Reviewed May 6, 2026Las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a lo que venden por foto . Deberian poner foyos mas realistas y mostrar también las estrellas que tiene el alojamiento. Había un olor fuerte a cigarro dentro de las habitaciones. Yo no dormí ahí , terminé pagando otro Hotel donde si pude quedarme las dos noches! Porque en este motel no me sentí muy segura. Las cubrecamas tenían hoyos de cigarrillos 🚬.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Property is in a great location. Mins away from Busan station metro and KTX Station. There Plenty of food, 7 Elevens, markets, street food mins away. Water filters on the two floors which was great. Employee was rude when I was checking in. Handed me the key and pointed at the elevator. He didn’t explain how the AC is controlled by the TV remote etc. Towels are the size of a hand towel. There was a used bar of soap, 3/4 tube of toothpaste and body cloth left in the bathroom. I am blessed the AC was working however adjusting the temperature, power etc didn’t work. It was too hot or too cold. I made the best for what I paid.

Reviewed May 30, 2024The location is the only reason you would book this motel, a short walk from the train and subway stations, with plenty to do within the area. Other things in its favour are the friendly staff, water filter on each level and the size of the room. Large room, plenty for a solo traveller, with desk and double bed, in addition to computer, mini fridge, hair dryer, air conditioning and toiletries provided. Bathroom is decently sized, good water pressure and temperature. Room service on request.
The room lacks a comfortable bed (firm/solid), adequate bed sheets and proper blanket. Bed is on the hard side, with all linen old and dated, questionably clean as well. Bathroom lacks a shower curtain/screen, so water goes everywhere when showering.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2023Great location, second time we stayed here. We forgot magnets on the fridge when we left and I contacted them about it. We returned 20 days later and the guy gave them back to us. Really happy about that! Thank you very much for keeping them for us! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a decently priced room close to the station.
There's unfortunately no view from the window.

We didn't realise that the area next to Busan station is the redlight district. The room was on the smaller side, the view was on a wall so we didn't have much light coming inside our room which was a shame.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2018This is a very functional hotel. You do have to walk through a small parking garage to get to the main desk, which is a small window. The rooms are small, but adequate. The window faces the wall of another building, so there was not much direct sunlight (4th floor). However, everything was clean and the floors were tile. The wireless internet was a little slow, but there is a desktop computer in the room and a big LCD TV. I would easily stay here again, as it is literally within 100 yards of the train station.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2018Motel is in a great location; maybe 3 to 5 minutes walk to Busan Station. The area is loaded with eateries/ restaurants. The only negative I didn’t like is I receive a call from the front desk for my vehicle key so they could move it for others to park. They then asked if I had planned on using my car during my stay, in which I replied no. They then took my car from the hotel to an offsite garage. I just did not like having my car out of my view. I could not even fuel up the night prior to my departure. Long story short, the car was a rental and when I returned it, there was a bruise on the drivers side fender. All I know is that I didn’t do it.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2018釜山駅やリムジンバスからも近いですし、チャガルチ方面にも、西面方面にも駅前からバスが出てるので、地下鉄の階段の辛さから開放されます。HOTELとしては、基本ラブホと思ってるので、周りのお客様にその様な人がいても仕方ないと思って泊まりましたが、誰とも会いませんでした。夜になると、釜山駅の電車の音が気になるのと、一晩中歌が流れていて、窓を開けて寝ることは出来ませんでした。床が薄いのか、上の階の足音が響きます。涼しくなってましたが蚊が何匹か居てたので、部屋に備え付けのスプレーを使用しました。4日間滞在しましたが、鍵を持ち歩いたせいか、部屋の掃除はありません。ミネラルウォーターも初日に2本ありましたが、以後はウォーターサーバーからもらうか、買うかです。部屋に紙コップはあります。水回りも、特に問題なく使えますが、バスタオルはなく、普通のタオルが3枚置いてました。チムジルバンを使用したので、部屋のお風呂は1回入っただけですが、フロントに言えばもらえると思います。駅近くにバリーアクアランドっていうチムジルバンがありますし、26番バス1本で松島へスピアにも行けます。チェックアウト後の荷物も預かってもらえます。 一人旅で、立地条件優先、煙草が吸えたら良い！って人には良いと思います。

Reviewed May 29, 2018I enjoyed my stay in Top Motel. The motel is located in the very center of Busan right next to the Busan Station where many high speed trains depart and arrive. It is also 5 minutes walk from the Chinatown and the Ferry Passenger Terminal. It is also 3 minutes walk from metro line #1 which makes it extremely easy to visit the Gamcheon Culture Village, the Jagalchi Market or the Gukje Market. One thing on the negative side though is that the neighborhood is not that pretty. But there are many convenience stores nearby. Checking in and checking out was pretty easy by the way. I just walked in and in a few minutes I got the keys, then I just dropped off the keys when I checked out. This made me question though how secure is the hotel, but I didn't have any issues with neither the staff nor the other guests. The room was the same as on the pictures and it was clean and well equipped. But there was nothing to see from my room. So don't expect a great view to the sea. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2017とにかく、翌日の移動（釜山駅から韓国新幹線KTX）が朝早かったので、駅近で助かりました。 あと、チェックイン時、こちらから名乗る前に、すぐに認識！。なぜ分かるのかと思うほどの対応。すばらしい。 モーテルですので、従業員の方にお会いしたのは、チェックインのこのときだけです。 普通のホテルよりアメニティが充実しているので、一人で泊まりましたが、それなりに楽しみました。 安いし、短期宿泊なら、このようなモーテルも悪くないかも。部屋も清潔でした。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2017我們出門後進房幫忙打掃後居然把鑰匙直接插在房門上 回來時整個大傻眼 幸好貴重物品沒不見 旅館位置真的非常好有機場巴士可以到離地鐵站也超近然後便宜 可是某位工作人員有點怪(有兩位大叔，其中一位比較怪= =) 另外房間雖然打掃得看起來很乾淨可是我跟一起去住的堂姊一到房間就會開始覺得癢癢的不知道為什麼 可能有塵蹣?? 還有因為是motel所電視頻道數大的都是18禁節目 若非情侶或夫婦同去者可能要避免轉電視轉過頭看到不適宜的畫面
