La vista al nevado y poder disfrutar las terrazas con la vista de la naturaleza, las montañas, la ciudad y el nevado no tienen precio, hermoso. La atención de Esteban y Nelcy, increíble, muy amables , dispuestos y colaboradores ante las necesidades

La falta de un mueble para colocar la maleta o la ropa. Muy pequeña

Die Aussicht beim frühstücken. Die Dame, die mir morgens das Frühstück bereitet hat, war wirklich zuckersüß.

Sehr herunter gekommen, mein Zimmer hat schrecklich gestunken, leider war kein Personal zusprechen. Beim Check out war auch niemand zu sprechen.

Mucho ruido, para el valor las condiciones del hotel como baños y habitaciones ya necesitan de mantenimiento, no me salió agua caliente, el papel higiénico que usan muy delgado y desgastado no parece nuevo, al rededor del hotel hay mucho ruido y las habitaciones principales del primer piso se escucha todo, las cobijas manchadas de cloro, no ofrecen un shampoo ni jabón, la verdad no nos gustó mucho la dueña es muy querida pero si necesita q su hotel mejore porque tiene varias cosas que debe mejorar

Das Zimmer hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Es war nicht Sauber flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr hellhörig

Es lag einigermaßen gut. Man war schnell in der Innenstadt

Es war total hellhörig. Die ganze Nacht haben Leute geklingelt, die rein wollten, das Telefon hat geklingelt und es gab nicht in alles Zimmern Decken. Die Fenster nach draußen halten auch nichts ab. Wir haben wenig geschlafen und gefroren.

La vista es hermosa, el desayuno es delicioso, la atención! Son muy amables.

la ubicación del hotel fue muy favorable para las actividades que debía desarrollar. El sábado muy temprano me ofrecieron cafecito antes de salir

el espacio disponible para organizar ropa y otros artículos es muy reducido, es bueno contar con un mueble más apropiado y no solo repisas

No es que no me haya gustado en si, pero para la próxima me gustaría una habitación donde no se escuche tanto el ruido del pasillo.

Podrían poner mas toallas en el baño e indicadores del agua tibia y el agua fría, casi me congelo

Siempre que vamos a Manizales nos hospedamos en este hotel. Nos gusta su ubicación, llegamos en bus y cogemos en cable y en nada estamos en el hotel, luego puedes ir al centro y areas comerciales a pie. El personal siempre es muy amable dando facilidades para todo. Está limpio y tiene unas buenas vistas en la zona del desayuno.

Algo de ruido en las calles y las habitaciones suelen dar al exterior y las ventanas no son muy buenas.

Everything was manageable.

Really accommodating - I had to change my plans, and they were really wonderful!

The view was the best bit but you can also see it from the street.

Room was dirty, we borrowed a broom to clean it ourselves. The value for money was poor, there are much nicer places in Colombia for much less. The windows were paper thin and we heard everything from outside all night long

The view from the communal area is beautiful.

Considering it was almost empty, there was a lot of noise. A group of guys came in at 3am and shouted for over an hour but the staff did nothing and the walls are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything. The lights in the corridor are on a sensor and there is glass above the door so every time someone passes, which is frequently, the whole room lights up. I was then woken up early by someone playing the panpipes outside my room, only to find out that there was a cockroach who had joined me in bed for the night. When I told the lady managing, she did not even respond. That combined with the constant smell of damp and being told I had to call in advance to warn when I was coming back during the day as they had no staff, it was not exactly a pleasant experience.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The breakfast area has a beautiful view over Manizales and the mountains.

The shower hot water knob was backwards and they didn’t tell me so I thought there was no hot water. I had to go down to the lobby to ask for help to turn on the hot water because when I tried to turn it on nothing happened and it seemed that there was no hot water. They should have told me that the knob is backwards. My pillow was stained and there was hair on it.

The staff was very helpful. The common areas and the view from the hostel are great.

The area is very lively and therefore quite loud at any time.

My room had a seaparate room wth desk included which was an unexpected bonus!

The Staff was super friendly and you have a great view from the Hotel! I would definitely recommend. The Rooms are clean and the bed was comfy.

Common area with fantastic view over the town. very clean and bed was very comfortable too. 10 minutes walk to centre.

Room is much smaller than seen on picture. There is no wardrobe or space to hang clothes anywhere.

The views from the enclosed patios. The room was recently refurbished, private, clean and comfortable and good value for the area. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location and the staff is wonderful. They went out of their way to make everything so good! I can recommend to you!

Hotel is conveniently situated near Parque Caldas and Aereo Cable station. You can walk to anything worth seeing in the center and take the cable car to Villamaria town. For Palermo and Milan, you have to take a taxi. They had a magnificent view and an area with comfy couches to enjoy. I wasn't bothered by any outside noise during the night. Staff is attentive.

Even though location is convenient, there are some slopes you need to cross in order to get to the Parque which might be a hurdle for the elderly. Room was tiny and very basic. Walls are super thin so you can easily hear your neighbor speaking at a normal voice.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is new, the staff super friendly, everything perfectly clean and comfy. The location on the hill is great as well, you have got great views and just a short walking distance to the city center.

There is no shared kitchen where you can cook, but you can have some plates etc. if you need and store your food in the hotel fridge.

Room is a good size. Bed was fine. Common areas seemed nice. Best part was the view from the room window.

Electricity was out for the first 6 or 7 hours I was there. I needed to charge my phone and use the internet, so that messed me up. I don't blame the staff for that issue, but I was annoyed that they still charged me full price. Even when the internet came back, it was so slow (maybe because I was in a corner room?) that I left early the next day.
