No staff during early checkout. During check in, the staff didnt inform us about that. There is a phone number provided, but pick up only after few time of calling them

The property was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I really enjoyed the pool, the view, and the relaxing atmosphere.

I really liked the room design, the location, and the beautiful view where I could enjoy the sunrise from the bed

Some small details could be improved, such as the finishing touches, the curtain falling down in the middle of the night, and visible cobwebs in some areas. With better attention to these details, the experience would be even better.

1. Line connection. Macam chipsmore sekejap ada dan sekejap takda walaupun ada wifi pakai starlink. 2. Pencahayaan bilik. For girls macam susah sikit nak bersiap, sebab lampu oren sangat. Tingkap banyak tapi tak boleh buka langsir sebab tak pakai tudung🥲. Tapi ok je la not that bad pun. Kalau ada lampu putih lagi better.

The environment so peaceful and far from the main road. The private beach is so beautiful with 3 cradle to take pictures with the beautiful background.

The swimming pool is only for children and i stayed in the cabin which when we back to the chalet, the room was so hot but still occay because the room is completed with 2 air conditioner. Overall, my family & i satisfied with this chalet & recommend others to stay here. It's really cool if you can book the room with private pool.

The location at the beach but the beach has a lot of trash. The internet service was prompt after i notify the reception about no wifi in the room

There are sewage smell in the toilet and the toilet wall and floor looks icky. 1 towel has stain on it before use. A bit of stain in bedding too before use. Room floor was a bit sticky and sandy. There are rubbish in front of the swimming pool near the tent area.

Everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and my kids really enjoyed our stay here..

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, possibly because the air freshener needed to be replaced.

Room are spacious. Bed is comfortable enough. Aircond is very cold. Jacuzzi is an added value. Hot shower is nice.

We did expect more from the resort. Reality is not as expected. All the videos & pictures from tiktok aren't the same when u're there. Cafe is close even they have a full house guests. The breakfast is just below the par. Slow service during breakfast. They don't even switch on the fan even though it was so hot in there with full of flies everywhere in the cafe. The resort is in secluded area. Road condition is very bad. With no road lights. The landscape is just boring. RM20/pax for nasi lemak is just a rip-off. They can do better with all the notes in the room. The wording is a bit passive aggressive for the guests. Cause we are paying customers. And the price we pay for the room aren't cheap. For a total RM440/night, they can do way better for the guest.

Sorry to say, saya book 4 bilik. 1 bilik cabin takbersih, busuk, ada tikus, tikus siap tarik rambut masa tidur dan makan makanan atas meja. Hopefully ada improvement dari pihak hotel. Bilik yang lain biasa biasa ja, cadar ada stain darah.

Unit cabin tak berbaloi dengan harga. Ruang kecik untuk couple (2pax) & cabin (3pax) berbau. Maybe bau dari toilet dan for me tak berbaloi dengan harga. Kalau unit lain saya tak tahu maybe okay.

The beach

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The overall cleanliness of the villa was below expectations. The beranda floor was covered with artificial grass, but it was already very wet when we arrived, which made it uncomfortable to use. The compound and landscaping also appeared poorly maintained. The pool, in particular, did not look properly cleaned—there was sand, small branches, and bits of grass floating in the water. The beach area also needs attention. It would really help if there were staff assigned to regularly clean up the rubbish and fallen leaves, as it affected the overall experience. The car park was another concern. It was very dark at night and the surface was uneven and bumpy, making it difficult to handle luggage. It also didn’t feel very safe, especially for women. The road in and out of the property was very dark at night with no proper lighting. It may feel unsafe and extra caution is needed Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Location near jetty to redang island

Quite disappointed because I booked the hotel for 3 pax, but the breakfast was only provided for 2 people. Usually, the breakfast should follow the number of guests booked. Besides that, the bathroom was also a bit dirty.

Worth it to stay here.

Betul betul tepi laut. Sy duduk bilik yang berdepan dengan pool. Katil di bilik sy king saiz. Sangat selesa. Air di dalam bilik pun kuat. Rasa refresh bila mandi lepas mandi air laut.

Bukan tepi mainroad. Agak kedalam sikit. Tapi tak jauh sgt bila guna kereta. Dan tempat ni terang bila malam sbb ada lampu banyak.

Cafe kena ada 2 ke 3 menu makan utk malam.. Spt mee goren nasi goren..

I like the environment. I also like the room ambience, it looks new and nice. Even the bathroom smells nice. Overall the property looks nice.

I dont like that they didnt inspect the room before giving out the key. There are lots of ants on the table, on the floor and some on the bed. This really upset me. Even the pillowcase looks dirty. Since it white color, i hope they pay more attention while cleaning it. Another thing, tv. My room doesnt have tv and it cost me almost 300. They didnt even give me wifi password. Even the line coverage there are not really good actually. Btw, the receptionist, she need proper training on how to welcome guest, she made me feel unwelcome. Haha. But the other staff, that help me clean the room and help carry my luggage, they are nice and friendly.

tempat cantik and selesa tapi untuk keluar masuk waktu malam agak tidak sesuai sebab jalan terlalu gelap. overall i suka dia punya tempat sebab tenang boleh dengar nature

breakfast was awful sebab kitaorang turun 8.30 in the morning and makanan dh habis. my mom tanya for refills untuk ayam goreng pun tak dijawab oleh staff. if breakfast ends at 9.30 supposedly makanan still ada for the guest. takleh lah takde makanan

I accidentally booked the wrong container, but I have no regrets because the container had an amazing beach view — absolutely loved it! Plus, it was really affordable and totally worth the price. The staff were also super friendly, from check-in to check-out — everything went very smoothly.

Harga yang dikenakan tidak setimpal dengan kemudahan disediakan. Bayar mahal, tapi internet tiada. Tak kisah tiada wifi, tapi tak dimaklumkan line susah nak dapat. Sekali gus televisyen tak boleh digunakan. Keadaan dalam bilik yang berharga RM300++ mengecewakan. Bilik kontena betul2 panas. Faham kontena, tapi tak ada penebat haba. Pada saya harga perlu lebih relevan. Lagi satu, admin dekat IG dan whatsapp sangat teruk kalau part reply. Lambat. Dan tak bagi info yang tepat dan cepat. Pendek kata, kena baiki banyak perkara.
