Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Convenient location, gracious host, clean property, room to park my rental car on the property and lock the gates (if you own/rent a large vehicle, you may need to park on the street in front of the home, but the neighborhood felt very safe, so I don't think that would be an issue), heaters in our bedrooms worked great, shower was hot, beds were comfortable, close to a panaderia with excellent facturas, and near a great restaurant with fantastic empandas and milanesas, and host let us check out late which was great since our flight didn't leave until the late afternoon. Fantastic stay.
Listing said host could take credit card. Turned out that wasn't the case. If you are from out of the country, just know that getting money out of ATMs is a nightmare. I think the max withdrawal daily is US $60--with something like a $15 charge for each withdrawal. My $200 stay would have cost me $60 just on ATM fees! I ended up asking my wife to wire me the money via Western Union. Finding a WU location with enough cash to get me the money was another adventure--as was the near hour-long process with the location that could. In the end, I handed our host the $$. Just know in advance to bring cash if you are not from Argentina!
