Lần đầu xuống Hà Nội nên mình còn nhiều thứ chưa biết, may mắn gặp được chủ nhà rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ việc đặt xe , tư vấn ăn uống ❤️ Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, ở rất thoải mái. Và điều mình thích nhất chính là view cực kỳ đẹp, mở cửa ra là thấy khung cảnh tuyệt vời luôn 😍 Cảm ơn bạn Minh Đức đã hỗ trợ mình rất nhiệt tình trong suốt thời gian ở đây. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dị

Really nice appartment i really enjoyed staying here, it is close to the city center but in a quite alley. Everything is availeble even a washing machine, that was a big surplus.

We stay here every time we come to Hanoi and the top floor room with balcony is our favourite! Staff are so helpful and accommodating and we will continue to return!

The soundproofing is non-existent, you can hear everything in the room next to you, very loud sounds of traffic and music from the outside late at night. There was also some kind of pumping operation outside the window working day and night. The area around the hotel smells bad. The room is not very clean and tired (but okay/expected for a budget stay)

The staff was extremely helpful! And the facility was very clean. Very affordable. We stayed there four nights. We were also able to have our laundry done with an additional cost, but still very affordable!

The rooms were small, but still sufficient for our stay. There is no breakfast provided with this location, but we knew that ahead of time.

Loud doof doof music at 5:30 from the exercise class across the road.

The location is right in front of the lake and there are a lot of Cafes around. There is a foot path which stretches along the length of the road which is good and keeps you away from the traffic. Much quieter than living in Old Quarter.

Rooms are very small, the photos make it look as standard size. No privacy curtains with the bathrooms. The road does get busy and noisy during the rush hours and drive to the old quarter can extend upto 35 mins. Lot of coffee options but very few dining options nearby.

So overall this is definitely a good deal, it’s well looked after and the staff is very kind. Good WiFi, air conditioning, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. I just wish the “city view” wasn’t facing an empty gravel lot and there is certainly slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Quite noisy outside too so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lake View Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is fantastic, with spacious rooms that offer a high level of comfort and convenience. My room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a cozy, comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and stylish, with all the necessary toiletries, and the overall ambiance of the room was welcoming and relaxing. One of the best aspects of my stay was the breathtaking view of West Lake (Ho Tay). From my room, I had an unobstructed, panoramic view of the lake, which was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The view really enhanced my experience and made the stay feel special. The hotel’s location is also excellent, as it’s just a short distance from major attractions in Hanoi. Despite being in a central area, it’s peaceful and relaxing, providing a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great lake view from the balcony. Comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, supporting staff. A bit outside of the city so it is less touristic there.

Unfortunately, it is quite loud and I could hear the neighbours in the next room. I was there over a weekend so there was also a loud party going on in the neighbourhood.

They pull shutters down at around 12ish, but someone is in reception to let you in if you buzz I just climbed under shutters and let myself in

Feeling welcomed by the Lake View crew, they serve the best all the time! We book it for refreshment purpose, the sleeper bus was on the same night we arrived at Hanoi in the morning. However, frontdesk fulfilled our request even we reached before check-in time. 💖 and the location is fronting Hoen Kiem Lake!

Exceptionally friendly staff. Especially Mr Minh and Ann. Location is in west lake which is 15 minutes drive from old quarter where it's most happening. It's a good option if you want to have a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Laundry service available for a small fee. Great views of the lake. Option to take a quiet stroll by the lake at night or in the morning. Good wifi. Convenience store nearby.

The bathroom is way too moldy. It needs urgently a deep cleaning. The room itself is OK, and they can improve a lot by cleaning better the facilities.

I would rather like to stay in room middle not in the side direct to corner road. I find sometime hard to get receipt cause I need it to claim back to working place I am belong to.

Right on the lake, we had a little balcony which was lovely. Lots of coffee shops in walking distance. This is on the “non-tourist” side of the lake. The views over the lake are worth the room.

Could have been cleaner, no breakfast available at the hotel. The staff on our arrival seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere (as well as during our initial contact). Bed is typical hard mattress. Table on balcony missing feet so couldn’t sit at it was so wobbly.
