The staff at Front Desk, before we go there I read the email about check in early is okay because the room is already reserved to us, so when we go there to check in early about 2hrs the staff said we will wait until 5pm because the room is not okay but i said why you email us that check in early is okay and the room also is already okay, then i said okay we will wait and paid for it, after i paid the staff said "oh the room is okay you can check in now" i think the are lying about the room when we go up there so many room is available how come that the room is no okay and not available. only in the first place i disappoint to that staff.
