on arrival, palmed off with a ‘executive suite’ which was just a budget room you’d get in a premier but worse, when I finally got the bridal suite it was no better, just a little more room, no air con in a room which is meant to be for multiple people to get ready in on the morning of a wedding, rubbish tower fan supplied instead, overall it was awful.
Clean & comfortable bed
No lifts, no retreat, swimming pool, sauna or steam room, no gym. Had to pay £20 parking to stay at hotel, totally not happy about that.
It was near to where i wanted to be
Cleanliness was severely lacking. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed, the bathroom floor was dirty with lots of hair everywhere from previous guests . The curtains were hanging off the rails with lots of hooks missing and damaged. Two plug sockets weren't working, a bedside lamp had a missing switch, the skirting boards were laden with dust and finally no spoons or stirrers
The restaurant was a good venue for our party. The starter and dessert served was good. The staff were helpful and patient, really appreciated that. The reception and car parking were repeatedly kept clean.
We had to pay for parking while lodging in the hotel as paid guests. I don't understand the logic, as the hotel is in an isolated location, which doesn't offer the option of paying and going into town. The rooms had no air conditioning, and the hotel wasn't prepared to provide this service to their guests during one of London's hot, humid weather periods. The room keys kept getting disabled. The drainage in some rooms was not working properly. They have a large, bare backyard with no shed or trees for guests to enjoy the environment.
Rear value for the price. Lovely venue for an event
Rooms could do with updating.
Nothing
The curtains don’t close properly. The beddings were not clean
Noting
The drugs and food left in my room by a previous guest, this was found by my daughter.
The Plaza hall I used for my event was superb
I booked for executive rooms with AC in June only to be given standard rooms without ACs on check-in which I rejected. It was quite disappointed as most of my guests had a bad experience.
Nothing.
They said that they were fully booked and had no room for us. After standing in reception arguing for 45 minutes, they found us a room. We never had a key for our room, we had to ask a member of staff to let us back into the room whenever we left the room.
Nothing too much noisy

Very hot in the room Fob never worked on arrival to the room. Room very hot
Nu mi-a plăcut ca trebuia să mai plătesc încă o taxă de £10 pentru parcare, eu până acum nu a mai văzut un hotel să taxeze pe clienți să-i bani pentru parcare.
Nice place. Lovely staff. Glad to see it open again. I will go back.
All was fine.
The sheets were clean and crisp, towels were soft and cozy
There was no shower gel in the bathroom
The room
No signal or good wifi
The public areas were clean bedroom was a bit manky
The beds were uncomfortable and the room was a bit manky and there parking charges wasn’t told to me or clear on the listing
My room had a view to a wall.
It had been refurbished
Bar wasn’t open and when it was not good selection Check in process
Rooms were perfectly adequate for our one night stay Restaurant looks as if recently refurbished
Breakfast Service was poor and very disorganised. Waited a long time for food despite being a buffet Check in was slow and they were unaware that parking was included The bar had limited opening times and very little stock i.e only 1 draft beer as out of stock
Clean and quiet
Nice modern rooms And friendly staff
All was really ok some small points Doors were very solid and would be a bit in the noisy side when closing, the bar was closed for a private function and not sure if the restaurant was also closed for room service, not major just something to be aware of
nice room and friendly staff
the wifi didn’t work. when i came the first time we had a sofa in our room this time there was none
Everything was great.
Nothing it was Terrible
Staff were rude No air con Dirty We didn’t end up staying
Good location, welcoming and clean
Room was too hot. It would be good to upgrade all rooms with aircon
Easy to find, had a shower and a bed which is what we needed
I filtered free parking into my search, arrived to the hotel and parking had changed to £10 for overnight, cobwebs all over the room, couldn’t use the bar as private functions were on with no warning
Nettes Personal, gutes britisches Frühstück. Badewanne vorhanden!
Leider sehr laut auf dem Gang.
Quiet, great air con ( upgraded room, extra £20 per night). Good location.
It wasn't that clean. Hairs and dust in bathroom behind the door. Carpet poorly hoovered.
The Location The style The Staff
Air con wasn’t the best
Convenient location to family in the area.
The Booking.com site said the rooms where air conditioned. Deceptive, only some of the rooms had air con. We had to change rooms halfway thought our stay!
The foyer Clean room
One of the male reception staff was rude and delivered poor customer service when my wife checked-in. E.g. threw room keys at my wife. Interpersonal communication skills were poor. Room was too hot despite windows being opened. Sleep disrupted several times, no air conditioner! In-room coffee facilities poor, one cup provided despite room booked for two. Power outlets insufficient, none at beside table. Breakfast poor; coffee machine did not work, instant coffee alternative poor, juices display and choice poor, bread remained in packaging on display, eggs were served without serving utensils. Waitress, did not possess/speak good English. Front of hotel car park spaces too small. Rear parking, adequate but surface/tarmac uneven and damaged.
The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Hotel and staff nice.
That we wasn't told about paying for parking
It was excellent value for money, very clean room & bathroom. The bar was beautiful & the guy working behind the bar was excellent. Think his name was Ampit
The TV was not working & the maintenance guy had gone home. We had to ask for tea cups too.
Room and bathroom very clean
No air-conditioning in standard room. Reception gave a fan, but do not book these rooms when there's a heatwave! No towels in the room Reception said they'd bring them up but had to walk down twice as they forgot. No phone in the room and a long way from Reception.
Location was very good.
Where do I start? I booked a disabled access room for my parents, specifically requested a room close to reception as they have mobility issues. Their 1st room was occupied by other guests, the second room was way down two long corridors with a bath that neither could utilise. Finally room no.3 was no. 171. I walked the whole of the ground floor in the hotel attempting to locate no. 171 - it does not have a room number displayed on the door!!!. It is labelled accessible, but didn't open with the door key I had been given. Finally got a staff mbr to locate the room - he had to ring a supervisor to find it. Moved my parents into the room, no air conditioning (36° outside) , requested & received a fan . No fridge in the room, my mother is a diabetic & the TV did not work. After all of that the key to my room did not work & I had to reassigned a new room. We were staying 2 nights and guess what, on the second day, our room keys did not work! We were also attending a function in the hotel, could not access the function room from inside the hotel, you have to walk around the hotel past the kitchen and bins to enter the room. As my parents had mobility issues, we asked if there was anyway to access the room internally, but no I had to drive around the hotel with them. Lovely lady at breakfast, but very limited options for the continental breakfast. Very very disappointed with our stay. We stayed in this hotel many years ago and it was lovely. Lots of work to be done here, to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Not recommended for anyone with accessibility issues.
Lovely hotel in a good location, staff are very friendly and helpful, restaurant was amazing food was lovely would definitely recommend this to anyone
Good location and interior decor
No internet Room keys didn’t work Staff acted like it was an inconvenience when they had to let us in our room because the room keys weren’t working
Spacious clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff friendly and helpful
Having to pay £10 per 24hrs of the stay. This was a surprise on arrival
Great beds
Motorway noise
The staff was helpful
The room was so hot and extremely noisy. We could not sleep the whole night. Some other guests were having party in their rooms and they kept going from a room to another. It was around 4am in the morning we complained about the noise to the receptionist and they came to warn those guests. They shut their doors so we didn’t hear the music and conversations briefly but they kept slamming doors as they kept going from a room to another one. It was a terrible experience for us. We left the hotel very early in the morning as we couldn’t stand it anymore.
Plenty parking, quick book in,clean and tidy
The bed was fairly comfortable and a very nice housekeeping lady supplied a fan for the room
The wardrobes and headboard had finger prints all over them, clearly not be wiped or cleaned in sometime. There was no air conditioning or fans in the room. We had to ask for a fan. The bar only opens in the evening or for breakfast so you need to go to the M&S at the nearby petrol station for any form of refreshment or food. So if you arrive hungry or thirsty you’ll need to head straight out. Upon our arrival the door lock system was down along with WiFi. Which meant anytime we left our room we needed to be escorted back with a staff member who had a master key. Which was very inconvenient and took a long time. Thankfully we were attending an event off site and it was literally a place to sleep.
Just the location
Not too impressed with the staff
Staff where nice and friendly.
I booked for 2 people for 2 night and was told I only received 1 complementary breakfast and would have to pay for the extra breakfast. This was not stated/ clearly stated when booking I felt very disappointed with this as it made no sense and this should be stated. Parking was extremely disappointing as I paid £20 to park and on the second day couldn't even get a parking space and had to park around the back of the hotel this was very inconvenient.
The staff
Very basic , you pay for parking , no water in the fridge, basically not worth the amount you pay for. In this hot weather, you can’t even get a cool bottle of water. Staying at travel lodge is even better than this place
Good price. But had to pay for parking which was a bit off
No aircon
The entrance is very welcoming, clean, light and airy. Pictures do not do this hotel justice. There isn't a lift but the few stairs are wide and easy to walk up with luggage. The room was very spacious and clean including the bathroom which appears to be quite new. The cupboards were more than adequate. A sofa in the room was an additional bonus along with an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, kettle, mugs, glasses, TV etc. I was not in during the day and Sahil, who worked the night shifts was very pleasant and helpful. Also Sam who did the check in. I did not use the restaurant on this occasion.
These are only observations not complaints: --- room was exceptionally hot due to the weather even with the windows open in the evening. It would have helped if the AC was set at a lower temperature to initially cool the room, but this appeared to be centrally operated. The shower was brilliant but not manoeuvrable. Since shower caps are not provided, a suggestion is that the hotel could possibly have these available for a small fee to cater for the unprepared people like me.
Excellent
There was nothing I didn’t like it was excellent
Not a lot. Right from the check-in, things were not right. Very poor in all departments. We will not be going there again and telling our friends about the poor experience.
Free parking was advertised, but we were charged £20. Staff just shrugged when we complained. The room was bare and unwelcoming with next to no facilities. The bathroom fittings were falling off the wall. The tea and coffee making facilities comprised two tea bags and a small sachet of instant coffee. The bed was okay, but why a winter duvet in July with the outside temp of 28 deg? The restaurant had wall-to-wall large TV's (six) showing football at high volume. The food was okay, but the atmosphere in the restaurant was awful.

Awaiting refund after several complaints to staff and manger re cleanliness of the room and broken furniture. Manager disinterested in my concerns after several attempts for a solution. Promised refund and constant push back from management. Still awaiting refund and escalation from Booking.com after several calls and emails
Cleanliness of room and attitude from staff after raising complaints after several pictures taken of dirty towels and black hair and broken furniture
It was easy to find was the only highlight of our trip.
When we arrived they couldn't find our booking. Its not clear before you book that the parking you have to pay for and you find out when you arrive. When questioning staff about the parking the response was its in our terms and conditions if you read them. The two things combined made it the not best booking in experience. Our room was neat but not 100% clean bathroom etc. There was no kettle in the room either even though there was tea and coffee. The bar didn't have a great choice of beers and drinks etc. When we went for breakfast the coffee machine was out of order and the choice on the menu isn't what is described. No alternative vegetarian choice, cheap juice with the cartons left out by the jugs tables uncleared. No pastries just bread for toasting. Its either very in experienced staff or they are financially struggling that is what my impression was. Other guests were complaining whilst we were eating.
The hotel is very clean and served us well for a nights stay there the beds were comfy .No coat hangers to hang clothes and only 1 cup in the room to make a drink. No air con in our room ,but was given a fan which helped with the hot weather.
No coat hangers in the wardrobe hang clothes and no air con in the twin room
Lobby fairly nice, friendly DAYTIME staff
2 of the 4 stars this “hotel” has, have to have been bought on eBay at a discount. The beds were about as hard as the floor, these beds make Ryanair seats look like a blessing to sleep in. Lights that in one of the rooms didn’t work properly, besides that, the doors are not properly sealed off, you hear every movement even if it is down the entire hallway. Moreover, we arrive late at 3am on the 2nd day of our stay to our cards not working to open the hotel room. Turns out the key cards were only registered to the first day of the stay, no one was at the reception until finally someone turned up to authorize our key cards again. 30mins of just wanting to rest but not being able to because we get locked out of our own rooms. Overall, a very very poor experience, never felt more scammed by a “4 star hotel” anywhere like here.
It is in a good location with access to all major roots. There is a vending machine containing bitch you may have left at home. The bed was comfy and the room was kept cool by somebody leaving the windows open. The staff are very friendly.
The bedroom doors are, understandably, fire doors which meant that they slammed shut very loudly. Some other residents in the same corridor as me, but in and out of their room at 3 AM with the door slamming so many times that it woke me. Not the fault of the hotel, just a little frustrating.
