Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Şahin bey ile Elvis bey herhangi bir konuda soru sorduğunuzda hemen yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar, çok iyi niyetliler. Kahvaltısı lezzetli, mutfakta görev yapan arkadaşta çok nazikti. Bir sonraki iş seyahatimde yine konaklamayı kesinlikle düşünüyorum.

Excellent location with easy access around the city—I barely used a taxi since everything is within walking distance! A special thanks to Elvis for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He helped me solve any issues I faced during my stay, and his warm welcome made the experience extra special. Definitely the place I’ll stay in whenever I’m back in Cologne!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Sehr netter Empfang! Haben ohne zu fragen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Balkonzimmer bekommen. Auch der Check-In lief mega schnell und freundlich ab. Das Bett war super bequem und das Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet (sogar mit Kaffeemaschine). Der Balkon war das Sahnehäubchen.
Es hat alles gepasst - wenn man etwas verbessern möchte: - die Klimaanlage ist recht laut - die Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut zu, das kann vor allem Nachts schon stören.

The map desk pad at reception is a great idea. Breakfast was spot on! Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for making my first trip to Cologne a wonderful experience.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Hotel hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war bestens ausgestattet und die Betten toll. Leider war die Matratze etwas hart. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung war überragend.
Das Frühstück hätte etwas Abwechslung vertragen. Die Fleischwaren könnten beschriftet sein, damit man weiß welche Sorte es ist. Die Idee des Badezimmer mit Aussicht ist zwar innovativ, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man zu zweit im Zimmer ist und mal in Ruhe auf Toilette will.

There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom (my thought is that the cleaning staff removed the shower trap from the walk-in shower) and some parts of the shower itself were not cleaned thoroughly.

Además la ubicación es excelente para visitar el centro histórico de Colonia, pero es tranquilo. Si vas en coche tienen parking de pago. A todo ello añadir la amabilidad del personal.

Das gläserne Bad trifft nicht jeden Geschmack. Der ein oder andere hätte damit vielleicht ein Problem. Mir war es egal. Durch einen Vorhang konnte die Sicht blockiert werden.

Morgenmaden var et meget begrænset og ikke særligt inspirerende udvalg. Rengørringen var fin, men temperaturen på værelserne var vanvittig varm, og AC var en kæmpe maskine lige ved siden af sengen så man både frøs og det larmede helt vildt, hele natten. Væreslerne virker også meget slidte. Havde det kostet det halve var det fint, men til den pris var det tyveri!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Wir haben einen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel bekommen und konnten schon eine Stunde eher auf unser Zimmer. Hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, wurden aber zu einem Croissant und Kaffee eingeladen(auch als Take Away)
Die Zimmer haben ein Bad mit Glaswänden. Wir hatten glücklicherweise schon eines mit Milchglaswand. Leider war die Tür noch aus durchsichtigem Glas. Das ermöglicht so gar keine Privatsphäre beim Toilettengang! Haben dies beim Auschecken angemahnt und der Hr. an der Rezeption sagte, das man diese auch noch als Milchglas ausstatten wird....

A dómtól 10 perc sétára található, de 100 méteren belül több metró, villamos és busz megálló is van. A következő kölni tartozkodásnkor is ide fogunk jönni. És mindenkinek ajánljuk a hotelt. El desayuno está muy bueno y completo. El personal es demasiado amable y nos asistieron en todo momento de manera excelente. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100%

Номер был на 5 этаже (последний) с общим балконом на несколько номеров. Будьте готовы к тому, что ночью по этому балкону ходят соседи. Было очень жарко, кондиционер только делал вид что работал, но гудел очень хорошо. На ночь пришлось его отключать, т.к толку от него не было. Полотенца рваные, воду в бутылках наливают из под крана, в номере стоял неприятный запах.

Shin (?) alla reception super simpatico, gentile e disponibile (anche se Juventino 😂😂😂). Posizione strategica x visitare il duomo e vicino alla zona dei ristoranti che è piena di vita alla sera. Comodo parcheggio a 200 metri (19€ al giorno).

Einziges Manko war die Klimaanlage direkt neben dem Bett in Höhe des Kopfes. Nach einem freundlichen Gespräch konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln.

Mais la personne qui s'est occupée de nous était vraiment formidable. Dès notre arrivée, je crois qu'il était de service du soir, il nous a accueillis avec un sourire, très souriant, serviable et attentionné. La chambre était excellente ; on nous a surclassés en chambre supérieure alors que nous avions réservé une chambre économique. Nous l'avons adorée ; elle était exactement comme décrite : spacieuse, d'une propreté impeccable et incroyablement calme. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le service de blanchisserie. Un grand merci ! Sans aucun doute, si nous revenons un jour, nous y séjournerons à nouveau. Et nous le recommanderons sans hésiter. Merci encore !

A special thank you to Shahine at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and made sure we had a very quiet room, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There is no centralized air conditioning in the building, so on summer days, the lobby and breakfast area are pretty warm. Also, in the room was an air conditioning machine plugged into the electrical socket next to the bed that made a very unpleasant sound and was super inefficient. I wouldn't choose this hotel again during warm summer days.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026La posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro in particolare il Duomo di Colonia è molto buona , circa dieci minuti. Comunque per chi non volesse spostarsi a piedi c’è una fermata della metropolitana vicina. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio non c’è, io ho parcheggiato in una parcheggio multi piano a 6/7 minuti a piedi dall’hotel (circa 20€ al giorno) . Anche se non si sceglie la prenotazione con colazione caffè e brioche sono gentilmente offerte
Reception senza aria condizionata o comunque spenta (ho soggiornato nel mese di luglio faceva caldissimo) . Al momento dell’arrivo non c’era nessuno dello staff alla reception e abbiamo dovuto aspettare diversi minuti , strano per un hotel . La camera , carina , aveva un problema con il climatizzatore, molto rumoroso e troppo vicino al letto , da non poterlo tenere acceso nel mentre sei sdraiato a letto . Pulizia migliorabile , ma comunque accettabile

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Vi var på hotellet på grund af forsinket togforbindelse, så vi var nødt til en ekstra overnatning i Køln. Personalet var overordentlig venlige og meget forstående. Det var absolut dagens bedste oplevelse efter en dag med mange ændringer af vores togrejse fra Danmark til Frankrig. Vi gik i seng med et smil, og glædede os til at komme videre til slutdestinationen dagen efter. Vil klar anbefale dette hotel, hvis du/I kommer til Køln.
