Location, locals very friendly.

Only 1 TV had live television, lights in the bottom bedroom didn’t work, kitchen bin too small. Nowhere to dry swimming clothes/towels. No towel rail in the downstairs bathroom. Rusty hanging rails and outdated closets for clothes the mop was in the one downstairs!!

There is no mirror chest or dresser in bedroom down stairs to put anything. Only on one bedside table. Its on the way on third floor, no lift. Bed lamp not working. No communication with host, no response to any messages sent via booking.com, and I had to get number from email to contact host. Other than that, everything else is perfect. No access to beach as there is no staff at reception until after 12, hence no one to give us the beach pass. Really wanted a ⁿ

Property was cleaned and right in the center of the attractions.

It rained one night and the upstairs bedroom was leaking, I moved the bed to one corner and it was leaking there too so I had to move it back.

Please assure that mats are placed on the bathroom floor.... This is a great unit!! If it's ever on the market for sale please contact me 😀😀 Beverley

The place is ok it's really a nice place.

The place was dirty the walls and sealing was full of dust i went to the penthouse healthy and when my family was leaving my baby ,sister and me was sick due to the dust.the place wasn't sweep or wipe out alot of dust was on the floor I had to sweep and wipe.next thing was the bathroom the one downstairs the water wasn't going down after you bathe and the other one upstairs needed cleaning the curtains were dirty.I told the host Paul about what i was facing he said he would send someone and NOBODY CAME.WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY TRIP.

It was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed if there were any problems there where delt with straight away.

Intimate. Great location with free beach access and close to local attractions like Island Village. Located on the Main Street into Ocho Rios makes this property ideal. Very affordable.

I couldn’t figure out how to work the tv in the first floor bedroom but that was no big deal.

Nice location lovely apartment and nice and clean only let down was lack of utensils in kitchen as we like to cook for ourselves lol but apart from that great stay thank you

I liked nothing about the property. I found it to be dirty and unsafe.

A lot of work needed to be done inside the property

Location was great, easy access to the beach, with security to front and back of the apartments. Code to the apartment door. The open kitchen was compact and clean, nice open lounge with polished floor. The view from the lounge and rooms overlooked the well kept gardens, and the wooden spiral stairway led up to the top 2nd bedroom, and the balcony view to the sea and boats, was beautiful.

The staircase to the third floor was very difficult with our very heavy 25kg suitcases, not suitable for guests with mobility limitations as there is no lifts, to the apartments. The Modern Penthouse Room D33, had No safety deposit box, as it had been illustrated in the receptions introductory information to our apartment. The lounge glass table top, had no fixtures to the table legs, it was a hazard. Boxes of the owners paperwork were left in the bottom wardrobe. Within the 2nd bedroom, the washroom's shower attachment was not working. The original wardrobe had been taken out, a runner to hang some clothes was left, no cupboards to unpack our suitcases, as our suitcases were opening on to the flooring. Cigarette burns on the duvet cover. We later found a broken window in the 2nd bedroom. Our host Christian, who visited us, was very pleasant and he addressed some of the issues above.

I enjoyed the location of the property being near everything especially the beach! The hotel had nice pool and pool area with bar/food! Restaurant conveniently located on property. The apt was spacious, beautifully decorated. Air conditioner and ceiling fans! I really enjoyed the patio deck! The resort was filled with live plants and flowers. There was much to see and do! I only encountered one problematic staff person and whenever I encountered her presence, I left the area. She had such a bad spirit/aura about her to be a young woman.

Love the apartment! Home away from home. Beautiful and the staff outstanding. Christian was excellent! Very professional and accomdating.

Very secure and safe. Hakim in security was excellent and professional as we're all staff. Clean and very spacious. Modern inside. Hot and cold.water.

Upstairs bed room AC was not cooling as well. Upstairs needs a fan to go with the AC unit. Consider giving guests a little.dish soap since there are dishes.

The upstairs room in room D-33 was leaking so the bed got wet when the rain was falling so I was unable to stay in it Which was a big inconvenience

The Penthouse was amazing,very spacious and clean.

I love the location, pool, restaurant and the music every night.

There was an ant problem on top of the counter. We never put food on the counter so I don't know were they came from or what attracted them but housekeeping brought some spray.

This apartment was great! Very comfortable and clean. Everything you needed was right at your fingers with the exception of patio furniture. Can't wait to book my next stay!

I really wish the balcony had furniture. It's a very spacious area and it would be wonderful for sitting and relaxing with a nice book and glass of wine or just to catch a vibe at night while the band or DJ are playing below.

Easy an access to the beach and near to the Main Street where all shops, restaurants and clubs were in walking distance.

The maintenance call I made for a dripping pipe in the upstairs bathroom in the penthouse was ignored.

Loved the modern look and design. The pictures, flooring and lighting accessories are beautiful. Very comfortable with large two bedrooms and bathrooms. Awesome housekeepers and maintenence support.

This apartment needs extra touches to add to the decor. Example: place shelving & towel racks in the main bathroom & a longer shower curtain. Kitchen is in need of coffee cups, sharp knives and glasses. The roof top area needs outdoor seating furniture. A drying rack or clothes line would be great too.

The location is close to shops and restaurants. It has security and is right on the beach.

The upstairs room and bathroom floor was not clean. There was hair all over the floor from what I assume was a previous guest. The comforter and the curtain upstairs were dirty! The downstairs bedroom had a leak. No storage whatsoever, except a closet rod in the upstairs bedrm. The lack of communication from the host was startling! The internet and cable went out all day on our 2nd day and no updates were provided.

The renovated penthouse is absolutely beautiful. The two level rooms with private baths is perfect for friends or two couples. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The bar has a great atmosphere and serves food. Great view of the ocean and cruise ship.

The lights flicker when off in the upstairs bathroom. The restaurant runs out of breakfast food very quickly. We had to go across the street for breakfast. The balcony was great and unfortunately there is no patio furniture.

Like the location of this place, close to everything in town. The place was spacious for our family.

The garbage was full when we got there and could have been cleaned a little bit better

The decor was lovely. The kitchen was fully prepped and ready for use. The beach in the property was a welcomed surprise.

The AC in the downstairs bedroom was not working and it became quite hot. Maintenance was not responsive until the owner called. The issue was not fixed regardless.

There were sugar ants in the kitchen even though there was no food or sugar upon our arrival, there was no water for a few hours on two instances, which meant we couldn’t use the WC facilities.

Property is beautiful, has beach access and close to ochi town and attractions. Apt is just like the photos. Was clean and had a nice welcoming feel. Lots of appliances and modern features

Not much to not like at that price. However, Apt needs more cutlery and coffee cups. Located on third floor and is not ideal for someone with disability issues.

We loved this apartment. It is recently remodeled, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Easy to check in at front desk. Great location, walking distance from Island Village where there is a Starbucks, Margaritaville and movie theater. We will definitely stay here again!

The pool area is pleasant but there were people smoking pot (not uncommon in Jamaica). Eventually a security guard stepped in and they went away.

Apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Great location on the main street. Had all modern amenities and nice views of the beach from the balcony.

We weren't sure of how to dispose of our trash when checking out.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and the location perfect, just as advertised. The customer service was exceptional and we are definitely planning to book another stay. This property is highly recommended.
