Le pire booking je paye une chambre deluxe pour que quand on arrive sur place le propriétaire nous place dans un cagibis parce que je cite « on a donné votre chambre a des gens arrivés deux jours avant. » Nous ne sommes même pas resté une nuit complète, nous avons dû écourté notre passage à Chefchaouen. Il faisait chaud et on nous a donné un ventilateur. Les tuyaux de la salle de bain fuyaient, il y a énormément de bruit surtout la nuit donc trouver le sommeil est plus que compliqué. Nous sommes français et marocains et nous avons l’habitude de voyager mais la c’est du n’importe quoi. Nous allons faire une réclamation

El lugar es bonito, tranquilo y muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y la terraza tiene unas vistas preciosas. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable por su ubicación, limpieza y excelente relación calidad-precio

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, sia per un check-in in tarda serata sia per qualsiasi domanda. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura nella giornata di partenza. La posizione è buona, nella medina a pochi passi dalla porta di ingresso. La colazione è ottima e completa, servita in terrazza.
Secondo me la camera non era quella prenotata (forse perché siamo stati gli ultimi ad arrivare), era abbastanza piccola ma confortevole. Come in gran parte del Marocco la colazione è servita solo a partire dalle 9.

Il m’a même aidé à préparer une jolie surprise pour l’anniversaire de ma copine, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Une belle rencontre et un accueil qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

La experiencia en esta preciosa casa tradicional ha sido fantástica de principio a fin. Quiero destacar especialmente los desayunos riquísimos que nos servían cada mañana. Sin duda, el punto fuerte del alojamiento es su equipo humano: el personal es fascinante y la gente es amabilísima, siempre recibiéndote con una sonrisa y un trato muy familiar. Sem ar condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha que não conseguia refrigerar o quarto! Chuveiro que saía água por todos os lados e só tivemos água quente num dos banhos ! Poucas mesas para pequeno almoço portanto muito difícil de o tomar as horas que pretendíamos , pois estava c fila de espera!

Nada más llegar intentaron darnos una habitación que no correspondía con la que habíamos reservado, lo que ya nos generó desconfianza desde el primer momento. Además, por un imprevisto personal tuvimos que regresar a España antes de poder disfrutar de la estancia. En lugar de recibir una respuesta clara, el propietario estuvo dándonos largas durante horas, asegurándonos repetidamente que nos devolvería el dinero o que encontraría una solución. Sin embargo, al final no cumplió su palabra y no recibimos ningún reembolso. Entendemos que pueden existir políticas de cancelación, pero lo que más nos molestó fue la falta de transparencia y la falsa esperanza que nos dieron durante todo el proceso. Si desde el principio nos hubieran dicho que no iban a devolver el dinero, lo habríamos aceptado antes que estar esperando una solución que nunca llegó. Por nuestra experiencia, no podemos recomendar este alojamiento.

Aunque la ducha tenía cortinas, podrían poner una alfombrilla en el baño, alguna estantería para poder colocar las cosas de aseo, y alguna percha más para secar las toallas después de la ducha

Netflix ne fonctionnait pas sur la télé malheureusement. La chambre manquait de fenêtre et d'air. Literie pas très confortable, le drap housse notamment.

Depuis la terrasse, les hôtes peuvent profiter d'une splendide vue panoramique. Pour parfaire l'expérience, un petit-déjeuner complet et varié est proposé chaque matin. Merci Youssef pour ton accueil chaleureux.

少し湿度が高い感じで、窓は開けられますがコントロール難しいです。スーツケースを２個広げるにはちょっと厳しいです。

Destacar su impecable limpieza, y su personal, Mohamed y Fadwa que siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y están pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesites. Tienen arriba una terraza con vistas a toda la ciudad donde disfrutas de un desayuno súper completo y buenísimo.

No lo gestionan más que para la limpieza y el desayuno. No hay nunca nadie en la recepción, ni siquiera cuando llegué. Les escribí pidiendo información sobre los precios de los taxis antes de llegar y me respondieron como dos días después de irme; además, me indicaron un rango de precios de taxi irrealista y muy elevado, más de lo que pagué en realidad.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The location is great in that you are in the heart of the blue city. Good to have a kettle although there were only enough tea bags for one drink and we had booked 3 nights.
I feel bad about down rating this place because the staff are really trying hard but there are some basics which mean I wouldn’t book again and didn’t really like the place - no hot water for a shower (we had to ask for this to be sorted, which in fairness it was), the bed was creaky, small and uncomfortable and you have to climb over the other person to get out, there was a damp smell and cold feel to the place which is hard to fix because the only window is very small and in the shade which makes the whole atmosphere gloomy. The bathroom is tired with leaky pipes and broken fixings, no hooks or shelves and the floor by the toilet gets completely wet when showering. We weren’t prepared for no shower gel (again Mohammed fetched us some but these things are better thought about in advance). Each time I sat on the toilet the lid hit my back! The roof terrace isn’t very comfortable for breakfast and it was served after 9am which is quite late, we went up at 9:15 as instructed and there were no lights on anywhere and nobody to be seen, not very welcoming.

O riad era incrível, tinha um terraço maravilhoso onde tivemos a oportunidades de tomar o pequeno almoço nos dias que lá passamos, com uma vista privilegiada da aldeia. Os funcionários também foram sempre muito atenciosos e preocupados com as nossas necessidades, definitivamente vamos voltar. Gostamos muito e recomendamos a quem queira visitar Chefchoauen.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Dieses Riad liegt direkt in der Medina. Sehr komfortabel und ruhig gelegen. Betten sind wie alle Betten in Marokko eher hart. Frühstück wurde auf der Balkonterrasse serviert. Leider etwas eintönig.

Riad limpio, la cama cómoda, el clima era frío fuera pero había un calentador en la habitación y también un hervidor de agua para el té. Mohamed ha sido muy amable siempre. El desayuno en la terraza con el sol de la mañana y las vistas a la ciudad era especialmente acogedor.
Quizás un poco incómodo el baño, el agua de la ducha se iba hasta la puerta y la tapa del váter no se sostenía.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026L'emplacement du Raid est exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. La salle de bain est très grande. Mohamed s'est adapté à notre demande de prendre le petit déjeuner plutôt pour un des deux matin.
Malheureusement lors de notre séjour, la pluie s'est invité. Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui n'était clairement pas emménagé, même le matin où le temps était plus claiment.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026We had a pleasant stay at this riad. The location was good and easy to find, which made things very convenient. The host was welcoming and friendly, the place was clean, and the breakfast was good as well.
As a small point for improvement, the room had a slight smell, so a bit more attention to cleaning or ventilation might help. It would also be useful to have an extra towel or bath mat to wipe feet after a shower.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026il riad è molto piccolo e posizionato nel centro di Chefchaouen quindi comodo per girare il paese ma non portatevi valigie pesanti. Noi abbiamo lasciato le valigie in macchina e ci siamo mossi con zaini contenenti l'essenziale, la scelta è stata azzeccata sia per raggiungere il riad sia perchè la camera era in cima a scalette strette e ripide. Buona la colazione servita in terrazza, simpatico e gentile l'host
la doccia è minuscola e separata da una tenda per cui il bagno, piccolo anch'esso, si bagna facilmente. Il letto matrimoniale è attaccato lateralmente a una parete quindi un po' scomodo per chi dorme da quella parte ma, viste le dimensioni della camera, non vi è alternativa

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026A beautiful riad in Chefchaouen. The owner is warm and welcoming, always asking about your day/stay. My original room's TV internet wasn't working correctly so he gave me another (bigger) room after checking that other TV was good. It was a bit cold the night I stayed but the thick blanket and electric heater took care of that. Breakfast was of course homemade, filling and delicious. Highly recommend Riad Bin Souki as your base in Chef.
Just a little hard finding it the 1st time as is deep in the medina. But it's very close to Clock Cafe.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Excellent host Muhammad, Greta location in the center of the Medina, yummy breakfast on a beautiful terrace, comfy bed, warm showers and they even prepared a small take away on the departure day because we had to take the bus quite early. Also did our laundry for a reasonable price
The only thing is that there was a weird and somewhat icky smell in the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of unfortunately. Also didn't find out where it was coming from
