Только вернулись из этого замечательного места. Все понравилось. Особенно пицца, которую готовит хозяйка. Эта пицца в сто раз вкуснее, чем в пиццерии в Нячанге, и дешевле конечно. Номер большой и чистый. Двор зелёный и ухоженный. Идти до пляжа не далеко. Пляж прекрасный. Но цены на шезлонги изменились; ТГС -150000 дей пас и 350000 дей пас с аквапарком, Пакс Ан чего-то совсем формат решили изменить и сделали 490000 но входит и бассейн и обед ( обед шведский стол, но кушать там почти нечего) В целом проживание нам очень понравилось, всем рекомендуем и обязательно приедем ещё.

Понравилось местоположение отеля, до моря по тропинке и потом через отель первой линии занимало пешком около 7 минут. Сразу выходили на один из лучших пляжей Нячанг - Зоклет. Очень приветливые хозяева, помогали по всем вопросам. Бронировали 2 номера и нас разместили рядом на 2-м этаже с балконом и большой красивой террасой со столами и гамаком. Номера чистые, просторные и очень уютные. Завтракали и ужинали в гостинице, ассортимент блюд небольшой, но было все по домвшнему вкусно и по невысоким ценам. Особенно понравились пицца, а также суп и жареный рис с морепродуктами. Район тихий, это один из лучших семейных отелей, в которых мы бывали. Если будем планировать отдых в районе пляжа Зоклет обязательно остановимся в этом отеле вновь.

Недалеко от моря , чистота , есть кухня где можно приготовить , недалеко магазинчики и местные едальни ,гест хаус весь в цветах

Приехали в выходные и на первом этаже были вьетнамцы которые пили и сильно орали , на столбе метров в 100 весел громкоговоритель и от туда в 5 часов утра начинали говорить и включали музыку как в пионерском лагере . Сделал вывод что если туда приезжать то чтобы не попадать на выходные и праздники вьетнамские .

Приятный и уютный homestay. Хозяева приветливые и хорошие люди, готовят очень вкусную еду. В целом все соответствовало нашим ожиданиям. Это лучшее место, если вам необходим спокойный пляжный отдых, без городского шума.

Close to the beach, lovely helpful staff, very cute doggy. Owner drove us to beach and nearby Aquapark or restaurants when we needed it. His advice was helpful. Pizza and spaghetti was very good. The bicycles were handy to get around.

Удобный номер, ремонт сделан недавно и мебель еще пахнет свежим деревом. Чистота. Очень красиво, с душой, все оформлено. Окна и двери выходят на приятный тенистый внутренний дворик. Завтрак понравился. По карте до моря пешком 19 минут, но на самом деле по тропинке там идти минуты 3. Хотим вернуться снова!

Мы жили тут 10 дней и остались в полном в восторге! Приезжали с 2 детьми, 5 лет и 5 месяцев! Заселили нас сразу как мы приехали, нам сделали бесплатно апгрейд номера ( дали номер чуть больше и с кроватью побольше ) . У Ту тихо и спокойно, да, это деревня , но море шикарное ( чистое, теплое, без волн) . Жена Ту очень вкусно готовит ( пицца очень-очень вкусная) . Отдавали вещи стирать с сушкой , вообще шикарно . У нас входили завтраки, тоже вкусно ( яичница, бекон, сосиска, зелень, хлеб, кофе ) . У Ту и его жены также есть помощница , очень приятная и хорошая девушка , также нам помогала ( через переводчик) . До моря идти минут 7-10 . Знаете , если мы прожили 10 дней с двумя маленькими детьми и нас все устроило, я не знаю, как должно не устроить что-то двух взрослых людей. Вообщем это Азия и нужно понимать это . Спасибо Вам большое Ту и жене! Если будет возможность, то обязательно приедем еще раз!

This is a proper Homestay! You have your own private room in a separate modern block but Tu (the host) makes you feel welcome if you’re a family or staying alone. He really goes out of his way to make your trip feel unique with access to scooters and tips on the best places to eat and local hidden beaches.

For the price it was faultless.

Hệ thống khử mùi cống tệ quá. Bước vô phòng tắm là mùi cống xộc vào mũi. Nguyên do là không có quạt hút mùi trong toilet

New , clean, comfortable spacious room in a quiet location. The beach is only a few minutes walk away and it's easy to get away from the crowds and find a quiet spot to sit and swim. The best thing about this hotel is the owners and staff. We could find no vegetarian food in the town, so the owner cooked great food for us 3 meals each day . We highly recommend this place. The homestay is very nice. We didnt expect it will be so good. Like home. The owners are very polite, attentive and helpfull. 24/7. They make nice food, you dont need to worry about anything. You can rent bikes, bicycles, sup boards if you need. They arranged snorkling and fishing for us. They even helped us to get to bus station with our big bags on their bikes. Lots of nice memories we take back home.

The owner and his family are so so nice!! 100% recommend everyone I have met that will travel to Vietnam to stay here. The rooms are comfortable and they really make you feel at home. Besides that the beach is amazing and the islands around it are as well. One of my favorite days from my travels just spending it with the owner and friends. I was quite sick when I arrived and they took good care of me. Thank you so much Tu!!

We had a lovely 2 nights stay at Sunrise Doc Let. We are travelling around Vietnam on a motorbike so found this homestay a great place to chill for a couple of days. The room was immaculate and very comfortable & the air conditioning worked a treat 👌 The owners and staff were great and really looked after us. We ate there both nights and the meals were great as were the breakfasts. It was only a short walk to a lovely beach ⛱️ Would highly recommend this lovely homestay and you will certainly receive a warm welcome 🤗 Thank you for a great couple of days ⭐️

Location is perfect, very close to beach. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Rooms were spotless clean with full amenities. Will definitely be returning and reccomending tp friends.

We loved the warm and welcoming nature of Tu and his family. He immediately made us feel at home. We had some amazing food cooked by his wife, the place was cool and comfortable and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Tu also helped us out a lot with getting a local ride up to Quy Nhon which saved us time and money. We really recommend this place!

The internet wasn’t great in our room but was easy to get elsewhere in the property.

An excellent homestay that I've ever enjoyed. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice, kind and ready to support you in all your needs. You can have everything like your home, place for enjoying, garden for drinking coffee or gathering lunch/dinner, kitchen for cooking and washing machine for your clothes. We will come back with our relatives and friends in the near future.

The perfect stay for our family. Newly renovated, Spacious, clean rooms. A lovely ambience outdoor area for eating and hanging out under the Palm trees. Functional clean basic kitchen for preparing your own meals. Cheap, delicious meals can be ordered. Free laundromat. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Beach. The hosts, TÚ and his wife, are the most welcoming and friendly hosts and we fell so good being Their guests. So good with kids. Hope to come back. Definetely our best homestay experience in all Asia

We are sad we had to say goodbye

After cycling 50 miles to get to Sunrise Doc Let, I was super hot and sweaty. I was greeted right away by Tu, the owner, and he quickly showed me to my room and his wife prepared a fresh pineapple juice for me. As I sat down to drink it, she put a fan on to help cool me down. They took such great care of me. The room was immaculate, the shower was hot and the pressure was good, beds comfortable and the fridge got my water really cold for my next day of riding. I wish we had a few more days to stay there to enjoy some of the tours they offer for snorkeling and such. We had already booked a place in Na Trang so we had to move on. Next time I would definitely stay longer.

Newly renovated, tastefully furnished accommodation. The spacious rooms are very clean and well equipped. The owners give their guests a very warm welcome. The cuisine, especially the pizza, is excellent. The owner knows a lot about the region and its history. Sustainability and environmental awareness are very important to him, which I liked.

I arrived to DocLet for only 1 day and decided to stay at this hotel. I really liked everything. the room is clean and spacious, there is everything you need. The owners have made a special path from their hotel to the beach so that you can get to the beach faster. The beach is much better than in Nha Trang. The place is very quiet, suitable for families with children. the territory of the hotel is improved, there are tables and chairs where you can sit. Pizza and other meals can be prepared directly at the hotel for an additional fee. I took a pizza to try, everything was very tasty. The owners of the hotel are very friendly, helpful, kind-hearted people. Owner and his wife gave me a free ride on a bike to the bus station and to the beach. They have a wonderful family, they even have a very funny dog. I was greeted in this house very warmly, in a family way. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the real atmosphere of Vietnam - delicious food, kind people and amazing nature. Additionaly, I would like to say thank you to the owners, I wish you prosperity of your business!

The owner and his wife are lovely caring people with passion and enthusiasm for their property. He has many positive plans for the homestay and when it's finished it will be amazing. Already everything is new clean and very functional yet still homely, and comfortable. An added bonus was that his wife was providing all meals and drinks via a limited but very tasty menu at an excellent rate. Yes the pizza is good! Definitely worth a stay if you are in the area .

We liked everything . Especially the hospitality

The room is very clean and renovated just as you can see in the pictures. Also the owner and his wife were very welcoming. They gave us coffee, local breakfast and cake for free and the pizza she made herself was amazing. The owner hooked us up with a scooter to ride around and recommended us a lot of places we can visit. The location is great, 5 min from a beautiful beach and perfectly quiet if you would like to escape the big cities of Nha trang etc.
