The location was superb....proximity to major amenities and facilities like the airport, major malls and easily accessible via an uber. Round the clock response from the host whenever we requested for something.

A little noise especially at night from aircraft due to the proximity to the airport. Not so bad though.

شقه را ئعه وواسعه تمتاز بغرف جميله واثاث مريح ومطبخ به كل ماتحتاجه وحمامات اكرمكم الله بها كل مستلزمات الاستحمام المجانيه من مناشف ، شاور جل ، كونديشنر، شامبو . واطلاله من البلكونه جميله موقع مميز كل ماتحتاجه من مطاعم ، كافيهات ، سوبرماركت ، صيدليات قريبه سيراً على الاقدام . مالكة الشقه مضيفه كريمه وخلوقه ومحترفه في اداء عملها بكل جداره واتقان من انهاء اجراءات دخول المطار مجاناً بدون رسوم ومن السؤال المستمر عن مدى احتياجنا لأي شئ ناقص علينا وان دل ذلك فإنما يدل على تفانيها في مجال عملها وجعل الزائر يكرر الزياره والسكن في شقتها لها منا كل الشكر كذلك اشكر مسؤول الأمن في العماره الأخ الفاضل عيد الذي يجد الحلول لأي مشكله تصادفنا بابتسامته وحُسن خلقه . باختصار ستكون هذه الشقه الرائعه خياري القادم باذن الله وانصح كل من يريد الاستمتاع برحله جميله السكن في هذه الشقه الرائعه .

The location is convenient

I stayed at this property for 21 nights, which gave me a good opportunity to experience both its strengths and weaknesses. The main issue during my stay was a leaking toilet. Although the problem was reported, it remained unresolved throughout my stay, leaving the bathroom floor wet most of the time. This was inconvenient and disappointing, especially during a long-term stay. The kitchen could also benefit from some upgrades, as several basic appliances and kitchen items were missing. I was interested in extending my stay for a few additional days and hoped some flexibility or goodwill gesture could be offered as a returning guest staying for nearly three weeks. Unfortunately, this was not the case. During our discussions, I was told that the apartment had never previously been rented at the rate I had paid, which I found difficult to believe and was not particularly relevant to my request, and the rate offered to extend my stay was higher. In addition, the host's communication was quite limited. While interactions were polite, there was little proactive engagement throughout the stay. A simple check-in from time to time to ask whether anything was needed would have improved the overall guest experience considerably. The property itself has potential, but better maintenance, a more equipped kitchen, and a more guest-focused hosting approach would significantly enhance future stays.

It was a perfect stay and the host was super kind and helpful I wish everyone can stay here not hotel haha

حقيقة الشقة جميلة ومطابقة للواقع وأيضاً موقع الشقة جميل جداً ، بجانب الشقة جميع الخدمات المطلوبة من مطاعم ولاونجات الى بنوك تحويل عملة ، ايضاً مالكة الشقة متعاونة بشكل جميل

بأمانة ما عندي اي انتقاد للشقة .

تعاون مدام ابتسام وانسانه متفهمه وعندها مرونه بتسجيل الدخول والخروج وماقصرت معنا وحلتنا بالليل عطتنا وقت زيادة انسانه ببقمة الاخلاق واللواب عيد انسان خدوم ومحترم راح يكون خياري لوجيت مصر المره القادمة شكراً
