The staff was really nice and helpful, the hotel it’s very close to everything and a lot of well rated restaurants in the area, ubers are usually half a block away and rooms were very confy and spacious.

It’s located in the lower part of the area so you have to walk up the streets but that’s Istanbul in general.

I loved that the hotel was clean and the water gets really hot in the shower

Staff was really friendly and professional, you can immediately perceive a nice atmosphere and best of ownership and management. They were always attentive and respectful. Unforgettable the surprise of a dedicated huge breakfast (with lots of homemade delicacies) the last day of my stay. Hotel location, buildings, and room (chosen accurately from what was offered) fully met my expectations in terms of comfort as well as for being embedded and overlooking real and soft neighboring life (in spite of the area being punctuated with several tourist accommodations and restaurants, it still maintains a remarkable flavor of local life). Major monuments were at walking distance, good was climbing uphill as physical exercise to start the day. Remarkable old mosques can be found in the street network around the hotel site. Seagulls gave a son et lumière show as flying stars against the dark blue sky at night, being illuminated by city lights.

Basically no disappointment. The only one minor technical issue with a faucet was easy to overcome without external intervention just giving little time to the flow to adjust itself to the wished temperature.

The location is close to many of the tourist sites, . The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are exceptional including Madina, Zara and Taj. We will definitely return to this Charming hotel.

A small, cosy hotel in the old town. A 10-minute walk away from the Blue Mosqe. Exceptional friendly staff. Very clean. Good breakfast. The rooms are modernly furnished; we really liked them and felt very comfortable. We would book here again.

The breakfast was lovely but not a lot of variety. Need more selection of breads, fruits, cooked breakfast, apart from the omelette which is made when you request it.

The air conditioning didn’t work. It was quite humid and hot and we informed the front desk of the situation 2 nights into our stay and it wasn’t fixed by the end of our stay (5 nights).

No es como tal del hotel pero el servicio de transporte del Aeropuerto al Hotel. 1) Eramos 3 personas y no nos quisieron llevar en un Mercedes Vito, nos toco pedir una mas grande y pagar mas. 2) El conductor manejo de una forma temeraria generando incomodidad durante el trayecto

Some mode of the shower was not very convenient

Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'albergo pur essendo in un ottima posizione è tranquillo e silenzioso. La camera era pulita, ben organizzata, luminosa e silenziosa. Il materasso era comodo. Il bagno confortevole e pulito.

Hotel staff, especially Mehmet, was super helpful with everything. They helped with booking things and facilitated a fulfilling and effective trip.

Schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal

Das erste Zimmer im ersten Stock Richtung Strasse war sehr hellhörig und wir konnten jedes Wort der Nachbarn, jede Türöffnung des Eingangsbereichs resp. jeden Lärm von der Strasse hören. Für mich war es schwierig zu schlafen. Wir konnten dann das Zimmer wechseln und haben eines Richtung Garten bekommen. Danach habe ich wunderbar geschlafen.

Ich war rundum begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel – es hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Die Lage ist ideal: Nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der historischen Sultanahmet-Moschee entfernt, was es perfekt für Sightseeing macht. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, genau wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstücksbuffet: Es bot eine große Auswahl und war geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend. Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich nochmals herzlich für die tolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Ich kann dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nuestra estancia en el Imagine Hotel Estambul fue fantástica! Las camas eran muy cómodas y el desayuno también muy bueno, aunque sería genial tener más variedad y, sobre todo, huevos fritos o revueltos todos los días. El personal muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de muchas atracciones y del transporte público. Amamos Istanbul.

La ubicación del hotel es magnífica a todo el centro histórico. Pero los accesos, no son cómodos por las subidas y bajadas de las calles.

LOcation of the hotel you can not fault! Superb, close to all amenities, 10 minutes walking distance to the Blue Mosque. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Nice and very safe neighbourhood.

Завтраки однообразные. Местоположение не удачное, подниматься каждый раз круто вверх приходилось каждый день, чтобы добраться до трамвайной остановки.

Staff and location

Staff were welcoming and very helpful, taking our bags to our room at 1.30 in the morning.

Spędziliśmy 6 cudownych dni w kameralnym, nowoczesnym hoteliku w Stambule. Pokój był przytulny, czysty, codziennie sprzątany – aż miło było wracać po całym dniu zwiedzania. Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu robiły wrażenie – wszystko pięknie podane, widać, że dbają o każdy szczegół.. Największe wrażenie zrobił na nas jednak personel – życzliwy, serdeczny – czy to w recepcji, czy w ogrodzie, zawsze witano nas z uśmiechem. Dzięki nim ten pobyt był naprawdę miły.

The noise at this location is insanely loud, though that might just be all of Istanbul. The location is also super touristy which we did not enjoy.

The staff was 10/10 it was a beautiful hotel and a very clean hotel. It was near with everything.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sie haben alles versucht, um uns mit unserem Autoproblem zu helfen. Die Lage ist super, man kommt fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Tram ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Alles ist sauber, die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Es gibt einen eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz und die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt.

Frühstück solide, Kaffee könnte besser sein

El Sultanahmet Imagine Estambul es un hotel chico, pero con todo lo necesario si no buscás un cuatro estrellas o más. Nosotros fuimos principalmente a recorrer la ciudad y el hotel cumplió perfecto con lo que necesitábamos. El personal fue muy atento y las instalaciones estaban en muy buen estado. La ubicación es excelente: a 5–10 minutos caminando de la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía y el Palacio de Topkapi. Ideal para moverse a pie por la zona histórica. En resumen, una muy buena opción práctica y bien ubicada para conocer Estambul. Esto más que nada para gente mayor o con movilidad reducida, está en una pendiente y para ir a tomar el tranvía puede ser difícil y más con el calor en verano. Lo mismo te pasaría si te quedas en Karakoy y querés ir a la torre de Galata.

The location is quite good... walking distance to many shops but the walk up the hill is so steep make sure you wear good shoes.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imagine Istanbul. The staff were incredibly courteous and even upgraded us to a larger suite to accommodate all our luggage—a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Highly recommend for a stylish and welcoming stay in Istanbul!

Staff is absolutely lovely and can not do enough to help you. Location is perfect, 7 minute walk to Hagia and tram lines. Local shops and easy to catch taxi. A lot of uphill walking but that is Istanbul for you.

Breakfast was pretty basic. We only had it twice due to this. My kids had mini pancakes and cereal, so did not go hungry.

No sound proofing and the window wouldn’t close so could hear everything

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They went above and beyond expectations and were happy to help with any request. The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size and well equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast included mostly Turkish food with some international foods including eggs, fruit, etc. The hotel is located in an older part of Istanbul with cobblestone streets, some steep hills and uneven narrow footpaths so it probably wouldn’t suit older travellers or people who have difficulty walking. It is convenient to lots of shops, local restaurants etc and a short taxi ride to the more modern side of Istanbul across the river.

The room came with a very small fridge. Some mini bar items and snacks would have been nice.
