Reviewed Jan 7, 2026It was sparkling clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was lovely. The garden is very well kept. There is a fun mini foosball table that my daughter loved. It was nice to go for a walk along the estuary. We didn’t have time for the spa tub unfortunately.
I have no complaints.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The location and the facilities.
We suggest that you add another point by the door for the lamp as we didn't know the plug we removed was for the camera and we wanted to plug in the lamp next to the point for ambient lighting as we had a very small baby.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2024Had everything we needed, clean and well thought out for guests. We managed two Motels and 3 AirBnB properties in Rotorua and this is the best AirBnb we have ever stayed at personally. We have already rebooked and can’t wait for our next stay and bring our parents with us.
