Everything was Excellent, for Family its a suitable place to spend your time. We enjoyed and with happiest mood return to our native place.

nothing to write but regarding one call with restaurant (Bharath restaurant I think) for a dinner package they asked to come there and collect the food, but it was night 9 pm, we ordered with Swiggy and completed our dinner. Nothing to write negative as we faced all are positive things.

WiFi signal improvement as it sometimes is very slow but given everyone has data, it's not an issue.

Air conditioners are old and not cooling.bed sheets and pillow covers are poor quality.

Largely the house was well cleaned ( most rooms) and well furnished. Some of the facilities in the kitchen like microwave and the cutlery/ dishes were good . The manager was friendly. Prompt calling and checking prior to check in was much appreciated.

Hot water was a major issue. If one person finished their bath, the next person would not get hot water. Kitchen was not well equipped for cooking. The cooker was leaking a bit. No shower gel bottle in one room. One of the queen beds was not made / bedsheets not changed when we checked in. However the sheets were changed when we requested. Initially there was hesitance in providing two towels per room ( first day, only one towel per room was provided and we had to ask for more. We were told its one towel per room but they provided when we asked for one more). The next day the housekeeper provided the number of towels we needed.

Pre arrival information on WhatsApp was fantastic...so much detail and helpful information. Apartment was so big and very well appointed...great facilities

Great location, clean and spacious apartment, and fully furnished with excellent attention to detail. Babu was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful time spent at this place. Nice area and a good 300 Metre walk to the main road. Restaurants and marts are accessible.

The only minor feedback was to have a househelp to clean the place on a Sunday. The dishwasher had a leak on Sunday and we had to clean the entire kitchen ourselves.

Location was convenient and has a decent approach for vehicle movement and ample car parking space . We had no concerns. Uber facility is available to this location so if one does not have personal vehicle, that should not be a concern. Breakfast is not part of the offer, however there are some good restaurants who deliver food and the contacts for food services were shared by the team in advance. Biju one of the partner was present when we arrived at the location & assisted us with settling in being a Sunday. The staff was also very courteous and helpful.

TV channels were not available due to network issue rest all facilities were taken care of - Washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas, oven, water filter, AC, geyser ample plug points etc.... A wiper in the washrooms and some wiping cloth for kitchen platform would be something that can be a suggestion. But other wise the place is well kept & staff was cooperative.

It was neat and clean,more comfortable for 6 people, basic facilities are available like iron box, plates, parking etc.....overall worth for the money...

Service could have been better, like if Ac or Tv not working we need to wait for min half an hour after informing them ....

The property is clean and well equipped. Elevator made it easy to bring the luggage up. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean. Every room had an AC and fans. There is a washer and drying rack which was helpful. Checking in was easy. Located close to some restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet.

Bedsheets and mattress could be more hotel style.

The place is so neat and clean. It was so easy to check-in esp at the last minute that I requested for the place. The owner took it a step further when he sent me details regarding the best places to eat from, what are the local sightseeing places nearby and specific direction to the place. Loved the experience. I didn't get my pets....but this place is pet friendly too ❤️

Amazing stay

The flat was cleaner than the pictures uploaded, the stay was pleasant. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient.

The apartment we booked for 3 people was actually big enough for 2-3 families. It was very clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay, including a washing machine and spacious fridge. Even clean drinking water was provided, along with cutleries and essential supplies for cooking. The host was thoughtful enough to maintain the garden outside also very clean and well manicured. I would totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable homely stay at thrissur.

Unfortunately card payment did not work for my international bank card, although it had worked for other properties in kerala. The apartment is a bit difficult to reach if you don't own a private vehicle or hire a taxi/auto, especially during rainy season.

Aesthetic and classy finish to minute details in the property was amazing

Google map route with Big car was tough to go. However via 7th street was easy.

Great Place for family and fun. Quiet friendly location. Staff and Cleaners are available on request for any help. We had a power issue early in the morning but it was due to our error of accidentally switching off the Power backup button . The landlord and Incharge duly attended it on time and rectified the issue. Thanks to both of them.

WiFi was a little weak but okay to run netflix although we had interim issues. If this was fixed, I might well book this place while I stay in Thrissur when doing Remote working.

Cleanliness

1.All the gadgets were in place but no Iron box ! Not available on request either 2. Tea bags , sugar , milk powder. etc. should be provided in individual sachets. 3. A Toilet door opens into the bedroom and not the toilet

Enjoyed the stay. Facilities is the individual apartments are very good. Neat and tidy one. Far better than the cramped rooms of hotels. Few food places nearby and serviced by food delivery apps. In a quiet neighborhood so its peaceful Overall, we had a great experience.
