Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Location very very close to NSH. Acceptable traffic noise when the balcony & windows were closed. A lot of eateries & other stores about 5min drive away. 2 car lots given by default which was a plus. Apartment was very clean. No unpleasant smell whatsoever. Well furnished as well. Travelling with young kids, we truly appreciate the water dispenser & washer dryer. Communication with Mr Rizal was also splendid. Self check-in instructions were very clear. RM100 deposit was done via TnG which was convenient for non Malaysians like us...

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025I love that d kitchen has a stove for reheating food nd cooking. D master bath is huge. There's a washer dryer making it convenient for washing our swimwear. Location is great. Lots of grocery store nd food outlets nearby. Wifi is also provided. 👍👍👍
There was no condiments for cooking provided. Some salt, pepper, a little amount of cooking oil would be so wonderful. A low cabinet/table in each room for putting luggage bags would be so convenient for visitors.

wish we got 2 access card, since the house offer 2 parking lot, troublesome to go in and out. also hope the owner put tissue, the house only have 1 pair of spoon n fork...
