Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, well equipped and located in a very peaceful and pleasant area. I felt completely at home and had everything I needed. The host was very kind, helpful and professional, and communication was excellent. The location was also very convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. I can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay! 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing. Everything was perfect and I have no complaints at all.

Absolutely everything! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt brand new. It came fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a big smart TV screen, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Having an elevator made arriving with luggage so easy. The host Maja was incredibly helpful and welcoming from start to finish, always quick to respond and go the extra mile. Free parking was a fantastic bonus too, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly couldn't have asked for more 👍👌

The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. The apartment smells great and the bed was incredibly spacious and genuinely one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The dishwasher and washing machine were a huge plus for a longer stay, and the large TV was perfect for winding down in the evening. You can tell the place was designed with real thought, the little details, the quality of the furnishings, and the overall comfort made it feel like a proper home away from home rather than just a rental. 🩷

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It exceeded our expectations.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem neu gebauten Haus mit Parkplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Backofen und Spülmaschine.

Toll wäre ein Tisch an dem man sich zum Essen setzen kann.

Se ci fosse la possibilità di dargli 10 stelle, gliele darei. Host sempre disponibile ed educato. Gentile con noi e l'appartamento era a dir poco spettacolare e super fornito di qualsiasi cosa. Pulizia impeccabile si sentiva un profumo di pulito dal momento che siamo entrati in appartamento. Lo consigliamo a chiunque passi da Kalmar.

Far from the city center.

I arrived late, and my host Jimmi was helpful, offered directions and waited to check me in properly and made sure I was settled. The room was amazing, bright airy, clean, well provisioned, with fresh towels and toiletries. A really safe space and I slept with the balcony door open because it was so quiet. Wifi works great so I could work in the morning up to my check out time, coffee was available and it was a short drive into central Kalmar after checking out. My host met me on departure as well which was cool.

Boendet var superbra!! Jätte fint område och nära från parkering till lägenhet! Välstädad och mysig lägenhet som kändes som hemma! Väl utrustat med köksredskap och diskmaskin! Det fanns även tvättmedel så det var fritt fram att använda lägenhetens tvättmaskin🤩. Vi är verkligen supernöjda! Även bemötandet från ansvarig var superbra. Det var bara att skriva eller ringa vid funderingar och vi fick alltid jätte bra och snabbt svar. 10 av 10

Appartamento arredato molto bene

L'Host è stato tanto gentile e disponibile; ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. L'appartamento è nuovo, arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Tutto molto pulito e piacevolmente profumato. Letti comodissimi, cucina ben attrezzata e bella vista dal terrazzino. Situato in posizione tranquilla con comodo parcheggio auto privato. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vogliono visitare la bella cittadina di Kalmar e la splendida isola Ölund. Speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro!

Logement spacieux et propre pour 3 personnes dans un immeuble très calme, avec aires de jeux pour enfants.

Logement réservé à l’origine (plus proche du centre ville) pas assuré mais le relogement a été bien fait. Hôte très sympathique et accueillant

I had an amazing stay at this apartment, and I’d happily come back. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Having an elevator was super convenient, too. A special shout out to Jimmy, who was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. His service made a great stay even better. I definitely recommend this place.

A nice apartment in a suburb of Kalmar. Jimmy was very kind & helpful & picked me up from the station.

It could not be described as "within walking distance of the town", in fact it would be a 30 minute walk or 10 minutes on the bus. Having booked the flat it turned out to be another one about the same distance from town.

Kamer is ruim en de keuken is behoorlijk compleet. Jammer dat er voor ons maar een klein tafeltje met één stoel stond dus het tafeltje maar aan het bed gezet om te kunnen eten. Dit ook doorgegeven en de host zou zorgen dat er weer 2 stoelen komen. Overigens is de host erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Het was hem helaas niet gelukt een parkeerplaats bij het appartement te regelen dus dat moest op straat (gratis) maar het kan wel vol zijn.

Fin lägenhet. Nära centrum. Mataffär fanns i närheten.

Two things especially stood out during my stay: the host and the location. The host was extremely kind and helpful, even allowing an early check-in and always being available for advice or assistance. The location was also perfect for me. I was visiting Linnaeus University, and the bus stop was only one minute away from the apartment, while the supermarket was about three minutes away. I usually preferred walking to the university, which took around 15–20 minutes and was very convenient. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. If I visit Kalmar again in the future, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kalmar.

Lägenheten var bra och uppfyllde förväntningarna. Värden Tommy var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen och inte på markplan enligt beskrivningen. Men för oss så var var det en positiv avvikelse.

Det fanns ingen TV i lägenheten. Vi hade inget behov av TV, men det såg ut på bilderna i annonsen som att det skulle finnas.

Tommy était très gentil à l'accueil et je recommande à ceux qui veulent visiter Kalmar.

A clean and contemporary apartment with all the essentials for both work and tourism stay. We have had a pleasure meeting Timmy, who was a very caring, hospitable landlord, helped us to check-in and prepared all for our short, but restful stay. The apartment has a large balcony suitable for dining or breakfasts, it also has storage spaces and bicycle parking. Ine could walk to the Aparment, but it’s also 4 min from the central station by bus and 7 min by bicycle. Clean and fresh towels, bedsheets, shampoo, laundry detergent etc was available. Overall — a fantastic beginning for our Kalmar and Öland adventurous.

Min upplevelse på hotellet var helt fantastisk! Allt från den varma välkomsten till den oklanderliga servicen gjorde min vistelse oförglömlig. Rummet var fint inrett och rent, och faciliteterna var i toppskick.

Es war nur 1 Zimmer statt der angegeben und gebuchten 2 Zimmer, wir mussten 1 Hotel dazubuchen,damit die 2.Person ein eigenes Bett hat.es war kein Schlafsofa vorhanden! Wir sind sehr verärgert!

God beliggenhed tæt på Kalmar by, nyere lejlighed, dog småt og mest velegnet til ungt par

Lejlighed meget lille og mangler de mest basale ting for at man havde kunnet lave mad, det var simpelthen ikke muligt da der stort set ingen service/ madlavnings redskaber var til stede. Minus at der kun var et rum, mangler separat soveværelse.

We were looking for an affordable opportunity to stay in Kalmar for one night. We weren’t really expecting anything extraordinary but the apartment was so great! It was near the city center and the big shopping center. The apartment was small but it was enough for two persons. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us nice advice on how to enjoy our stay and the city! In addition we got a parking lot directly at the apartment. We will definitely come back there again if we visit Kalmar for a second time.

Tommy the host made everything about my arrival so easy. He kept in touch even when I was delayed beyond my anticipated arrival time. He met me on the main road and showed me to , and around the apartment . It's a place more than one night should be spent.

Large room with own large bathroom. There is large shared kitchen and dining area. The host really tried hard to accommodate us and car parking, also to solve problems with not working internet. Location is very central.

There are all kind of benefits listed but in reality it's youth/student dorm. That's fine as our room was on 1st floor and large. But there's even not a spoon or any other kitchen utensils available associated with the room. One can use microwave but the provided paper plates burn. Also there's oven and cooking plates but no equipment to cook on it. We ended using neighbour's spoons and knives. Not worth the money due to lacking all kitchen items.

Positivt överraskad! Efter att ha läst vissa recensioner här var förväntningarna låga. En väldigt trevlig lägenhet med bra säng, stor soffa och helt okej badrum och dusch. Dessutom ett bra kök. Vi bodde bara en natt men vi saknade absolut inget. 🙂 Värden var dessutom väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Vi hade önskat ett större/två täcken i sängen. Annars allt bra.

The room was comfortable and clean and Tommy very nice.

Toilet was outside,in a common area of the building with no light,no toilet paper and when I used it I got locked inside.It wasn't possible to go out.Fortunately I had my phone with me and I could phone Tommy to liberate me.Otherwise I would have stayed all night inside.To have a shower you must go to Tommy's apartment on the third floor (room is in the basement of a building with several private apartments.It's not a house). This room shouldn't have been rented under those conditions.

La chambre est en fait une cave. On y accède après avoir traversé un parking à vélo. Les WC et le lavabo se situent dans le garage à vélo. La douche se trouve dans l'appartement de l'hôte au troisième étage. Pour une nuit j'y ai renoncé. De nuit, on a besoin d'une lampe torche pour descendre l'escalier qui conduit à la chambre ainsi que pour aller aux toilettes. Dans la description de Booking, la chambre est dite située au rez de chaussée et ayant une salle de bains privative. Cela est faux. Quant à la vue sur le jardin, les fenêtres sont situées tellement haut que l'on ne peut rien voir.

Ett mycket enkelt boende, typ övernattningslägenhet för en BRF som passar den som egentligen bara tänkt sova där och inte så mycket mer. Boendet ligger i en källare. Källaren är ett cykelförråd. På ena sidan cykelförrådet finns boendet. På andra sidan finns toaletten, som erbjuds till boendet. Boendet är ett ombyggt skyddsrum, så det går att få väldigt mörkt om man önskar. Inga direkt störande ljud eller spring i källaren under tiden för vistelsen.

Boendet klarade inte av att utfärda ett legalt kvitto innehållande Moms, etc, vilket gör att man ej kan bo här om man är ett företag som önskar redovisa på ett korrekt sätt. Dusch finns inte i anslutning till boendet, utan erbjuds i en annan lägenhet ett par trappor upp. Om det regnar, låter det ganska mycket i lokalen från rinnande dagvatten.

Für den Preis, ein gutes Zimmer. Sehr nette Gastgeber:innen. Wenn man duschen möchte, muss man nur bescheid geben, dann richten sie es ein, dass man bei ihnen zu Hause (2.Stockwerke oben drüber) duschen kann. Erstmal etwas ungewöhnlich, aber schlussendlich voll in Ordnung!

Wenig Tageslicht, bin nur eine Nacht geblieben daher voll in Ordnung. Aber mehrere Tage dort tagsüber zu verbringen ist evtl. etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man eh viele Ausflüge tagsüber macht, ist es top!

Källarlokal utan fönster, gammal skyddsrum!

Rummet var smutsigt och alldeles för dyrt för ett rum av den kvaliteten. Marknadsföringen stämmer inte med det du får i verkligheten. Toaletten var ostädad och för att nå den fick du gå förbi ett cykelställ. En källarlokal som kallas för ”nice guest room” är i allra högsta grad falsk marknadsföring.
