Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Beautiful hotel set in the heart of a stunning village. Secure onsite parking for 15 euros a day, the car park was full on arrival but they found us a space right next to the front door and moved our car throughout the night when another space became available. The service was excellent, professional, courteous and friendly. Dined at the Winstub which had a fantastic selection of local Alsace dishes and wines, service and atmosphere again excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and tasteful. The hotel is a real five star experience.

Alles in diesem Haus ist auf dem neuesten Stand, die Gastfreundschaft ist so herzlich und man fühlt sich wirklich liebevoll aufgenommen. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und sind immer auf‘s Neue beeindruckt von den Restaurants, und auch von der Atmosphäre dieses schönen Hotels. Das Frühstück ist einzigartig - hier wird gelebt, wovon in anderen Häusern nur geredet wird. Alles hausgemacht und frisch, dazu auf höchstem Niveau!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Very lovely resort in the heart of cute Alsatian town. Excellent breakfast! Spacious and comfortable room. Nice, warm and friendly staffs. Very hospitable, very charming indeed. I must say I will definitely go back to this hotel, but in a different season, when climate is cooler, it should be nicer.
I went in August, while the hotel has A/C, but it’s not strong enough to combat the heat. I would say the room temp that I felt was like 25-26C, despite putting the A/C on max at 19C. I wanted my room to be 21-22C. But the A/C is central unit and this is their maximum strength. I was given a Dyson fan to help cool down the room. On a side note, I spoke little French and that helps me a lot with communicating to housekeeping and restaurant staffs who don’t speak English. But reception and porter speaks English very well.

We actually chose this hotel because of its outstanding gourmet restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations. The cuisine was exceptional and made our stay even more memorable. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help with any request. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that combines comfort, outstanding gastronomy, and genuine Alsatian hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaysersberg.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The staff was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast buffet was outstanding, so were the two restaurants La Winstub and La Table. We had a wonderful time at the spa! The town is absolutely beautiful!
We enjoyed the stay at the hotel so much that we hardly ventured out in the five days we stayed there, which is a big compliment to the hotel!! :-)

De bar was erg prijzig, ik vond 18 euro voor twee koffie niet nodig.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026从进入酒店起至离开酒店，工作人员留给我专业度水准非常高的印象，特别是美食团队。主厨先生对每位用餐的客人都关怀备至，当他看到我穿着厚外套时马上问我是否感觉冷还请工作人员给我拿保暖物不过我的外套足矣就谢绝了。晚餐和早餐均很美味比较起来我更喜欢早餐，如果早餐多写青菜类的选择就更好了。房间可以看到城堡和葡萄园，酒店可免费停车并有工作人员帮助泊车。

With the exception of the valet (who was very pleasant), we found the staff to be very rigid and not especially service minded. On our current trip we have stayed in 12 hotels which have all be Relais et Chateaux properties. This has been the least impressive.

Service d'hôtel et chambre : impossible de réparer le coffre de la chambre en 4 jours malgré 3 demandes! Il fallait apparemment changer les piles nous a t-on dit le dernier jour soir mais ce ne serait possible qu'après notre départ. Incroyable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles! Chambre basique et peu décorée pour un 5 étoiles. Lit très mou et défoncé d'un côté.

The service is very good and we were sent off with a loaf of their baked-in-house bread and two bottles of water. How thoughtful is that? Will definitely book here again if come this way again.
