N.Caunhye Villa

Exceptional

La maison et l’extérieur est spacieuse très propre et confortable beaucoup de vaisselles et rangement la piscine un plus par rapport à la chaleur

On avait un petit problem d’eau la salle de bain d’en haut l’eau ne coule pas bien

Our stay was excellent. The locality is very secure and the neighborhood peaceful, which made it a relaxing experience. The house was spotless inside, and the host was always helpful and easily reachable whenever we contacted him. The property itself is spacious, with a beautifully maintained side garden. The pool is large, and the waterfall feature adds a lovely touch. Water supply was consistent, and the parking facilities were impeccable. Mosquito nets are installed in most areas, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the house provides all necessary amenities: towels, bed sheets, kitchenware, Wi-Fi, TV, stove, and a large refrigerator. There are two toilets and two bathrooms for convenience. The outdoor veranda is very pleasant, with plenty of seating areas both inside and outside the property—perfect for family meals and gatherings.

small problem with the pool which was fixed.

Excellent and very calm.I will recommend people to come and have the same experience .

Ground floor was very nice and outside was also very nice especially the pool overall nice experience would rent again for sure

Would have hope more lights in the villa especially the first floor as was very dark at times and several light fixtures to be change as they were either damaged or not working at all

The villa was very clean

There were too many issues to be able to appreciate anything!

- water coming through the electrical wiring of the kitchen ceiling !!!! - black mold and foul smells in showers and kitchen ! - A/C filters probably infested with mold or other unsanitary fungi, causing respiratory problems to both my girlfriend and I - Cutlery is a collection of dirty, rusted and/or broken items - For over 15 hours, there was no water, as the hosts’ employees saw no urgency in fixing it until the next day. After this, we only had cold water for the next few days. - The host shows no concern whatsoever and just sends other people over to do the absolute minimum. The owner never responded about any of our complaints..

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful 😍

After arriving at the villa, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed since I didn't expect the actual villa to be as described. The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures and information provided on Booking.com. I highly recommend this villa as it offers excellent value for money. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms are all very pleasant and comfortable. The pool is also lovely. There are two covered parking spaces available, one inside the garage and one outside. The property was well-maintained, with clean rooms and restrooms.
