Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wohnung war top eingerichtet mit einigen Extras im Kühlschrank und auf dem Bartresen. Sehr ruhige, helle und geräumige Wohnung. Äusserst sauber.

Super nette Familie, im Haus ist alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, alles ist sauber und komfortabel. Ein besonderes Dankeschön für das tatsächlich gemütliche Bett von meinem kaputten Rücken.

The whole idea and design if the apartment.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr hell und mit modernen, gut erhaltenen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Hintergarten mit überdachter Terrasse, der zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, alles ausführlich zu erklären, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nur zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack leider sehr weich. Die Eingangstür ließ sich von innen nicht abschließen, was mit Kindern etwas ungünstig sein kann.

Lejligheden har en pæn stand, og store dele af den ser helt nyrenoveret ud. Den er rummelig nok til en mindre familie i en kortere periode, og det er rart at have en hel lejlighed. Køkkenets faciliteter var bedre end gennemsnittet. Kælderlejligheden var supernem at komme til, selv uden at jeg overhovedet mødte værterne på noget tidspunkt. God parkering.

Lyset kører på "auto" hele tiden. Og enten skal man høre på larmene ventilatorer eller have en lidt fugtig kælderlugt. Og så er de ellers så smarte berøringsfri vandhane på toilettet et lotteri, som man aldrig kan være helt sikker på om fungerer :)

Man skal være opmærksom på niveau forskelle på gulvene.

A fantastic apartment in a perfect location right across from the beach, with friendly hosts, modern, clean, and cozy!The only thing that could be improved is if the bathroom sink could be set to continuous flow (instead of just turning on automatically with a motion sensor, which was sometimes a bit annoying). Since we were traveling with a baby, a high chair would have been nice (though, to be honest, we didn't specifically ask the hosts for one). Overall, a top-notch place to stay.

Vi var ovenud tilfredse med dette sted. Langt det bedste sted, vi har boet på i mange år. Vi takker for opholdet.

Zu wenig spiegel 😊

Increíble todo. La casa es hermosa, nos quedamos 4 personas y estuvimos súper cómodos. Los anfitriones super amables y atentos, siempre disponibles ante cualquier consulta que tuvimos. También están atentos a cada detalle de la casa para que no te falte nada. Sin duda disfrutamos muchísimo quedarnos ahi y nos encantaría volver. Gracias Lan y Jacob por recibirnos!

Sehr gute technische Ausstattung, Parkplatz vor Ort, gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit Vermietern

Ein Vorhang vor den Schlafzimmer-Fenstern wäre schön, da die Rollos nicht ganz abdunkeln, sowie Haken im Flur dort die Jacken/Mäntel. Der Wasserkocher hat keine Abschalt-Automatik - kein Problem für uns, könnte aber für manche Gäste überraschend sein.

Fin leilighet med alt tilbehør. Vi var på gjennomreise og hadde bare en natt.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung und super sauber!!! Ganz liebevoll eingerichtet, es gab‘ sogar Pflegeartikel im Badezimmer! Und Süßigkeiten für unseren Sohn, Getränke ebenfalls, auch für uns Erwachsene! Sehr nette Vermieter!!

Uns hat ein wenig ein Sofa gefehlt, aber das ist „Jammern auf hohem Niveau“.

Ich kann gar nicht so viele gute Rezensionen über diese Unterkunft verstehen. Total frustrierend war für uns die Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft ein Keller ist!! Mit allem was einem Keller gehört; die ganzen Rohren hat man um sich herum, sehr muffig, Geräusche von den Geräten! (wir hatten schlaflose Nächte wegen das Lärm eines Gerätes, das mitten in der Nacht automatisch an war und bis morgen früh nicht aufgehört hat!) Die Toilette, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Küche, hat 3 Tage lang so ekelhaft gerochen, dass wir nicht mal dort frühstücken konnten! Ich habe den Herrn Bescheid gegeben und die erste Reaktion war, dass er so was noch nie in diesem Keller erlebt hat und dass er auf Booking.com immer tolle Rezensionen bekommt! Hat sich aber auch entschuldigt und meinte er kümmert sich drum aber wir durften auch woanders gehen und das Geld zurück bekommen! Was wir mit einem Kind uns nicht so einfach leisten konnten, außerdem hatten unsere Freunde, mit denen wir unterwegs waren, in derselben Stadt ihre Unterkunft und war für uns schwierig, in eine andere Stadt zu gehen. Der eklige Geruch wurde aber nach dem Gespräch milder. Man kann in der Nacht das Fenster nicht auf lassen, sowohl aus Sicherheitsgründen (die Fenster der Schlafzimmer sind direkt auf dem Boden des kleinen unsicheren Garten, als auch weil in der Nachbarschaft eine Katze war der die ganze Nacht vor dem Fenster gemiaut hat und wir nicht schlafen konnten. Im Garten funktioniert kein einziges Licht! Kommt man bei Dunkelheit nach Hause, benötigt man eine Taschenlampe. Der Strand ist sehr schmutzig, das Wasser noch schlimmer und wie auf dem Schild stand, darf man auf gar keinen Fall da Schwimmen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist im Keller, der aber toll hergerichtet ist. Es fehlt vielleicht ein bequemes Sofa.

Der Eingangsbereich ist noch nicht so einladend - der Bereich vor und direkt nach der Eingangstür.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde bist Spätabends im Obergeschoss gewerkelt. Die Hauseigentümer haben zum Teil private Sachen in der Wohnung und können diese auch jederzeit betreten. Die Wohnung liegt im Keller riecht recht feucht.

Convenient location. Next to the Aabenraa beach. Very clean. Had all necessities, even coffee! :) The hosts are very kind and helpful. Excellent communication.

The apartment is in the basement so there is little bit feel the smell of the basement .

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience booking this apartments :) We stayed in a lovely apartment owned by a charming couple, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was fantastic – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to little extra touches, it was clear that the house owners put a lot of effort into making their guests feel at home. We highly recommend this wonderful apartaments for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be booking at Bai-Jensen again in the future! :)

Lovely, very helpful host!

It was clean, spacious, had all of the amenities you could imagine, it was right by the bus stop, and it was really cute and unique (refreshing compared to the common sad gray themes of a lot of places 🥰)! We were in Aabenraa just to get married so we only stayed one night, but we definitely would come back for a longer stay, especially for the million board games! The hosts were so kind, welcoming, and flexible. We had a terrible experience with our trains being cancelled, and they were understanding about our rather late arrival. We got married at 10:40am, so we were planning to bring our luggage with us in order to check out on time, but they insisted that it’d be fine to leave it there and pick it up after, which was a huge relief. We rate our stay an 11/10 and recommend it to anyone traveling to Aabenraa :)

Lovely and attentive hosts. A great stay in a wonderful location. The apartment was incredibly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and responded to our queries quickly. There were free drinks and snacks offered for us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're ever in Aabenraa!

The house is nicely equipped and decorated. We had everything we needed and more. The host was friendly and helpful. The house is located right next to the see, and also close to the town square.

It was awsome. We did not expect the room to be THAT nice. The owners put very much geformt and love into it. Never seen somerhing like this before. I would be very happy if it was my own flat 😊

It was a cute and cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a bar and a decent selection of wine.

I loved staying here. The little bar was a nice touch and this was the place i spent my nights working. The location was great next to the sea and a short walk in to town.

Pretty much everything about this property is just excellent. The location is great - just a few steps away from the sea and a nice sand beach. Easy to reach the center of town by foot, but also possible to take a bus that goes from right across the street to town in only 2 stations. The apartment itself is super nicely done - from the set up and room’s decoration, to having everything necessary for our stay. The host was amazing- super helpful with absolutely everything from the day we booked. Quick communication and just friendly all around. We were very grateful for him helping out with tips, additional questions and at the very end even to have something we forgot at the apartment being sent to us in Germany.

Don't hesitate to book here, it's an absolutely lovely place, super friendly owners, very comfortable beds, very well equipped, so spotlessly clean you could eat off the floor, we loved everything. It was perfect!

What a shame we couldn't stay longer as we were driving through. It definitely made us want to come back and explore Denmark!

very easy to get the key - we met the host at arrival and there was a free welcome package with beverage and snacks. That was really nice. Easy to check-out as well. Its a very spacious apartment in a quiet area just at the waterfront with a nice beach and a café

We couldnt find the wifi key so we couldnt connect to the wifi. The host forgot to tell us on arrival, and we had a very busy scedule from early morning until late at night so we didnt have time to go and talk to the host about it. It should just be a note somewhere in the kitchen or in the rooms or something how to connect.
