Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Estuvimos muy cómodos! La casa es muy bonita y agradable, tal cual como en las fotos! La cocina es práctica y tiene los utensilios necesarios para hacer desayunos y almuerzos completos
En una ocasión se fué la luz y el agua durante dos horas, otra durante 30 min y tercera ocasión durante 30 min y era complejo ya que hace mucho calor y hay mosquitos, pero son situaciones esporádicas en las que toca ser flexibles.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Das Resort ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns eigentlich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der private Pool und die zwei großen Pools waren großartig.
Leider regnete es sehr stark. Im Wohnbereich kam an verschiedenen Stellen Wasser durch die Decke. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte auch ein bisschen besser sein.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025The resort is beautiful with a relaxing Bali vibe set in well maintained grounds with multiple pools.
There were many families staying with young children/babies including us. The restaurants would benefit from having high chairs for babies. A small playground area for young children would have been great. There were no hair dryers in the villas.

Debería haber un filtro de agua en las Villas y sal, pimienta y aceite.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025La villa era muy cómoda y no tuvimos queja con el aseo del lugar. La naturaleza que rodea el lugar, hace que todo sea muy bonito. El personal del hotel y el anfitrión fueron muy amables y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo. Todo es como se ve en las fotos.
Hace falta adecuar un espacio para niños pequeños en el hotel (parque infantil). El hotel debería también contratar tuktuk no solo para que se muevan dentro del hotel sino del hotel al pueblo para los visitantes que no tienen vehículos

It had the best and biggest pool we came across during our stay in Colombia This is by far the best resort in Palomino. Ignore older reviews, these were mostly start up problems I guess. Reviewed Mar 13, 2025The villa and the hotel are incredible. Super comfortable and secluded. The territory is gorgeous, the beach is beautiful and the pool and surrounding areas are truly luxurious. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the villa & Naio Palomino.
We had an issue with the water, where for the last day of our stay brown water was coming out of all taps. The hotel management provided us with access to a different villa where we showered, so the issue was quickly resolved. Because of the hotel’s remote location unfortunately this is a possibility.
