Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Beliggenheten var helt fantastisk og vi fikk sol og blå himmel. Selv rorbua var også over all forventning. Det eneste vi syntes var trist at det var så strengt med hunder alle steder vi var på Helgelands kysten. I byene sørover og ellers i nabolandene er hunder velkommen på mange steder nå.

Seems to be just starting out and not sure if it is self catering or a hotel. Some window coverings absent (the door onto the shared veranda and the windows in the loft). If self catering then some additional pieces of kitchen equipment are needed to be fully self catering . If a hotel then asking us to take out our own trash and strip the bed is a little weird

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Abbiamo alloggiato nell'ultimo rorbu fronte mare (n° 9); la casetta è stupenda, molto pulita e calda. La cucina è abbastanza completa e dotata di lavapiatti. Letti molto comodi. È un sito fiabesco per rilassarsi e contemplare la natura.
Come scritto nelle note positive, la cucina è abbastanza completa, direi che manca solo lo scolapasta.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Fantastisk beliggenhet! Hvis man først er i området som besøkende er det absolutt ingen tvil om at det er her man bør bo fremfor f.eks. sentrum.
Hadde med barn på 3 og 5 år, og da var den trappen til loftet litt skummel, men ellers veldig bra!

Spacious apartment: bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/ dining area and sofa all on ground floor with additional mezzanine floor for beds. Really liked this place which also has great views down the fjord.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026We loved the experience of staying at this unique hotel, in a private little cabin right on the water overlooking a research fish farm. We took a tour of the facility, so interesting. The sauna is fantastic! We ordered the breakfast basket which was delightful! All the staff were so helpful and kind. A short drive to Torghatten.
Can't think of anything. Should be noted though, this place is NOT in the town of Brønnøysund. It is well out of town, about a 15 minute drive. This was great for us, we had everything we needed, but wasn't what we expected.
