It's easily accessible and staff behavior is good. Safety and clean place. Nice view point from 2nd floor balconey. Preferred this place for family.

Horrible food service. I waitied for 25 mins to get additional chapattis. Restaurant staffs have difficulty speaking and understanding English and Hindi.

Very bad location, no tooth kit, no soap, towel very bad condition, quote is very bad can’t sleep. No intercom, no water in room, can’t call restaurant mobile was not reachable

Location is excellent, hospitality, ease of check-in/check-out was commendable, the staff were really welcoming.

Cleanliness. Bathroom could have been kept much cleaner.

Tariff for a weekday was a bit high and the food quality can be improved.

1. Cleanliness- bathroom is disappointing, was not clean. 2. No noise proofing in rooms, was too loud at night 3. no clean bed sheets. was forced to ask the staff to change them.. found hair on the sheets.

Breakfast is good with limited Menu. But taste and quality of food was good.

The location was good as well the view. The property was good for the price range. The staffs behaved well on all the departments starting from front office to the restaurant.

The parking need to be improved during long weekend or festive times as it was not sufficient. The food on restaurant was not tasty and need to improve. Also the cupboard was needed in the room as I said like and lift is definitely needed to reach rooms on 2nd floor.

It was a decent stay at lazo, The staff is very supportive. Rooms are clean. All required facilities are available. We will consider lazo again during our next visit.

The staff was good and respected especially the reception guy and housekeeping guy☺️

The lack of cupboards in the room seemed to be lacking. And the breakfast could have been improved,🙂

A wonderful response from hotel management and staffs.

I am pure vegetarian.but lunch and dinner is with non vegetarian recipes.this is my inconvenience.otherwise for best stay in Kodaikanal.
