L'emplacement est très sympa, le jaccuzi apporte une dose de bien être pour les vacances et le checkIn a pu se faire beaucoup plus tôt

Les travaux de 8h le matin a 18h le soir, avec les murs qui tremblent et le bruit du matin au soir, le minimum est de prévenir pour pouvoir choisir un endroit plus calme. La machine a café ne marchait pas.

Era todo nuevo y estaba limpio

No tenía nada de ventilación. Olía muchísimo a humedad y el WC olía a tuberías. Tuvimos que dejar la puerta abierta casi todo el tiempo para que entrara aire y ventilara. Las almohadas muy incómodas.

La decoración, la situación y la disposición de la propietaria para ayudar. Las camas eran cómodas y había utensilios de cocina de todo tipo.

Falta de ventilación y de extractor en la cocina.

Tenia todo para pasar una buena estancia, desde cosas para la playa como sombrilla, nevera, etc hasta todo tipo de detalles en la cocina, habitaciones y baño. La comunicacion fue muy buena. Teniamos un par de dudas que nos resolvieron muy rapido. La playa a 5 min caminando y un centro comercial.

Nada, solo las escaleras para llegar al segundo piso, que con las maletas son un poco estrechas, pero lo sabíamos de antemano.

L’appartamento era senza dubbio ben tenuto e curato nei minimi particolari, ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consiglio vivamente. Troverete un ambiente accogliente e perfettamente pulito e ordinato. 🇬🇧-EN The property is in an absolutely prime location, very convenient for getting to the beach and downtown. You can easily park your car nearby. The apartment was undoubtedly well-maintained, with attention to every detail; we felt right at home, and I highly recommend it. You’ll find a welcoming environment that’s perfectly clean and tidy.

El apartamento es maravilloso: súper cómodo, bonita decoración, buena ubicación. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado que hace la estancia mucho más amena! Las camas eran enormes y comodísimas. Lo recomiendo mucho!!

Alloggio perfetto, interni curati e moderni, estremamente pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi ed elettrodomestici utili per un soggiorno anche prolungato. La lavatrice è in comunione con le altre abitazioni, e si trova al piano terra dell'edificio subito dopo l'ingresso.

Unica pecca: ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali, ma per accedere alla seconda bisogna sempre passare forzatamente dalla prima camera da letto.

Nunca me imaginé que me iban a meter en un sulo sin ventanas ni claridad y una sensación de estar preso,fatal lo pasamos con mal olor de estar encerrado.

A very good maintained and provided apartment. Cosy, warm, comfortable. Beds were perfect, airco was more than welcome. The communication with the owner, Kuba, is warm, sincere and heartfelt. The apartment feels like being home. The beach is at a 5-min walk. Don’t forget the big mall 5-10min walk with plenty of shops and a large hiperdino.

Nothing to dislike in this place.

La ubicación, buena para desplazarse a cualquier punto de la isla. Zona tranquila, sin ruidos Supermercados, zona de restauración y playa, todo cerca. Aparcamiento fácil. Es zona de pago, pero actualmente no funcionan los paquímetros. El apto muy limpio y perfecto para 4 personas.

El baño con extractor de presencia, tarda en apagarse. Hay tendedero, no hay pinzas. Eche de menos persianas. El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, cuando se apaga, tira agua. Por pedir, una sombrilla playa.

Estaba todo súper bien, el apartamento tenía de todo lo que se necesita para el día a día, cerca de la playa y de lugares de interés, bares, supermercados, etc

Por poner una pega, el jacuzzi tenía demasiado cloro y no se podía respirar cuando se le daba a las burbujas. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Emplacement idéal pour visiter à la fois le nord et le sud de l'île. Toit terrasse et jacuzzi très appréciables après les journées de visite ! Plage sympathique à 3 minutes à pieds, n'oubliez pas votre masque pour découvrit les poissons et crustacés le long de la digue!

Sehr nette Vermieter, wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit richtig coolem Whirlpool! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Der Strand ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ein Küchenhandtuch und Nudelsieb wären cool gewesen. Sonst ist nichts zu bemängeln

The property was absolutely beautiful, so clean, modern and well decorated. It had everything we needed and the owner even sent up a high chair and some toys for my daughter which was so thoughtful. The balcony was amazing and caught the sun all through the afternoon until evening which was lovely for relaxing and watching the world go by. The directions to get in were very easy and Kuba was so accommodating with allowing us to stay a little later before catching our flight. What made it exceptional for me though was the service! Kuba replied promptly to my emails and any questions I had. I travelled alone with my one year old and I felt so safe and looked out for - the family downstairs were so friendly, kind and welcoming and were there to greet us and were even kind enough to offer me a lift to the airport on the way home. Everything was just above and beyond! I have stayed in Rosario a few times previously and this is by far the best! I completely recommend and will return again. Thanks so much Kuba and family for a wonderful stay :)

The stay felt like a home from home. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. The location is central, 5 minutes away from the beach and coastal walk and the same time to a large shopping mall with a large supermarket. The city beach is great, clean and not busy at all. The bed is really comfortable and the kitchen facilities, including the dishwasher are helpful. The apartment I stayed on the second floor had a terrace with table and chair with a side view to the sea. I also thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and sunbed on the rooftop. There are not of eateries and cafes nearby. A bus to Corralejo is about an hour and the airport by bus is 15 minutes away, a bargain at €1.40. Do not book a transfer, just not worth it.

Vue sur le port et pas l océan Jacuzzi en partage avec d autres locataires et 1 soirée bruyante , le jacuzzi étant juste au dessus de la chambre du logement au 2eme . Loueur pas très réactif aux mails . Réponse sous 24h ...en arrivant et en partant .

Nos encantó la estancia. El apartamento está super bien, muy limpio, acogedor y con todo necesario para estar cómodo. Se notó el cariño con el que está cuidado. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda volveremos otra vez. Los anfitriones encantadores. El yacuzi espectacular.. Un diez en todo.. GRACIAS

Lokalizacja, czystość, klimat miejsca.

Lieve mensen, locatie is overal dichtbij, lekker appartement en bedden en alles is aanwezig. Jacuzzi op het terras is echt een bonus.

Dit is een uitstekende optie voor een verblijf op Fuerteventura. Het ligt in Puerto Rosario aan de zee, vlakbij het strand, in het centrum en parkeren in de buurt is erg eenvoudig. Op enkele minuten loopafstand een shopping mall met een grote supermarkt. Als je een huurauto hebt is deze plek als uitvalsbasis voor het eiland uitstekend maar het is geen bruisende plaatst. Wel voldoende eetgelegenheden en winkels in de de buurt. We vonden zelf Corralejo een stuk leuker en zouden daar een volgende keer waarschijnlijk naar kijken. De locatie zelf is top: zeer goede en snelle communicatie, fijne gastheer en gastvrouw die zelf op de begane grond wonen en een zeer goed uitgerust, schoon, modern en ruim appartement. Het dakterras met de jacuzzi is heerlijk en ook is zeer goed onderhouden en uitgerust.

Het gebouw bestaat uit 3 appartementen en het is erg gehorig. We vonden dat zelf niet zo'n probleem maar als je hier niet goed tegen kunt dan kun je beter wat anders boeken. Het was ons vooraf niet duidelijk dat het dakterras en de jacuzzi voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik is. Tip aan de verhuurder om dit wat duidelijker te vermelden in de advertentie en bevestiging en een map te maken met informatie over onder andere wat er te doen is in de buurt, parkeren, gebruik van jacuzzi, wasmachine etc. zodat je dit zelf wat minder hoeft uit te zoeken.

Die super freundlichen und zuvorkommenden polnischen Gastgeber. Frau Ella war sehr nett. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und wenn wir was wissen wollten konnten man jederzeit fragen. Da meine Frau und ich polnische Wurzeln haben fühlte man sich wie Zuhause. Und für unseren kleinen Oskar hat sie eine polnische Suppe gekocht. Ich persönlich wollte von dort nicht weg. Es war herrlich. Sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann von dort aus, schnell und zeitnah Seine Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Auch ein Einkaufscenter liegt in der Nähe. Man sieht den Hafen direkt vor dem Fenster aus. Auch die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön gestaltet und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge, die Stadt und den Hafen. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Exceptional place to stay! This apartment truly feels like a perfect holiday home. It’s beautifully styled and extremely well equipped—everything you could possibly need is there, and even more. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are spices even water bottle and more. There are provided towels, blankets. The location is excellent and ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to everything. On top of that, the owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island!

De jacuzzi op het dak was superfijn! Ook de gastvrouw was heel Verwelkomend. Het appartment was leuk ingericht en de lokatie was top!

Het matras en de kussens waren niet slecht maar ik ben Tempur gewend.

Lejligheden ligger midt i centrum i nærheden af gågade, strand og butikscenter. Smagsfuld indretning, hyggeligt og rent. Søde værter og bedst af det hele er spaen på tagterrassen.

Apartament w pełni wyposażony od tostera po ręczniki plażowe. Jacuzzi, leżaki na tarasie to super dodatek. Lokalizacja również świetna, w zasadzie w centrum miasta. Super baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie wyspy. Zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistego wyglądu apartamentu, który jest naprawdę super.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y la limpieza y la modernidad del hospedaje. Así como el jacuzzi de uso común, pero siempre a disposición de los huéspedes. Un excelente detalle, que tengan Netflix libre en las TV y la botella de vino de bienvenida.

Nos gustó todo, pero nos hubiese encantado tener toallas específicas para la playa, para no ensuciar las del baño así como alguna esterilla de playa o sombrilla para la playa.

Das Appartement war mitten im Zentrum und dennoch sehr ruhig und unweit vom Badestrand entfernt. Die Ausstattung war super und geschmackvoll. Es gab auch eine Dachterrasse und Jacuzzi zur allgemeinen Benutzung. Oberes Appartement hat auch zusätzlich einen eigenen Balkon. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Am Wochenende kann auch kostenfrei vor dem Haus geparkt werden, ansonsten gibt es auch in der Nähe einen größeren Parkplatz.

The appartment ist easy to find, very very cute and cozy, lots of attention to detail which we loved. Appliances and everything one needs and more was there. Location was excellent, close to pretty much anything, also a cute view of the port from the balcony. Very clean, quiet, really a dream appartment. The owner replied very fast when we had questions.

Actually there is nothing i didn't like.

Immaculately clean. Well positioned in a lovely little proper working town and a few minutes walk from a nice beach. Lovely terrace to hang out on in the evenings. Great communication from the owner.

Just returned from a 3 night stay with my family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed on the top floor. Check-in is fully automated, the host responded quickly and kindly to messages and an early check-in and late check-out was no problem. The property is lovely, full of character, there are pictures of the renovations on the stairwell. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, hot tub was warm and powerful. Internet was good, Netflix on all 3 tv’s. Plenty of nicely scented towels. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Roof top terrace is lovely, lots of plants. Nice to watch the cruise ships arrive from the terrace. Location is good, we arrived by bus, the main station is 14 mins on foot. The beach is a 5 min walk, Rotundas shopping centre with a large supermarket 10 mins. The surrounding streets have some nice cafes. We ate at La Jaira de Demian and Arepas Llaneras, both good.

Appartement propre et bien équipé, très bien situé proche de la mer et de restaurants ainsi que du centre commercial et des arrêts de bus.

L’appartement « 0 » n’a pas de fenêtres ! Nous n’étions pas prévenu avant de voir l’appartement, et étant en déplacement professionnel il aurait été compliqué de changer de logement à notre arrivée (appartement deja payé par l’employeur). Heureusement nous n’étions pas à l’appartement en journée mais un peu déconcertant de prendre le petit déjeuner sans savoir s’il fait jour ou nuit…

Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, odpowiednio wyposażone, w aneksie kuchennym wszystko co potrzeba, balkon z widokiem na port, dostępne jacuzzi na górnym tarasie, właściciel bardzo miły i służący pomocą. Polecam.

Alles perfekt, sehr viele Utensilien zum kochen, Waschen, wirklich alles vorhanden!! Es war sogar etwas Wasser im Kühlschrank als wir angekommen sind.

Das Wasser läuft beim Duschen etwas aus der Dusche da sie ebenerdig ist, aber wenn man ein Handtuch davor legt dann kann man das Wasser gut aufhalten, stört nicht wirklich dolle!

La casa è bellissima, fa entrare proprio in un mood particolare ed accogliente. Ho amaro ogni angolo dell’appartamento.
