Villa June Rosy

Our Wonderful Return Stay at Villa June Rosy This was our second stay at Villa June Rosy in Wijchen, and once again, our six-night stay was nothing short of exceptional. Having had such a wonderful experience during our previous visit, choosing to return was an easy decision and we were certainly not disappointed. Villa June Rosy has genuinely become our favourite place to stay whenever we visit the Netherlands. The tranquillity of the surroundings, the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, and the warm welcome from our host, Fran, are some of the many reasons we keep coming back. The bungalow was beautifully clean, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, which was particularly appreciated after long days of travelling and exploring. As we were doing a European road trip by car, including travelling around the Netherlands, it was lovely to have somewhere that truly felt like a home away from home to return to. One of the things we particularly appreciate about Villa June Rosy is how well equipped it is. Fran has thoughtfully provided practically everything you could need during your stay from useful household items to kitchen utensils and everyday essentials. It really feels as though the accommodation has been prepared with the comfort and practical needs of guests in mind. The peaceful environment of the June Rosy bungalow complex also allowed us to relax and genuinely feel that we were on holiday. After travelling during the day, coming back to such a calm and welcoming environment was something we really looked forward to. Fran is an excellent host, warm, approachable, responsive and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance or clarification about any aspect of our stay, Fran was easy to reach and always willing to help find a solution. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our six nights here and created more lovely memories together. Returning for a second stay and having another excellent experience speaks for itself.

One small suggestion that could make an already wonderful stay even better would be to provide an additional set of fresh bedding for guests staying for a longer period. During a six-night stay, it would have been lovely to have the option of changing the bedding without first having to wash and dry the existing set. Having spare bedding available would add an extra level of comfort and convenience and help guests fully enjoy that relaxing holiday feeling without needing to think about laundry during their stay. This is only a small suggestion for improvement and certainly did not take away from the wonderful experience we had at Villa June Rosy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Clean, modern, top quality house

Nothing.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin.

Lovely place, lovely nature, a lot of birds songs in the morning... relaxing

NOTHING 🙂

Zeer mooi en compleet ingericht huis! Fijne bedden.

Alles beviel ons

Zeer comfortabel, brandschoon, volledig ingericht huis. Goede bedden en keuken. Mooie grote tuin.

Geen opmerkingen😁

Ontbijt nvt.

Really comfy, and lovely area!

nothing, all was wonderful… although a hottub would be a great addition ;)

Everything! We had a fantastic stay! :)

Nothing, it was all excellent

Our stay at **Villa June Rose** was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were met with such warmth and care that it instantly set the tone for the rest of our holiday. The fresh, inviting scent that greeted us made the space feel clean and comforting, and the thoughtful gesture of a bottle of wine waiting on the dining table truly made us feel like valued guests. The villa itself was immaculate — every room was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. It’s clear the host has put so much thought into making sure guests feel at ease. We packed our own towels just in case, but quickly realised we didn’t need them; everything had been provided, right down to the smallest detail. One of the highlights of our stay was the garden — a peaceful, private space that added so much character and joy to our time there. Whether we were having morning coffee surrounded by greenery or simply enjoying some quiet moments in the afternoon sun, the garden gave us the calm and beauty we needed. Beyond the lovely physical space, Fran was a standout host. Fran communication was fast, friendly, and always helpful. We felt supported throughout our stay, and it was reassuring to know we could reach out at any time with questions or small requests. That level of attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. This was not just a place to stay — it was an experience that made our trip truly special. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already excited about returning in the future. If you’re looking for a property that combines comfort, charm, and heartfelt hospitality around Wijchen, Nijmegen and other places close by, look no further than Villa June Rose.

There was no dislike about this property

Was self catering. Location was ok

Nothing

Cleanliness was great, the decor was beautiful, location was great, beds and room were comfortable.

The location was not completely correct on GPS since the road up to access road was marked as out of service but this has nothing to do with host.

Everything! It was fantastic. Everything was very clean and tidy and communication with the property host was great. Also, very good value for money and in a nice quiet area.

Nothing, it was great. 10/10.

Beautiful furnished, perfectly clean house.

It was a bit cold in the house.
